12－钨磷酸对液－固相酯分解及烷基化反应的催化特性

本文报道了Ｋｅｇｇｉｎ结构杂多化合物１２－钨磷酸在液－固相体系中，对醋酸环己酯的分解及１，３，５－三甲基苯与环已烯的烷基化反应的催化特性；考察了前处理温度对催化剂热脱水性及表面积的影响．发现在１５０℃前处理温度条件下，伴随烷基化反应的进行，体系放热，反应速度随催化剂量的增加异常加快；在１００℃～３００℃范围内，催化剂结晶水几乎全部脱去，两反应的催化活性与催化剂表面积相关．     

分子内反应与分子内催化（Ⅳ）──羟基诱导效应对分子内苯并咪唑基一般碱催化3－（2＇－苯并咪唑基）－3－羟基丙酸乙酯水解的影响

在３－（２＇－苯并咪唑基）－３－羟基丙酸乙酯水解过程中，苯并咪唑基以分子内一般碱催化方式参与催化酯的水解反应。分子内羟基的存在，虽然没有改变苯并咪唑基的催化方式，但对其催化活性具有明显的影响．从分子内羟基的诱导效应以及氢键的形成对实验结果进行了讨论。     

Mechanism and reactivity of rhodium-catalyzed intermolecular [5 + 1] cycloaddition of 3-acyloxy-1,4-enyne (ACE) and CO: A computational study

The first theoretical study on the mechanism of [RhCl(CO)2]2-catalyzed [5 + 1] cycloadditions of 3-acyloxy-1,4-enyne (ACE) and CO has been performed using density functional theory (DFT) calculations. The effect of ester on reactivity of this reaction has been investigated. The computational results have revealed that the preferred catalytic cycle involves the sequential steps of 1,2-acyloxy migration, CO insertion, reductive elimination to form ketene intermediate, 6π-electroncyclization, and aromatization to afford the resorcinol product. The 1,2-acyloxy migration is found to be the rate-determining step of the catalytic cycle. The electron-rich p-dimethylaminobenzoate substrate promotes 1,2-acyloxy migration and significantly increases the reactivity by stabilizing the positive charge building up in the oxocyclic transition state.     

Persistence of layer motifs in the crystal structures of [1,4-bis-(2-methoxy-2-carbonylethyl)piperazinium (2’)] chloride and [1,4-bis-(2-amidoethyl)piperazinium (2’)] perchlorate

Two structures of the closely related piperazinium salts, [1,4-bis-(2-methoxy-2-carbonylethyl)piperazinium (2+)] chloride (1) and [1,4-bis-(2-amidoethyl)piperazinium (2+)] perchlorate (2) reveal the persistence of a layer structure, interspersed with anions, held in place by N–H···Cl, C–H···O and C–H···Cl interactions in the case of 1, and N–H···O and C–H···O interactions in the case of 2. Compound 1 crystallizes in the triclinic space group P-1 with a=6.7667(6) ?, b = 6.9467(6) ?, c=9.3880(18) ?, α=105.845(9)°, β=99.896(16)°, γ=103.600(9)°, and Z=1. Compound 2 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P2₁/c with a = 9.0930(8) ?, b=10.0525(11) ? c=10.2104(13) ?, β=114.279(9)°, and Z=2.     

5-氢-1,4,6,9-四氧-5-膦螺环[4.4]壬烷的制备及其硅烷基化反应

5-氢-1,4,6,9-四氧-5-膦螺环[4.4]壬烷2是合成有机磷阻燃剂的重要原料.其合成方法虽有一些报道,但尚未见2-氯-1,3,2-二氧膦杂环戊烷1与乙二醇反应的合成路线.我们用1、乙二醇及三乙胺以等摩尔比反应,发现2的收率很低,主要得到环状二亚磷酸酯3,将3再与乙二醇反应,很容易转化成2,反应式如下:     

Alkyl 4-pyridinecarboxylate complexes of pentacyanoferrate(II)

The preparation and spectral and kinetic properties of new complexes of pentacyanoferrate(II) coordinated to methyl and ethyl 4-pyridinecarboxylates are described. Ester substitution by solvent water seems to compete effectively with the alkaline or acid ester hydrolysis due to a remarkable metal inhibition of the latter reaction.Presented in part at the XVas.
