Small changes in the structure of a foldamer may lead to gross changes in conformational preference. We show that the simple insertion or deletion of a single hydrogen bond by changes in pH or by photochemical deprotection is sufficient to refold a helical oligomer, interconverting M and P screw‐sense preference. As a consequence of the switch, information may be transmitted to a remote catalytic site, selectively directing the formation of either of two enantiomeric products by a reaction involving 1,22‐remote intermolecular asymmetric induction.  相似文献

Representatives of a new family, 1-aryl-3H-pyrrolo[2,1-d][1,2,5]triazepin-4(5H)-ones have been synthesized at our laboratory as bioisosters of biologically active 1-aryl-2,3-benzodiazepine-4-ones. The efficient synthetic route described applies the synthesis of 2-(2-aroylpyrrol-1-yl)acyl hydrazides followed by ring closure under acidic conditions. The N(3)-unsubstituted title compounds thus obtained can optionally be N-alkylated rendering the preparation of variously substituted derivatives possible. Scope and limitations of the new protocol and some interesting side reactions are also discussed in detail.  相似文献

The presence of substituents in cyclohexane can influence to the ratio of conformers; for some cases, the boat form is preferable. The new six‐membered cyclohexanol derivative 2 has been obtained by the synthesis of (E)‐1‐(bromophenyl)‐3‐phenylpropen‐2‐one ( 1 ). 大分子的构象转变问题,作为人类认识生命现象的基础,是当前生命科学研究的热点问题之一。本文运用光杠杆放大原理,通过检测单侧表面上修饰有聚N-异丙基丙烯酰胺(PNIPAM)分子的微悬臂梁在水溶液中随温度变化时发生的变形,获得了修饰于微梁表面的PNIPAM分子链在溶液温度变化时,由于亲/疏水性改变所导致的分子构象转变信息。实验结果显示,PNIPAM分子链的这种构象转变在20℃~40℃之间连续进行,整个过程具有迟滞性。另一方面,微梁表面应力的变化,反映的是分子构象转变过程中PNIPAM分子链之间的相互作用的信息,这对我们深入认识构象转变过程中微观机制是很有帮助的。本文提出的方法,是基于大分子构象转变过程中分子之间相互作用,反映的是过程中的力学信号,具有较高的灵敏度和较广的应用范围。  相似文献

A new technique is proposed to measure the particle mean size using an electrostatic sensor in frequency domain. This paper starts with a finite-element modeling simulator to model the induced electric charge of a ring electrode and to find the electrode sensitivity. The mathematical modeling was used to extract particle size information from the simulated signal in frequency domain. The method is applied in an experimental test where a low-noise signal conditioning was designed with a ring electrode as the electrostatic sensor. The method can be used to establish a cost effective size measurement system using electrostatic sensor.  相似文献

We demonstrate a label-free photonic biosensor with double slots based on micro-ring resonator. The footprint is less than 25 μm × 15 μm. Finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) method is used to analyze the influence of several key parameters on the performance of the double-slots micro-ring resonators. An asymmetric structure is considered for the ring waveguide in order to improve the sensor's bending efficiency. Our numerical analysis shows that the sensitivity of double-slot micro-ring resonator sensor with the radius of 5 μm reaches a value of 708 nm/RIU. The quality factor of 580 and the free spectral range (FSR) of 33 nm are achieved.  相似文献
