Abstract. This paper studies the asymptotic behavior of the solutions of massive coupled Maxwell—Klein—Gordon field equations in the 4—dimensional Minkowski space for the case of small initial data with charge. The proof relies on gauge invariant energy estimates and geometric properties of the fields equations. The presence of charge together with the mass term in the Klein—Gordon equation are the novelties of this project and provide us with a situation which cannot be accomodated by standard methods such as the conformal transformation. A covariant Lie derivative operator for the Klein—Gordon field is introduced and allows us to handle the most troublesome terms in the error estimates. 相似文献

The β-ketoester tert-butyl acetoacetate was enantioselectively reduced to tert-butyl (S)-3-hydroxybutanoate by seven microorganism strains. The best result using free cells was obtained with the yeast R. rubra, which furnished 97.6% ee and higher than 99% of conversion within 24 h. After immobilization in calcium alginate spheres, R. rubra furnished 96% ee and higher than 99% ee within 24 h, even if substrate concentration was 58 mM. Immobilized cells were reused three times without loss of enantioselectivity. 相似文献

We constrain the neutrino mass in f(R) gravity using the latest observations from the Planck, BAO and BICEP2 data. We find that the measurement on the B-modes can break the degeneracy between the massive neutrinos and the f(R) gravity. We find a non-zero value of the Compton wavelengths B0 at a 68% confidence level for the f(R) model in the presence of massive neutrinos when the BICEP2 data is used. Furthermore, the tension on the tensor-to-scalar ratios between the measured values from Plank and BICEP2 is significantly reconciled in our model. 相似文献

A number of works have been focused on the study of polymers microtacticity and the probability of iso‐, syndio‐, and atactic arrangement of monomers such as polypropylene and poly(methacrylic esters) before the 1980s. This type of study was fewer in the last four decades despite the importance of stereochemical knowledge of macromolecules in the biomedical field. NMR analysis was the invaluable tool for the study of stereochemistry. This work detailed the synthesis and the physicochemical and microtacticity characterizations of new semicrystalline and amorphous polyesters, poly(3‐allyl‐3‐methylmalic acid) (PAlMMLA) derivatives which are part of the poly(malic acid) family. This polymer is biodegradable and biocompatible. It can also be chemically modified for a possible combination with bioactive molecules. It can be synthesized from chiral product leading a stereoregular and semicrystalline structure. In the case of a racemic starting product, the obtained macromolecular structure is amorphous. A rapid and sensitive liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry (LC‐MS/MS) method has been developed and validated for simultaneous quantification of ginsenosides Rg1, Re and notoginsenoside R1 in human plasma. Chromatography was performed on Capcell Pak C18 MG II column using a binary gradient using mobile phase A (5 mm ammonium formate solution) and B (methanol, containing 5 mm ammonium formate) at a flow rate of 0.3 mL/min. The entire chromatographic run time was 3.2 min. Quantification was achieved using multiple reaction monitoring in positive mode using API 3000. This method was validated in terms of specificity, linearity, precision, accuracy, matrix effect and stability. The calibration curves were linear in the concentration range of 0.020–5.00 ng/mL for ginsenosides Rg1, Re and notoginsenoside R1. The lower limit of quantification (LLOQ) of this method was 0.020 ng/mL. The intra‐run and inter‐run precision values were within 12.31% for ginsenoside Rg1, 14.13% for ginsenoside Re and 11.46% for notoginsenoside R1 at their LLOQ levels. The samples were stable under all tested conditions. This method was successfully applied to study the pharmacokinetics of ginsenoside Rg1 and notoginsenoside R1 in 24 healthy volunteers following oral administration of 200 mg Sanqi Tongshu Enteric‐Pellets Capsule. 相似文献
