纳米SiO2粒子极易团聚,在有机介质中难以均匀分散,从而大大地限制了其优异性能的发挥,有必要对其进行化学改性处理。原子转移自由基聚合(atom transfer radical polymerization,ATRP)是对纳米Si02粒子进行接枝改性的一种有效途径,通过ATRP对纳米SiOz粒子进行表面改性,可以制备集无机纳米粒子和聚合物的优点于一身的SiO2-聚合物复合材料,且接枝链的长度及分子量分布可控,拓展了纳米SiO。的应用领域。本文主要综述了ATRP、RATRP(reverse ATRP)、AGETATRP(activators generated by electron transfer ATRP)和ARGETATRP(activators regenerated by electron transferATRP)方法对纳米Si02接枝改性的研究现状。 相似文献

采用紫外光引发接枝表面改性的方法,以芴酮(FL)为引发剂,在低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)薄膜表面上接枝丙烯酸(AA)、甲基丙烯酸(MAA)、丙烯酸甲酯(MA)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酰胺(AM)等单体,以赋予薄膜表面新的化学性质.考察了引发剂浓度、紫外光的辐照时间、辐照强度、单体种类对LDPE薄膜接枝程度的影响.结果表明,在一定范围内,增加芴酮浓度,可以提高单体的接枝率,但当芴酮浓度达到5%时,接枝率反而下降.延长辐照时间至4 min和提高紫外光的辐照强度达100 W/m2,均有利于接枝反应的进行.不同单体在LDPE膜上的接枝能力与单体的活性、单体与基材的相容性等因素有关.接枝后,LDPE与水的接触角下降程度不仅与单体在膜上的接枝量有关,还与接枝单体的亲水性能密切相关. 相似文献

Well-defined zwitterionic polymer brushes with good blood compatibility were studied, grafted from polyurethane (PU) substrate (PU-Si-g-P(MPC)) by surface-initiated reverse atom transfer radical polymerization (SI-RATRP). We found that the structure of polymer brushes and hence their properties greatly depend on the grafting density. To solve the problems of the normal method for grafting density measurement, i.e., more requirements for qualified and proficient instrument operator, we established an effective and feasible way instead of the conventional method of spectroscopic ellipsometer combined with gel permeation chromatograph (ELM/GPC) to calculate the grafting density of PU-Si-g-P(MPC) films by using a software named ImageJ 1.44e in combination with scanning electronic microscope (SEM) or atomic microscope (AFM). X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), SEM and AFM were employed to analyze the surface topography and changes of elements before and after graft modification of the synthetic PU-Si-g-P(MPC) biofilms. 相似文献

The grafting of a typical methacrylate monomer (MMA) to polypropylene (PPE) and cellulose initiated by UV and ionising radiation is reported. The effect of additives which constitute components in radiation curing on the grafting process is examined. Additives studied include photoinitiators (PIs), multifunctional acrylates and methacrylates and acrylate oligomers. Synergistic effects when these additives are combined in the same solution are reported. The photografting studies have been extended to include grafting with charge transfer (CT) complexes involving donor/acceptor (DA) monomers to PPE, cellulose and wool. The importance of this work in conventional and PI free curing is discussed, particularly the significance of concurrent grafting during curing. 相似文献

cavities that can include a large variety of chemicals for specific cellulose finishing. In this study grafting of monocholorotriazinyl-β-cyclodextrin
(MCT-β-CD) and β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) to filter paper has been performed. β-cyclodextrin has been bonded to filter paper using
1,4-butanediol diglycidyl ether as the crosslinking agent. The untreated and treated filter papers were characterized by differential
scanning calorimetry (DSC) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), demonstrating the covalent binding of cyclodextrins to filter
paper. The quantification of β-CD and MCT-β-CD grafted to filter paper was determined by the dye extinction method with the
inclusion of phenolphthalein. The final β-CD content amounted to 15.9 μmol per gram of support (1.8% by weight), and 72.8 μmol
