Poly(ethene-co-1-butene)-graft-methyl methacrylate-acrylonitrile (PEB-g-MAN) was prepared by suspension grafting copolymerization of methyl methacrylate (MMA) and acrylonitrile(AN) onto PEB. PEB-g-MAN/SAN resin blends (ABMS) were prepared by blending PEB-g-MAN with styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer (SAN resin). The effects of AN/(MMA+AN) feed ratio (fAN), PEB/(PEB+MMA+AN) feed ratio (fPEB) and benzoyl peroxide (BPO) dosage on the monomer conversion ratio (CR), rubber's grafting ratio (GR), grafting efficiency (GE) of the copolymerization and the toughening effect of PEB-g-MAN on the SAN resin were investigated. FTIR quantitative analysis showed that when the weight percent of AN unit in the unextracted product was 21.5 wt% with fAN of 25 wt%, the toughening effect of unextracted PEB-g-MAN on SAN resin was the highest. Gel permeation chromatography (GPC) analysis showed that when fAN was 25 wt%, the grafted copolymer had the lowest molecular weight and ABMS had highest toughness. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) analysis showed that the highest toughness occurred when the phase structure of ABMS was cocontinuous with fAN of 25 wt%. When fAN was 25 wt% PEB-g-MAN domains have numerous small SAN domains in them, which was occlusion structure. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) analysis indicated that the ABMS fracture surfaces had plastic flow visible, which looked like a craze fibers morphology, for the sample with highest impact strength (fAN = 25 wt%). Dynamic mechanical thermal analysis (DMA) showed that the miscibility of the PEB phase and SAN phase improved after graft copolymerization of MMA and AN onto PEB. 相似文献

AbstractThe interaction of pioglitazone hydrochloride bound to tryptophan residues and tyrosine residues in bovine transferrin was investigated using synchronous fluorescence spectroscopy at various temperatures (298, 310, and 318?K). From binding constants and thermodynamic parameters, it was shown that 1:1 stable compound was formed by the electrostatic force interaction of pioglitazone hydrochloride bound to tryptophan residues and tyrosine residues in bovine transferrin. The extent of binding between pioglitazone hydrochloride and tryptophan residues in bovine transferrin was more than that between pioglitazone hydrochloride and tyrosine residues in bovine transferrin. At 310?K, the fluorescence quenching ratio number of tyrosine residues and tryptophan residues in bovine transferrin were 47.52% and 54.19%, respectively, which indicated that the fluorescence contribution of tryptophan residues was greater. At 310?K, pioglitazone hydrochloride-tyrosine residues(in bovine transferrin) binding rate were 55.60–73.82%, and the combined model was W?=??0.0315R2???0.1520R?+?0.7385. The value of Hill’s coefficients was greater than 1, which suggested that there was a positive cooperativity between pioglitazone hydrochloride and subsequent ligands. ABSTRACTIn this paper, synthesis of titanium silicon carbide (Ti3SiC2) under high pressure and high-temperature condition has been investigated by using the reactant systems Ti/Si/C, Ti/SiC/TiC, Ti/SiC/C and Ti/TiC/Si. Results reveal that Ti/TiC/Si is unsuited to the synthesis of Ti3SiC2 under a high pressure of 2.0?GPa, while an elemental mixture of Ti/Si/C is applicable. By the addition of Al, Ti3SiC2 with 95.8?wt% purity was obtained from elemental mixture with a large excess of silicon. The optimum experimental parameters were determined as Ti/Si/Al/C having the molar ratio of 3:1.5:0.5:1.9, holding at 2.0?GPa and 1300?°C for 60?min. 相似文献

The effect of Pt on the growth kinetics of the γ′-[Ni(Pt)]3Al ordered intermetallic phase and the γ-Ni(Pt, Al) solid solution diffusion rates of the species, hardness and elastic modulus was examined by employing the diffusion couple experimental technique. Experiments were conducted by using the β-Ni(Pt)Al phase and Ni(Pt) alloy couples, each of which had a fixed amount of Pt (5, 10 and 15 at. %) in both the end members so that the Pt content is more or less constant throughout the interdiffusion zone. The results suggest that the growth kinetics of both phases and the average effective interdiffusion coefficients of Ni and Al increase with the increase in Pt content. Nanoindentation studies across the compositional gradients show that the mechanical properties of the intermetallic phase in the superalloy are relatively insensitive to the presence of Pt but are more sensitive to the Ni/Al ratio. In contrast, the marked variation in the hardness of the γ phase were noted, increasing markedly with Al concentration in a given couple and also increasing with increasing Pt content. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy were used to study the microstructure evolution of Al–Cu–Mg alloy during the initial stage of homogenization. It was found that two types of precipitation-free zones (PFZs) can form concurrently: one near grain boundaries and the other at the grain centres. Depth profile analyses of solute concentrations and dislocation-loop distributions strongly suggested that the formations of the two type of PFZs are different, due solely and exclusively to solute and vacancy depletion, respectively. A mechanism model was proposed to explain the concurrent formation of the two different type of PFZs during the initial stage of homogenization. 相似文献

羧甲基交联壳聚糖树脂(C-C-CTS)与普通壳聚糖树脂相比,既能在酸性介质中不溶又不失去其螯合性能.其合成采用简单的2步法,首先用还氧氯丙烷交联,然后羧甲基化.C-C-CTS的结构用红外光谱和X-ray光电子能谱进行表征.C-C-CTS树脂对重金属离子有很好的螯合吸附能力,每种树脂对Pb(Ⅱ),Cu(Ⅱ)和Zn(Ⅱ)的吸附能力分别为8.73,10.12和4.89 mg·g-1,并且在不同的pH条件下对Pb(Ⅱ)、Cu(Ⅱ)和Zn(Ⅱ)有很好的选择性吸附,最后还讨论了C-C-CTS树脂对Pb(Ⅱ)的吸附机理. 相似文献

为解决瓦斯输送过程中的爆炸安全问题,探索寻找绿色环保且阻火性能优越的新型抑爆剂,开展了当量比下甲烷-空气预混气体爆炸传播过程中的七氟丙烷抑爆效果研究。实验采用长径比L/D=108的水平管道爆炸特性测试系统,研究了在强点火作用下不同体积分数的七氟丙烷对9.5%甲烷-空气预混气体最大爆炸压力、最大压力上升速率和火焰传播速度的影响。实验结果显示:将2.5 m长的管段作为七氟丙烷抑爆区时,七氟丙烷阻断9.5%甲烷-空气预混气体爆炸火焰传播的最小体积分数为5%;当七氟丙烷的体积分数为1%~4%时,不仅无法阻断爆炸火焰的传播,而且与对照组相比,会使火焰传播速度加快;当七氟丙烷的体积分数为1%~6%时,爆炸源及管道末端处的爆炸压力峰值随着七氟丙烷体积分数的增加而逐渐减小;当七氟丙烷的体积分数为3%时,抑爆区处的爆炸压力峰值与对照组相比增幅为10.9%。 相似文献

采用一种绿色的等离子增强化学气相沉积法,以Al2O3为衬底, Ga金属为镓源, N2为氮源,在不采用催化剂的情况下,成功制备获得了结晶质量良好的GaN纳米线.研究表明,生长温度可显著调控GaN纳米线的形貌,当反应温度为950℃时,生长出的GaN微米片为六边形;当反应温度为1000℃时,生长出了长度为10-20μm的超长GaN纳米线.随着反应时间增加, GaN纳米线的长度增加. GaN纳米线内部存在着压应力,应力大小为0.84 GPa.同时,也进一步讨论了GaN纳米线无催化剂生长机制. GaN纳米线光致发光结果显示, GaN纳米线缺陷较少,结晶质量良好,在360 nm处有一个较为尖锐的本征发光峰,可应用于紫外激光器等光电子器件.本研究结果将为新型光电器件低成本绿色制备提供一个可行的技术方案. 相似文献

Kinetics and mechanism of the gas-phase reaction of CH3C(O)OCH(CH3)CH2OCH3 (MPA) with OH radicals in the presence of O2 and NO have been investigated theoretically by performing a high and reliable level of theory, viz., CCSD(T)/6-311?+?G(d,p)//BH&HLYP/6-311++G(d,p)?+?0.9335×ZPE. The calculations predict that the H-abstraction from the ?CH2?O? position of MPA is the most facile channel, which leads to the formation of the corresponding alkoxy radicals CH3C(O)OCH(CH3)C(O ?)HOCH3 under atmospheric conditions. This activated radicals CH3C(O)OCH(CH3)C(O ?)HOCH3 will undergo further rearrangement, fragmentation and oxidative reactions and predominantly leads to the formation of various products (methyl formate HC(O)OCH3 and acetic anhydride CH3C(O)OC(O)CH3). In the presence of water, acetic anhydride can convert into acetic acid CH3C(O)OH via the hydrolysis reaction. The calculated total rate constants over the temperature range 263–372?K are used to derive a negative activation energy (Ea= ?5.88 kJ/mol) and an pre-exponential factor (A?=?1.78×10?12 cm3 molecule?1 s?1). The obtained Arrhenius parameters presented here are in strong agreement with the experimental values. Moreover, the temperature dependence of the total rate constant over a temperature range of 263?1000?K can be described by k?=?5.60 × 10?14×(T/298?K)3.4×exp(1725.7?K/T) cm3 molecule?1 s?1. 相似文献
