New peptidomimetics containing the Tic moiety were synthesized in enantiomerically pure form and their conformational features were studied by NMR, IR, and molecular modeling techniques. The presence of a reverse turn conformation was observed in all the structures, suggesting the key role of the scaffold as reverse turn inducer. In particular, all the analyses led to the conclusion that a β-turn conformation is mostly stabilized in tetrapeptide mimetic 4b and in hexapeptide mimetics 5a,b. In the case of 5a,b, the C1 stereochemistry plays a central role in determining stable conformations, supporting the formation of a β-hairpin arrangement with a 14-membered intramolecular hydrogen bond ring only in 5b.  相似文献

Microgels were prepared within reverse micelles via photocrosslinking. Gelation resulted from the [2 + 2] photodimerization reaction of nitrocinnamoyl (NC) groups on multi-arm polyethylene glycol (PEG) or gelatin. Because of the potential for biomedical and chemical applications, immobilization capacity within the microgels was investigated. Quantum dots (QDs), for example, share a similar size scale with proteins and can be physically trapped within the microgels. In addition, the optoelectronic properties of QDs could be utilized for analytical, imaging, and therapeutic purposes. Small molecules and recognition sequences (e.g. biotin) can also be covalently immobilized within the microgel networks through the photodimerization reaction. In the presence of biotin-PEG-NC, the resulting microgels added to streptavidin-coated plates. The microgel properties such as biodegradability and degree of swelling may be engineered for particular applications including targeted monitoring and controlled drug delivery systems.  相似文献

Salinity toxicity is a worldwide agricultural and eco-environmental problem. Many literatures show that arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) can enhance salt tolerance of many plants and some physiological changes occurred in AM symbiosis under salt stress. However, the role of ROS-scavenging enzymes in AM tomato is still unknown in continuous salt stress. This study investigated the effect of Glomus mosseae on tomato growth, cell membrane osmosis and examined the antioxidants (superoxide-dismutase, SOD; catalase, CAT; ascorbate peroxidase, APX; peroxidase, POD) responses in roots of mycorrhizal tomato and control under different NaCl stress for 40 days in potted culture. NaCl solution (0, 0.5 and 1%) was added to organic soil in the irrigation water after 45 days inoculated by AMF (Glomus mosseae). (1) AMF inoculation improved tomato growth under salt or saltless condition and reduced cell membrane osmosis, MDA (malonaldehyde) content in salinity. So the salt tolerance of tomato was enhanced by AMF; (2) SOD, APX and POD activity in roots of AM symbiosis were significantly higher than corresponding non-AM plants in salinity or saltless condition. However, CAT activity was transiently induced by AMF and then suppressed to a level similar with non-AM seedlings; (3) higher salinity (1% level) and long stress time suppressed the effect of AMF on SOD, APX, POD and CAT activity; (4) this research suggested that the enhanced salt tolerance in AM symbiosis was mainly related with the elevated SOD, POD and APX activity by AMF which degraded more reactive oxygen species and so alleviated the cell membrane damages under salt stress. Whereas, the elevated SOD, POD and APX activity due to AMF depended on salinity environment.  相似文献

研究了漆树酶在AOT/正辛烷/水反胶团中邻氨基苯酚的催化氧化性能。发现在40℃、pH=7.6、R=[H2O]/[AOT]≈18的条件下,漆树酶的活力最高,在含水量较低的反胶团中较稳定。当R=6.2,于30℃保存15h活力仍保持82%;"水池"内存在的1.0×10-3mol/L的Zn2+、Fe3+、Mg2+等离子对漆树酶有一定的抑制作用。漆树酶对邻氨基苯酚在反胶团和水溶液介质中,其主要氧化产物均为2-氨基-吩嗪-3-酮,但在反胶团中其反应产率比在水溶液中约高0.5倍。  相似文献

运用微量热计(Microcalorimeter),傅立叶变换红外(FT-IR),对水/TX-100/正己醇/正辛烷反相微乳液体系的形成过程及水的微结构进行了研究.微量热结果表明该反相微乳液的形成过程为一放热过程,且为两步反应.第一步为TX-100单体中的聚氧乙烯醚键与水分子形成氢键的过程,然后是“包裹”在反相胶束中的聚氧乙烯醚键与H2O分子形成氢键的过程,这两步反应之间存在时间差,焓变在该反相微乳液的形成过程中起着主要作用.含水量不同时,体系分别形成结合水、束缚水和自由水,并用FT-IR对此加以证实,FT-IR测试结果表明结合水、束缚水和自由水羟基吸收峰分别位于3400±20cm-1、3550±20cm-1、3220±20cm-1,在反相微乳液中脂肪醚位于比芳基醚大的极性区域,因而先于芳基醚与水作用形成氢键.  相似文献

Cellulose acetate has been utilized in a variety of separation and purification processes. In membrane separation, cellulosics, in particular cellulose acetate, have played important roles. Hemodialysis and desalination are the established fields where acetate membranes have been applied. Recently, a new application, that is the purification of drinking water, is growing. The history of cellulosic membranes, preparation of acetate membranes, and applications will be reviewed. Cellulose acetate is also useful in chromatography and related separation technologies. These application will also be reviewed and the relationship between the superstructure of cellulose triacetate and its adsorptive behavior is briefly mentioned.  相似文献

利用水热法处理表面活性剂/正辛烷/正己醇/水四元微乳体系成功合成FeNi3合金纳米结构. 通过改变表面活性剂的用量和类型来调控产物粒径与形貌. 当表面活性剂为聚乙二醇4000(PEG4000)时, 产物为球状, 粒径约为75 nm. 当表面活性剂为十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)时, 产物为海胆状.单个海胆状颗粒是由许多纳米棒构成, 其直径约为42 nm, 长度为0.4-1.2 μm. 利用X射线粉末衍射(XRD), 穆斯堡尔谱, 扫描电子显微镜(SEM), 透射电子显微镜(TEM), 选区电子衍射(SAED), 多功能磁天平(MMVFTB)等测试手段对产物的组成、形貌和磁性能进行了表征. 球状和海胆状的FeNi3样品在室温下呈现典型的铁磁性特征, 其饱和磁化强度(Ms)值分别为114.4和97.4 emu·g-1, 矫顽力(Hc)值分别为94.0和329.0 Oe.  相似文献

Palladium (Pd) nanoparticles were prepared in the reverse micellar system containing sucrose fatty acid esters with various esterification degrees. The TEM showed that Pd nanoparticles were of spherical and relatively uniform. The size of Pd nanoparticles strongly depended upon the composition of sucrose fatty acid esters. The resultant Pd colloid could be preserved for at least 2 months without precipitation.  相似文献
