为了能够更加快速、准确对粮食主产区的作物与树木进行种类区分,以黄淮海地区三种主要植被(玉米、小麦和杨树)为研究对象,获取该三种植被原始反射率光谱,并对原始光谱进行特征点提取、一阶微分变换、二阶微分变换以及植被指数计算四种方法的分析处理,提取三种植被各自的光谱特征点、特征波段、蓝黄红边微分值和、位置、振幅以及面积四个特征指标以及植被指数的数值区间。基于特征值在不同植被种类间数值重叠范围越小区分精度越高的原理,比较分析植被光谱在不同处理方法下的植被区分精度,并且最终选取重叠范围最小的特征指标作为区分不同植被的识别指标。结果显示:相较于原始光谱特征点提取、二阶微分变换以及植被指数计算,一阶微分变换对于玉米、小麦和杨树的识别分类具有较高的精度,其中黄边振幅、黄边面积以及黄边微分值和具有较高的识别精度,黄边振幅的识别精度达到97.5%,黄边面积以及黄边微分值识别精度达98.1%,用另外167组数据对该结果进行验证,显示黄边振幅的识别精度达96.4%,黄边面积以及黄边微分值和的识别精度达97.6%。该结果与用平均光谱曲线区分单种植被不同生长状态选取的特征值结果不同,这种方法能有效的保留个体光谱反射曲线的差异,从结果可见通过一阶微分变换提取黄边参数的方法能有效的用于树木和粮食作物共同种植区域的植被区分, 并且黄边面积以及黄边微分值和的识别精度最高。 相似文献

研究利用静电纺丝制备的不同直径ZnO纳米纤维作为倒置结构有机太阳能电池的电子传输层对器件转化效率的影响。首先通过静电纺丝技术成功制备了半径在43~110 nm之间的ZnO纳米纤维,然后将ZnO纳米纤维作为电子传输层加入到倒置结构有机太阳能电池(ITO/ZnO∶ZnO nanofiber/PTB7∶PC70BM/MoO3/Al)。与平面结构的ZnO电子传输层相比,ZnO纳米纤维具有比表面积大等优点,增加了电子传输和抽取能力,提高了器件的光电转化效率。实验发现ZnO纳米纤维的直径越小,电池效率越大。当ZnO纳米纤维直径为(46±5)nm,接收时间为30 s时,作为电子传输层的电池效率提高了8%。 相似文献

The different approximations that have been used in applying Bethe’s cluster model to the nematic-isotropic phase transition

Using homo-junction structure and relative thin linear graded InxGa1−xAs as the buffer layer, extended wavelength InGaAs PIN photodetectors with cut-off wavelength of 2.2 and 2.5 μm at room temperature have been grown by using GSMBE, and their performance over a wide temperature range have been extensively investigated. For those 2.2 or 2.5 μm detectors with 100 μm diameter, the typical dark current (VR = 10 mV) and R0A are 57 nA/10.3 Ω cm2 or 67 nA/12.7 Ω cm2 at 290 K, and 84 pA/4.70 kΩ cm2 or 161 pA/3.12 kΩ cm2 at 210 K respectively. The thermal activation energies of the dark current are 0.447 eV or 0.404 eV for 2.2 or 2.5 μm detectors respectively. 相似文献

In this paper an inclined edge cracked short beam specimen subjected to symmetric three-point bend loading was designed and examined for conducting mixed-mode I/II fracture toughness experiments. The aspect ratio (i.e. length to width ratio) and the loading span distance are considered much lower than the other conventional cracked bend beam samples. Crack tip parameters such as stress intensity factors and T-stress were computed numerically for this specimen by several finite element analyses and it was demonstrated that the specimen is able to produce full combinations of mode I and II including pure mode II. The practical capability of the short bend beam specimen was studied experimentally by conducting a set of mixed-mode fracture tests on PolymethylMethacrylate (PMMA) as a well-known model brittle material. The critical stress intensity factors, the direction of fracture kinking and the path of fracture trajectory were investigated both experimentally and theoretically using two stress and strain-based fracture criteria. The fracture toughness of tested PMMA was decreased by moving towards mode II case due to the effect of T-stress on the fracture mechanism of the short bend beam specimen. 相似文献

Model reduction techniques such as Proper Generalized Decomposition (PGD) are decision-making tools that are about to revolutionize many domains. Unfortunately, their computation is still problematic for problems involving many parameters, for which one has to face the “curse of dimensionality”. An answer to this challenge is given in solid mechanics by the so-called “parameter-multiscale PGD”, which is based on Saint-Venant's principle. In Tong-Viet's, 2012 work, the following question arose: Question. Which groups can be uniquely determined by the structure of their complex group algebras? It is proved here that some simple groups of Lie type are determined by the structure of their complex group algebras. Let p be an odd prime number and S = PSL(2, p 2). In this paper, we prove that, if M is a finite group such that S < M < Aut(S), M = ?2 × PSL(2, p 2) or M = SL(2, p 2), then M is uniquely determined by its order and some information about its character degrees. Let X 1(G) be the set of all irreducible complex character degrees of G counting multiplicities. As a consequence of our results, we prove that, if G is a finite group such that X 1(G) = X 1(M), then G ? M.
