将自制的耐高温勃姆石@苯基次膦酸铝杂化阻燃剂(BM@Al-PPi)与市售改性红磷(MRP)复配制得一种可用于半芳香尼龙PA6T/DT(HTN)的耐高温高效阻燃体系.保持阻燃剂15 wt%的总添加量不变时,MRP的添加量仅为5 wt%即可赋予HTN垂直燃烧V-0级别,极限氧指数为29.8%.锥形量热测试及其燃烧残余物研究表明,MRP阻燃HTN材料以气相阻燃作用为主,抑制热释放效果不佳且烟释放明显增加;而BM@Al-PPi的凝聚相交联成炭作用可同时抑制热释放与烟释放.结合裂解气相色谱质谱联用(Py-GC-MS)分析,给出了HTN/BM@Al-PPi/MRP体系的阻燃机理.BM@Al-PPi与MRP结合使得残炭质量显著提高,同时兼具气相作用,达到了较好的阻燃效果. 相似文献

Resonance Raman spectra of oxygenated and deoxygenated functional erythrocytes recorded using 785 nm laser excitation are
presented. The high-quality spectra show a mixture of enhanced A1g, A2g, B1g, B2g, Eu and vinyl modes. The high sensitivity of the Raman system enabled spectra from four oxygenation and deoxygenation cycles
to be recorded with only 18 mW of power at the sample over a 60-minute period. This low power prevented photo-/thermal degradation
and negated protein denaturation leading to heme aggregation. The large database consisting of 210 spectra from the four cycles
was analyzed with principal components analysis (PCA). The PC1 loadings plot provided exquisite detail on bands associated
with the oxygenated and deoxygenated states. The enhancement of a band at 567 cm−1, observed in the spectra of oxygenated cells and the corresponding PC1 loadings plot, was assigned to the Fe–O2 stretching mode, while a band appearing at 419 cm−1 was assigned to the Fe–O–O bending mode based on previous studies. For deoxygenated cells, the enhancement of B1g modes at 785 nm excitation is consistent with vibronic coupling between band III and the Soret transition. In the case of
oxygenated cells, the enhancement of iron-axial out-of-plane modes and non-totally symmetric modes is consistent with enhancement
into the y,z-polarized transition centered at 785 nm. The enhancement of non-totally symmetric B1g modes in oxygenated cells suggests vibronic coupling between band IV and the Soret band. This study provides new insights
into the vibrational dynamics, electronic structure and resonant enhancement of heme moieties within functional erythrocytes
at near-IR excitation wavelengths.

In this paper, we describe a new method for determination of hemoglobin of single red blood cells by coupling chemiluminescence with capillary electrophoresis (CL-CE). The chemiluminescent detection is based on the catalytic effects of hemoglobin on the luminol-hydrogen peroxide reaction. The conditions of chemiluminescent reaction and capillary electrophoresis were investigated. Hemoglobin in human blood samples was detected with the present method, the linear range from 1.7 μg mL−1 to 6.8 μg mL−1 was tested, and the correlation coefficient of 0.997 and low detection limit of 0.17 μg mL−1 (approximately 2.2 pg, S/N = 3) were obtained. Cell injection procedure was improved, and the method was successfully used to determine hemoglobin of single red blood cells and the statistical result of the average content of hemoglobin in 26 human red blood cells was 23.6 pg. Compared to other current methods, CE with CL system is simple, sensitive and will become an attractive alternative method for single cell analysis. 相似文献

Polymethylphenylsilane (PMPS) was modified by chloromethylation then condensed with Na salt of Disperse Red 1(DR1). The product, DR1 functionlized PMPS(PMPS-DRD, was thoroughly washed until it had no DRl or other dopant. Its glass transition temperature is 155℃, contains 4.5% weight of DRl residue. The UV-Vis spectrum of PMPS-DRl shows a broad ab-sorption band in the range 400-700 nm. Photoconductivity measured on a 2 μm film made of PMPS-DR1, using a 632.8 nm He-Ne laser beam, shows that it is electric field dependent and in the range of 10-13 to 10-11S/cm. 文章研究报道了电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定南红玛瑙中As、Cd、Cr、Pb、Sb元素含量的分析方法。通过对前处理方法的确定、分析线的选择、基体干扰方面的研究,确定了分析条件,并对比研究了标准曲线法与标准加入法在测定方面的异同。标准加入法与标准曲线法的测定结果相近,但标准曲线法的测定结果总是比标准加入法的测定结果小。在标准加入法中,各元素加标回收率在93.6%~103%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(RSDn=6)小于10%;在标准曲线法中,各元素加标回收率在90.2%~103%之间,各元素的相对标准偏差(RSD n=6)也均小于10%。基体效应对标准曲线法测定存在一定的影响,但不十分明显。标准加入法可以很好地减轻基体效应的干扰,但不可大批量测定样品。因此,在分析控制质量要求允许范围内,可采用标准曲线法对南红玛瑙中剧毒元素As、Cd、Cr、Pb、Sb的含量进行测定。 相似文献
