紫荆花红色素开发利用的研究

首次报道紫荆花红色素的提取纯化方法及红色素的理化性质，并与玫瑰茄红色素作对比研究，证实同属于花青甙类化合物，又经急性毒性试验证明其毒性极低，故紫荆花天然红色素具有开发利用的价值。     

Stimulatory effect of red light on starch accumulation in a marine green alga,chlamydomonas sp. strain MGA161

A marine green alga,Chlamydomonas sp. strain MGA161 was cultivated under illumination of red and white lights. The growth rate under red light illumination was almost the same as that in the basic conditions under white light illumination, but red light-grown cells accumulated almost twice as much starch as white light-grown cells. Although there was a slight decrease in carbonic anhydrase activity, red light-illuminated cells had almost 2.3 times the fructose-l,6-diphos-phatase activity of white light-illuminated cells. Red light might stimulate starch accumulation by increasing the amounts of enzymes related to carbon fixation through the phytochrome system. Cells grown under red light degraded 1.6 times as much starch and produced 1.7 times as much hydrogen and 1.6 times as much ethanol compared with cells grown under white light during 12 h of dark anaerobic fermentation.     

Voltammetric Behavior of the Alizarin Red S Interaction with DNA and Damage to DNA

The electrochemical behavior and the interaction of alizarin red S (ARS) with calf thymus DNA was investigated on a bare glassy carbon electrode (GCE) and DNA modified GCE (DNA/GCE), respectively. ARS showed a pair of redox peaks at ?0.445 V and ?0.414 V on a bare GCE. On addition of DNA into the ARS solution, the peak current of ARS decreased and the peak potential positively shifted, but without new redox peaks appeared. The ARS reduction peak current increased with immersion time on a DNA/GCE. The results showed that ARS could interact with DNA molecules by intercalative binding mode. The equilibrium constant, binding number and the ratio of binding constant for oxidized and reduced ARS forms were obtained. The DNA damage was directly detected by appearance of guanosine and adenosine bases oxidation signal. The influence of experimental conditions on DNA damage extent was discussed in detail.     

Coupling chemiluminescence with capillary electrophoresis to analyze single human red blood cells

In this paper, we describe a new method for determination of hemoglobin of single red blood cells by coupling chemiluminescence with capillary electrophoresis (CL-CE). The chemiluminescent detection is based on the catalytic effects of hemoglobin on the luminol-hydrogen peroxide reaction. The conditions of chemiluminescent reaction and capillary electrophoresis were investigated. Hemoglobin in human blood samples was detected with the present method, the linear range from 1.7 μg mL⁻¹ to 6.8 μg mL⁻¹ was tested, and the correlation coefficient of 0.997 and low detection limit of 0.17 μg mL⁻¹ (approximately 2.2 pg, S/N = 3) were obtained. Cell injection procedure was improved, and the method was successfully used to determine hemoglobin of single red blood cells and the statistical result of the average content of hemoglobin in 26 human red blood cells was 23.6 pg. Compared to other current methods, CE with CL system is simple, sensitive and will become an attractive alternative method for single cell analysis.     

耐高温杂化阻燃剂/改性红磷阻燃半芳香尼龙的研究

将自制的耐高温勃姆石@苯基次膦酸铝杂化阻燃剂(BM@Al-PPi)与市售改性红磷(MRP)复配制得一种可用于半芳香尼龙PA6T/DT(HTN)的耐高温高效阻燃体系.保持阻燃剂15 wt%的总添加量不变时,MRP的添加量仅为5 wt%即可赋予HTN垂直燃烧V-0级别,极限氧指数为29.8%.锥形量热测试及其燃烧残余物研究表明,MRP阻燃HTN材料以气相阻燃作用为主,抑制热释放效果不佳且烟释放明显增加;而BM@Al-PPi的凝聚相交联成炭作用可同时抑制热释放与烟释放.结合裂解气相色谱质谱联用(Py-GC-MS)分析,给出了HTN/BM@Al-PPi/MRP体系的阻燃机理.BM@Al-PPi与MRP结合使得残炭质量显著提高,同时兼具气相作用,达到了较好的阻燃效果.     

Direct identification of prohibited substances in cosmetics and foodstuffs using ambient ionization on a miniature mass spectrometry system

Significantly simplified work flows were developed for rapid analysis of various types of cosmetic and foodstuff samples by employing a miniature mass spectrometry system and ambient ionization methods. A desktop Mini 12 ion trap mass spectrometer was coupled with paper spray ionization, extraction spray ionization and slug-flow microextraction for direct analysis of Sudan Reds, parabens, antibiotics, steroids, bisphenol and plasticizer from raw samples with complex matrices. Limits of detection as low as 5 μg/kg were obtained for target analytes. On-line derivatization was also implemented for analysis of steroid in cosmetics. The developed methods provide potential analytical possibility for outside-the-lab screening of cosmetics and foodstuff products for the presence of illegal substances.     

超高效液相色谱-串联四极杆质谱联用分析鸭蛋黄中的苏丹红Ⅰ～Ⅳ

建立了鸭蛋黄中苏丹红Ⅰ～Ⅳ号的超高效液相色谱-串联四极杆质谱联用（UPLC-MS/MS）的分析方法。采用乙腈提取样品中的苏丹红,加水反沉淀除去蛋白质和脂肪等杂质,冷冻后高速离心,取上层清液供UPLC-MS/MS分析。经Waters Acquity BHE C18超高效液相色谱柱分离,串联四极杆质谱多反应监测模式检测,4种物质的检出限均为0.05 μg/L,实际样品中4种物质的检出限为10 μg/kg。采用标准添加法测定苏丹红的回收率,100.0,200.0,300.0 μg/kg 3个不同添加水平的回收率为50.2%～101.3%。实验结果表明该方法灵敏度高,检出限低,确证能力强,分析时间短,可满足高通量食品样品中苏丹红的日常检测。     

一类新的红色荧光粉MY2S4:Er3+(M=Sr2+,Ba2+)的合成与表征

Eu2 激活的CaS: Eu[1],Eu3 激活的硫氧化物[2],Pr3 激活的Ca0.8Zn0.2TiO3[3]以及Eu2 和Mn2 掺杂的SrY2S4[4]都是重要的红色发光材料.     

Decolorization of AZO dyes using catalytic ozonation

Decolorization of C.I. Reactive Red 2 (RR2) and C.I. Acid Orange 6 (AO6) using a catalytic ozonation system was evaluated. The decolorization rates for RR2 and AO6 were accelerated by at least 30% by adding MnO₂ to the O₃ system; additionally, the decolorization rate increased as the MnO₂ dosage and ozone power consumption increased. Enhanced MnO₂ catalytic ozonation was more apparent for AO6 than for RR2.     

活性艳红K-2G与环糊精相互作用的极谱伏安法研究

研究了单偶氮染料活性艳红K-2G的极谱伏安行为。实验表明：在底液为0．1mol／L的NaGl溶液中活性艳红K-2G有一稳定的、灵敏的还原峰,峰电位约为-0．78mV（vs．SEE）。用线性扫描二阶导数极谱法研究了活性艳红K-2G与不同环糊精的相互作用。采用“电流法”测定了包结常数,比较了不同类型环糊精的包结能力,初探了包结点的可能位置,并对其进行了理论分析。
