An emulsion liquid membrane process using bis-(2-ethylhexyl) phosphoric acid (D2EHPA) to extract and separate Ni(II) and Co(II) from acidic chloride solutions is described. Liquid membrane consists of a diluent, a surfactant (Span 80), and an extractant (D2EHPA). Hydrochloric acid was used as the stripping solution. The important parameters governing the permeation of nickel and their effect on the separation process have been studied. These parameters are stirring speed, feed phase pH, surfactant concentration, extractant concentration, stripping phase concentration, phase ratio, initial concentration of metal, and treatment ratio. The optimum conditions have been determined. The separation factors of Ni(II) with respect to Co(II), based on initial feed concentration, have been experimentally determined. Furthermore, the extraction selectivity for Co(II) over Ni(II) has been improved by using D2EHPA during the initial minutes. 相似文献

In the current study,the hybrid effect of a corona discharge and γ-alumina supported Ni catalysts in CO2 reforming of methane is investigated.The study includes both purely catalytic operation in the temperature range of 923-1023K,and hybrid catalytic-plasma operation of DC corona discharge reactor at room temperature and ambient pressure.The effect of feed flow rate,discharge power and Ni/γ-Al2O3 catalysts are studied.When CH4/CO2 ratio in the feed is 1/2,the syngas of low H2/CO ratio at about 0.56 is obtained,which is a potential feedstock for synthesis of liquid hydrocarbons.Although Ni catalyst is only active above 573K,presence of Ni catalysts in the cold corona plasma reactor(T≤523K) shows promising increase in the conversions of methane and carbon dioxide.When Ni catalysts are used in the plasma reaction,H2/CO ratios in the products are slightly modified,selectivity to CO increases whereas fewer by-products such as hydrocarbons and oxygenates are formed. 相似文献

应用化学沉淀法合成了3种普鲁士蓝类化合物NaxMyFe(CN)6(M=Fe,Co,Ni),并研究了以此类化合物作钠离子电池正极材料的可行性.XRD和SEM分析表明,合成的3种目标产物均具有典型的立方晶型结构,粒子尺寸为20~50 nm.循环伏安扫描和恒电流充放电测试表明,这类化合物均能实现可逆的钠离子嵌入-脱嵌反应,但不同的金属表现出不同的电化学性质.如M为Fe或Co,材料中的Fe(CN)64+和Fe2+/Co2+离子这两个电化学活性中心都能参与氧化还原反应,NaFeFe(CN)6和Na2CoFe(CN)6的首周可逆容量分别为113和120mAh.g-1,且循环性能比较稳定.由于这类结构中Ni离子不能参与氧化还原反应,Na2NiFe(CN)6的可逆容量仅为64 mAh.g-1,但循环性能非常优异.本工作的初步结果证明了普鲁士蓝类化合物具有良好的钠离子脱嵌能力,有望成为一类价格低廉、环境友好的钠离子电池正极材料. 相似文献

A new ionophore, i.e. p‐(2‐thiazolazo)calix[4]arene ( I ) has been explored for its selective behavior towards Ni(II) ions. A poly(vinyl chloride) based membrane containing ( I ) as an electroactive material along with sodiumtetraphenylborate (NaTPB), and nitrophenyloctyl ether in the ratio 10 : 100 : 3 : 150 (I:PVC:NaTPB:NPOE) (w/w) was used to fabricate an all solid state nickel(II)‐selective sensor. The developed sensor exhibited a working concentration range of 1.0×10?6–1.0×10?1 M, with a Nernstian slope of 28.9±1.0 mV/decade of activity and a response time of 10–15 s. This sensor shows a detection limit of 9.0×10?7 M. Its potential response remains unaffected of pH in the range 3.0–7.6, and the cell assembly could be used successfully in partially nonaqueous medium (up to 10 % v/v) without any significant change in the slope value or the working concentration range. The sensor worked satisfactorily for about ten weeks and exhibited excellent selectivity over a number of mono‐, bi‐, and tri‐valent cations including alkali, alkaline earth metal, and transition metal ions. It could be used as an indicator electrode for the end point determination in the potentiometric titration of nickel ions against ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA) as well as for the determination of nickel ion concentration in real samples. 相似文献

2-甲基四氢呋喃(2-MTHF)是极具市场潜力的生物燃料、绿色溶剂和化学中间体.采用浸渍法制备Ni/γ-Al2O3催化剂,在固定床反应器评价其2-甲基呋喃(2-MF)气相加氢合成2-甲基四氢呋喃(2-MTHF)反应性能.通过XRD、N2等温吸附-脱附、H2-TPR、NH3-TPD、TEM、H2吸附和XPS对催化剂结构和表面性质进行表征,研究Ni负载量、焙烧温度和反应条件对催化剂性能的影响规律.结果表明:Ni/γ-Al2O3催化剂的Ni金属面积、晶粒尺寸、反应温度和压力都会影响2-MF的转化率;孔结构、酸量和反应温度是影响2-MTHF选择性的主要原因,平均孔径大、酸量大和适宜的反应温度有利于提高2-MTHF选择性. 400℃焙烧的负载量为15%的Ni/γ-Al2O3催化剂, Ni金属面积大、晶粒尺寸小、总酸量多,催化剂表面的金属活性中心与酸性中心协同作用促进了2-MF呋喃环上C=C加氢生成2-MTHF,性能较优.在2 MPa、100℃、WHSV=2.7 h-1、H2/2-MF=6.4的条件下,该催化剂上2-MF转化率为99.8%, 2-MTHF选择性为98.0%,催化剂可以稳定运行40 h. 相似文献

In this paper a novel solid phase extraction method to determine Co(II) and Ni(II) using silica gel-polyethylene glycol (Silica-PEG) as a new adsorbent is described. The method is based on the adsorption of cobalt and nickel ions in alkaline media on polyethylene glycol-silica gel in a mini-column, elution with nitric acid and determination by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The adsorption conditions such as NaOH concentration, sample volume and amount of adsorbent were optimized in order to achieve highest sensitivity. The calibration graph was linear in the range of 0.5-200.0 ng mL−1 for Co(II) and 2.0-100.0 ng mL−1 for Ni(II) in the initial solution. The limit of detection based on 3Sb was 0.37 ng mL−1 for Co(II) and 0.71 ng mL−1 for Ni(II). The relative standard deviations (R.S.D.) for ten replicate measurements of 40 ng mL−1 of Co(II), and Ni(II) were 3.24 and 3.13%, respectively. Reaction of formamide with Ni(NO3)2·6H2O under hydrothermal condition in a mixture of MeOH/H2O forms a two-dimensional formate bridged sheet Ni(HCOO)2(MeOH)2 (1). X-ray structure analysis reveals the conversion of formamide to formate which acts as a bridging ligand in complex 1 where the axial sites of Ni(II) are occupied by methanol used as a solvent. An analogous reaction in presence of 4,4′-bipyridyl (4,4′-bipy) yielded a three-dimensional structure Ni(HCOO)2(4,4′-bpy) (2). DC magnetic measurements as a function of temperature and field established the presence of spontaneous magnetization with Tc (Curie temperature) = 17 and 20.8 K in 1 and 2, respectively, which can be attributed due to spin-canting. DFT calculations were performed to corroborate the magnetic results of 1 and 2. 相似文献
