The effects of sintering temperature and Bi2O3 content on the microstructure and magnetic properties of lithium–zinc (LiZn) ferrites prepared by a conventional ceramic method were investigated. The results show that the densification behavior and grain growth rate were greatly improved by the addition of Bi2O3, because a liquid phase sintering occurred during the sintering process at high temperature due to the low-melting point of Bi2O3 (825 °C). X-ray diffraction (XRD) patterns of the slightly doped samples did not reveal the appearance of any phase other than spinel LiZn ferrite. However, the secondary phase of perovskite BiFeO3 was detected for Bi2O3 content of more than 0.25 wt%. The studies further show that Bi oxide was present at grain boundary, and promoted the grain growth as reaction center at lower temperature. A high saturation magnetization, squareness ratio, minimum ferromagnetic resonance linewidth and low coercive force were obtained for the sample with 1.00 wt% Bi2O additive at lower sintering temperature (1100 °C). 相似文献

A series of polycrystalline La0.5Ca0.5Mn1?xNixO3 (x = 0.00, 0.025, 0.050, 0.075, 0.100 and 0.125) was synthesised using solid state reaction. Measurements in a cooling and warming cycle between 300 and 80 K were carried out to study the Ni-doping effects on the electrical resistivity, thermopower and magnetisation of single-phase La0.5Ca0.5Mn1?xNixO3. Partial substitution of Ni for Mn leads to the suppression of charge ordering state, the evidence of which is shown by the dramatic decrease in electrical resistivity and thermal hysteresis width in electrical resistivity, thermopower and magnetisation. However, the magnitude of both electrical resistivity and thermopower increases with increasing Ni content. This can be attributed to an increase in the Mn4+ concentration, which favours the antiferromagnetic state and leads to a gradual disappearance of ferromagnetic double exchange interaction. Besides, the metal–nonmetal transition temperature decreases with increasing Ni content until x = 0.075, which might arise from increased electron–phonon coupling due to less ordered spins at temperatures above ferromagnetic transition. For samples with x greater than 0.075, no metal–nonmetal transition is observed due to the suppression of double exchange mechanism. 相似文献

报道了在铝酸镧(00l)衬底上生长Tl-1223超导薄膜的快速升温烧结方法以及铊(Tl)源陪烧靶的配比对Tl-1223薄膜晶体结构的影响.扫描电子显微镜观测表明,采用快速升温烧结方法生长的Tl-1223超导薄膜具有致密的晶体结构.X-射线衍射等测试表明,采用合适配比的陪烧靶在氩气环境下可以制备出纯c轴取向的Tl-1223超导薄膜,充氧退火后的薄膜具有较好的电学性能,其临界转变温度T_(c onset)达到116K,临界电流密度达到1.5MA/cm~2(77 K,0 T).实验结果表明,采用这一新的烧结方法制备Tl系超导薄膜具有升降温时间和恒温时间短、生产成本低等特点. 相似文献

采用柠檬酸燃烧法制备Er,Yb:(LaLu)2O3陶瓷粉体,用X射线衍射对其进行了物相鉴定,研究表明1 000℃时已经得到纯相的(LaLu)2O3。采用冷等静压-真空烧结法制备了Er,Yb:(LaLu)2O3和Er:(LaLu)2O3陶瓷,对陶瓷的结构和光谱性能进行了详细的研究,研究发现掺杂5% Yb3+和10% La3+样品的上转换发光强度与未掺Yb3+、La3+样品相比明显增大,根据上转换光谱显示较强发射峰位于564 nm和661 nm处,对应Er3+的4S3/2(2H11/2)→4I15/2能级跃迁和4F9/2→4I15/2能级跃迁,并讨论了Er3+-Yb3+的能量传递过程及其上转换发光机制。 相似文献

为了克服游离磨粒抛光的随机性、磨料浪费以及产生的水合层等问题,提出了一种无水环境下熔融石英玻璃固结磨粒抛光技术。研究实现了稳定的抛光轮烧结工艺,并应用于熔融石英玻璃抛光加工,通过对加工产物和抛光轮粉末进行EDS能谱分析和XRD衍射分析,从微观上初步阐述了固结磨粒抛光的去除机理;从宏观上探索压力和转速对去除效率和表面粗糙度的影响。实验结果表明:加工过程中,在法向力和剪切力作用下,CeO2磨粒和熔融石英发生化学反应,CeO2将SiO2带出玻璃,实现材料去除;同时,压力和转速对加工效率影响并不遵循Preston公式,温升和排屑成为决定去除效率的关键。 相似文献

Ni3Al alloys of nanometer dimensions in the range 10–38 nm could be synthesized by reaction sintering of sol–gel-derived Ni/SiO2 nanocomposite and commercially available micrometer-sized aluminum powder. The sintering was carried out at a temperature of 923 K and a pressure of 2.4 MPa. By a suitable choice of sintering conditions a disordered phase of Ni3Al was stabilized. A high coercivity of 11 kOe has been obtained in spark plasma sintered and hot-deformed Fe53Pt44C3 bulk magnets. The origin for the high coercivity has been investigated using X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy. The average grain size of the ordered phase was ∼100 nm, which is less than the single domain size of the L10-FePt phase. Fe3C particles were found surrounding the L10-FePt grains, which suppress the grain growth. The L10 ordering is also found to increase in hot-deformed sample by annealing in a magnetic field of 10 T at 600 °C. 相似文献

In the current study, we report on the dielectric behavior of colossal-dielectric-constant Na1/2La1/2Cu3Ti4O12 (NLCTO) ceramics prepared by mechanochemical synthesis and spark plasma sintering (SPS) at 850 °C, 900 °C, and 925 °C for 10 min. X-ray powder diffraction analysis showed that all the ceramics have a cubic phase. Scanning electron microscope observations revealed an increase in the average grain size from 175 to 300 nm with an increase in the sintering temperature. SPS NLCTO ceramics showed a room-temperature colossal dielectric constant (>103) and a comparatively high dielectric loss (>0.1) over most of the studied frequency range (1 Hz–40 MHz). Two relaxation peaks were observed in the spectra of the electrical modulus and attributed to the response of grain and grain boundary. According to the Nyquist plots of complex impedance, the SPS NLCTO ceramics have semiconductor grains surrounded by electrically resistive grain boundaries. The colossal dielectric constant of SPS NLCTO ceramics was attributed to the internal barrier layer capacitance (IBLC) effect. The high dielectric loss is thought to be due to the low resistivity of the grain boundary of SPS NLCTO. 相似文献
