This review compares various types of (bio)electronic tongues. The design and principles of potentiometric and voltammetric electronic tongues are discussed together with applications in food and environmental analysis. Different approaches towards bioelectronic tongue are presented. Several methods for evaluation and interpretation of the measured data are described. 本研究利用阴离子型芘衍生物8-羟基芘-1,3,6-三磺酸三钠盐(HPTS),建立了一种快速、可视化的对硝基苯胺(PNA)荧光检测方法.检测原理主要是基于PNA通过非共价作用而导致的HPTS的荧光淬灭.通过测量加入PNA后HPTS在512 nm处荧光强度的变化,可以实现PNA的荧光检测.本方法的线性范围为10~120μmol/L,检出限(3σ/s)为4.6μmol/L.对本方法的抗干扰性以及方法的实际应用性进行了考察.结果表明,本方法具有低成本、高灵敏度、高选择性、操作简便等优点.  相似文献

New sensing films have been developed for the detection of molecular oxygen. These films are based on luminescent Ir(III) dyes incorporated either into polystyrene (with and without plasticizer) or metal oxide, nanostructured material. The preparation and characterization of each film have been investigated in detail. Due to their high sensitivity for low oxygen concentration, the parameters pO2(S=1/2) and ΔI1% have been also evaluated in order to establish the most sensitive membrane for controlling concentrations between 0 and 10% and low oxygen concentrations (lower than 1%), respectively. The results show that the use of nanostructured material increased the sensitivity of the film; the most sensitive membrane for controlling O2 between 0 and 10% is based on N1001 immobilized in AP200/19 (ksv = 2848 ± 101 bar−1 and pO2(S=1/2)=0.0006), and the complex N969 incorporated into AP200/19 seems to be the most suitable for applications in oxygen trace sensing (ΔI1% = 93.13 ± 0.13%).  相似文献

Linear unbiased full-order state estimation problem for discrete-time models with stochastic parameters and additive finite energy type disturbance signals is reformulated in terms of linear matrix inequalities. Two estimation problems that are considered are the design for mean-square bounded estimation error and the design for the mean-square stochastic version of the suboptimal H estimator. These two designs are shown to apply to both the estimation with random sensor delay and estimation under observation uncertainty.  相似文献

Moving Target Defense (MTD) prevents adversaries from being able to predict the effect of their attacks by adding uncertainty in the state of a system during runtime. In this paper, we present an MTD algorithm that randomly changes the availability of the sensor data, so that it is difficult for adversaries to tailor stealthy attacks while, at the same time, minimizing the impact of false-data injection attacks. Using tools from the design of state estimators, namely, observers, and switched systems, we formulate an optimization problem to find the probability of the switching signals that increase the visibility of stealthy attacks while decreasing the deviation caused by false data injection attacks. We show that the proposed MTD algorithm can be designed to guarantee the stability of the closed-loop system with desired performance. In addition, we formulate an optimization problem for the design of the parameters so as to minimize the impact of the attacks. The results are illustrated in two case studies, one about a generic linear time-invariant system and another about a vehicular platooning problem.  相似文献

An automatic titration method is reported to resolve ternary mixtures of transition metals (Pb2+, Cd2+ and Cu2+) employing electronic tongue detection and a reduced number of pre‐defined additions of EDTA titrant. Sensors used were PVC membrane selective electrodes with generic response to heavy‐metals, plus an artificial neural network response model. Detection limits obtained were ca. 1 mg L?1 for the three target ions and reproducibilities 3.0 % for Pb2+, 4.1 % for Cd2+ and 5.2 % for Cu2+. The system was applied to contaminated soil samples and high accuracy was obtained for the determination of Pb2+. In the determination Cd2+ and Cu2+, sample matrix showed a significant effect.  相似文献

In this research, we report the preparation of a high sensitive voltammetric sensor for electrocatalytic determination of hydroxylamine (HX) in the presence of thiosulfate (TS). We describe the synthesis and characterization of CdO nanoparticles (CdO/NPs) with transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and X‐ray diffraction (XRD) methods. At an optimum condition, the two peaks are separated ca. 0.58 and 0.92 V for HX and TS at the surface of the proposed sensor. Square wave voltammetry (SWV) of HX exhibited two linear dynamic ranges with a detection limit (3σ) of 0.06 µmol L?1. The propose sensor was used for determination of HX in water samples.  相似文献

A potentiometric carbon paste sensor was fabricated for determination of clarithromycin based on incorporation of the ion association complex of the clarithromycin‐phosphotungstate. The proposed sensor exhibited a Nernstian slope of 59.2±0.3 mV per decade for clarithromycin over a wide concentration range of 7.4×10?7 to 1.5×10?3 M, with a low detection limit of 5.0×10?7 M. The proposed sensor manifested advantages of very fast response, long life time and, most importantly, excellent selectivity for clarithromycin relative to a wide variety of common foreign inorganic cation, and also biological species. The sensor was successfully applied to determine clarithromycin in clarithromycin tablet, blood serum and urine samples. The inclusion complex formation between β‐cyclodextrin and clarithromycin was studied by the proposed sensor. The influence of the temperature on the response of the sensor was investigated and the temperature coefficient of the sensor was calculated.  相似文献
