Rice consumption has increased worldwide over recent decades, as it has become one of the most common foods. Although the analysis of environmental samples coming from rice areas has been well documented, there is less information regarding the analysis of pesticide residues in rice-grain samples.Rice (paddy, brown and white) can be considered a complex matrix, leading to difficulties in the application of the different multiresidue methods described in the literature. This review addresses and compares the principal extraction and clean-up methodologies [e.g., liquid-liquid extraction, solid-phase extraction, pressurized-liquid extraction, QuEChERS (quick, easy, cheap, effective, rugged and safe), gel-permeation chromatography and supercritical-fluid extraction - with QuEChERS-based methods being the most frequently employed].Traditionally, the determination of pesticide residues in rice has been based on gas chromatography with mass spectrometry (MS). But the application of new classes of pesticides has driven laboratories to increase the use of liquid chromatography with tandem MS. The limits of detection and quantification are in the ranges 0.09-90 μg/kg and 1-297 μg/kg, respectively, for the methodologies reported. These values agree with the current internationally-accepted maximum residue limits (MRLs).Based on the European Union (EU) database, more than 3000 analyses of pesticide residues in rice have been performed by official EU laboratories over the past decade. Of these, 6% reported pesticide residues above the MRLs.Physico-chemical properties can explain the occurrence of pesticides in rice commodities: lipophilic pesticides are frequently found in brown rice, whereas fungicides are mainly found in milled rice. Carbendazim, malathion, iprodione, tebuconazole, quinclorac and tricyclazole are the pesticides most frequently found in white rice, while buprofezin, hexaconazole, chlorpyrifos and edifenphos are most commonly found in paddy rice.Pesticide-residue concentrations can be affected during rice processing - with concentrations generally lower in the final products. However, few studies focusing on primary processing have addressed the setting of precise values applicable for the processing factors.  相似文献

Hay and, then, Johnson extended the classic Rice and Rice‐Shapiro Theorems for computably enumerable sets, to analogs for all the higher levels in the finite Ershov Hierarchy. The present paper extends their work (with some motivations presented) to analogs in the transfinite Ershov Hierarchy. Some of the transfinite cases are done for all transfinite notations in Kleene's important system of notations, $\mathcal {O}$. Other cases are done for all transfinite notations in a very natural, proper subsystem $\mathcal {O}_{\mathrm{Cantor}}$ of $\mathcal {O}$, where $\mathcal {O}_{\mathrm{Cantor}}$ has at least one notation for each constructive ordinal. In these latter cases it is open as to what happens for the entire set of transfinite notations in $(\mathcal {O} -\mathcal {O}_{\mathrm{Cantor}})$.  相似文献

Soap films hanging from a wire frame are studied in the framework of capillarity theory. Minimizers in the corresponding variational problem are known to consist of positive volume regions with boundaries of constant mean curvature/pressure, possibly connected by “collapsed” minimal surfaces. We prove here that collapsing only occurs if the mean curvature/pressure of the bulky regions is negative, and that, when this last property holds, the whole soap film lies in the convex hull of its boundary wire frame.  相似文献

为了通过植被指数(VI)准确、可靠的获取不同施肥梯度、不同品种的水稻叶面积指数(LAI),提出了一种基于改进的QGA-ELM算法应用于水稻LAI反演。首先通过8折交叉验证确定极限学习机(ELM)最佳的隐含层神经元个数与隐含层激活函数类型,再通过引入组合动态旋转角策略、单点混沌交叉操作、混沌变异操作、确定性选择策略、量子灾变操作对量子遗传算法(QGA)进行改进,最后使用改进后的QGA算法优化ELM神经网络输入层到隐含层的连接权值和隐含层的阈值。为了验证该模型普适性和有效性,依次建立多元线性回归、BP、ELM、QGA-ELM、改进的QGA-ELM算法5种模型,并在不同数据集上进行反演效果比较,结果表明:(1)对比QGA-ELM算法和改进的QGA-ELM算法进化过程,改进的算法能有效提升模型寻优能力,避免算法早熟,且能寻得更优结果。(2)对比五种算法在不同数据集上的反演效果,验证了NDVI,RVI与LAI之间主要为非线性关系,且ELM神经网络模型反演效果要优于BP神经网络模型和多元线性回归模型。(3)对比五种算法在不同数据集上的反演效果,改进的QGA-ELM算法绝大部分情况下拥有最高的反演精度和最低的误差,改进后的算法反演精度得到了明显提升,泛化性能也得到了增强。(4)改进的QGA-ELM算法在各种施肥梯度上均具有最高反演精度和最低误差,且精度较高,能为不同生长状况水稻LAI反演提供依据。(5)五种模型对庆和香LAI反演精度均要高于龙稻18,而改进的QGA-ELM算法在不同水稻品种上依然具有较高的反演精度,且在不同水稻品种上反演精度相差极小,远低于其他四种模型,能很好适应不同水稻品种LAI反演要求,极大提升模型的稳定性性,为不同水稻品种反演提供参考意义。  相似文献

The network loading problem (NLP) is a specialized capacitated network design problem in which prescribed point-to-point demand between various pairs of nodes of a network must be met by installing (loading) a capacitated facility. We can load any number of units of the facility on each of the arcs at a specified arc dependent cost. The problem is to determine the number of facilities to be loaded on the arcs that will satisfy the given demand at minimum cost.This paper studies two core subproblems of the NLP. The first problem, motivated by a Lagrangian relaxation approach for solving the problem, considers a multiple commodity, single arc capacitated network design problem. The second problem is a three node network; this specialized network arises in larger networks if we aggregate nodes. In both cases, we develop families of facets and completely characterize the convex hull of feasible solutions to the integer programming formulation of the problems. Stochastic integer programs are notoriously difficult. Very few properties are known and solution algorithms are very scarce. In this paper, we introduce the class of stochastic programs with simple integer recourse, a natural extension of the simple recourse case extensively studied in stochastic continuous programs.Analytical as well as computational properties of the expected recourse function of simple integer recourse problems are studied. This includes sharp bounds on this function and the study of the convex hull. Finally, a finite termination algorithm is obtained that solves two classes of stochastic simple integer recourse problems.Supported by the National Operations Research Network in the Netherlands (LNMB).  相似文献
