Priority pollutant phenols are determined by gas chromatography on an SE-30 WCOT column using hydrogen carrier and flame ionization detection with dual internal standards. Linear responses over ranges ca. 12–125 ng per component are achieved and detection limits at or below 1 ng are obtained. Carrier flow and temperature program are optimized to maintain baseline resolution while affording an analysis time of less than 15 minutes.  相似文献

Three‐dimensional organotin–hexacyanoferrate polymers of the type 3[(R3Sn)3FeIII(CN)6] where R = Me (I), n‐butyl (II) and phenyl (III), represent members of the family of supramolecular coordination polymers (SCPs) which have zeolitic‐like structure containing micropores. The structures of I–III contain wide channels capable of encapsulating resorcinol, which undergoes in situ oxidation to 1,3,4‐trihydroxy benzene (THB) or p‐nitrophenol (PNP), which converts to 1,4‐benzoquinone (BQ) and 2‐hydroxybenzoquinone (2‐HBQ). The oxidation products were investigated by spectroscopic methods and by HPLC. The SCP III was found to be a more effective oxidizing reagent than I and II due to the presence of terminal Sn‐OH2 groups hydrogen bonded to one‐sixth of the terminal CN groups, causing more wide expandable channels. Summary Stationary phases containing bonded nitrile groups have been synthesized. The effect of the n-alkyl chain length connecting the nitrile groups to the surface and of the end-capping on the chromatographic properties was studied. This paper is concerned with the stability of a preemptive priority queueing system with customer transfers. Conditions for the queueing system to be stable/unstable are found. Drying is one of the most prevalent methods to reduce water activity and preserve foods. However, it is also the most energy-intensive food processing unit operation. Although a number of drying methods have been proposed and tested for the purpose of achieving a time- and energy-efficient drying process, almost all current drying methods still rely on thermal energy to remove moisture from the product. In this study, a novel use of power ultrasound was explored for drying of apple slices without the application of heat. The non-thermal ultrasound contact drying (US-CD) was performed in the presence of an air stream (26–40 °C) flowing over product surface to remove mist or vapor produced by the ultrasound treatment. The effects of the non-thermal US-CD, hot-air drying (HAD), and freeze drying (FD) on the changes in rehydration ratio, pH, titratable acidity, water activity, color, glass transition temperature, texture, antioxidant capacity, total phenols, and microstructures of the samples were evaluated. The moisture content of the apple slices reached below 5% (w.b.) after 75–80 min of US-CD, which was about 45% less than that of the HAD method. The antioxidant capacity and total phenol contents of the US-CD samples were significantly higher than that of the AD samples. The non-thermal ultrasonic contact drying is a promising method which has the potential to significantly reduce drying time and improve product quality.  相似文献

Anacardium occidentale belongs to the family Anacardiaceae and is principally grown in tropical America (Mexico, Peru, Brazil, etc.) and India. Cashew nuts contain low amounts of hydroxy alkyl phenols that come from an oily liquid present in their shell and that is known as cashew-nut shell liquid. This paper reports the alkyl phenols composition of cold pressed raw and roasted cashew nut oil. First of all, cashew nut shell liquid was used for a basic fractionation of the alkyl phenol classes by preparative TLC and definitively identified by GC-MS and GC-FID. Anacardic acids were the major alkylphenols contained in both oils followed by cardol, cardanol and 2-methylcardol compounds, respectively. Raw and roasted oils did not show different compositions except for cardanols. The oil produced from roasted cashew nut reported a higher concentration of cardanols. Furthermore, tocopherols and other minor polar compounds were determined by HPLC-FLD and HPLC-DAD-MS, respectively. Tocopherol content varied in a range of 171.48-29.56mg/100g from raw to roasted cashew nut oil, being β-tocopherol the one which presented a higher decrease (93.68%). Also minor polar compounds in cashew oil decreased after roasting from 346.52 to 262.83mg/kg.  相似文献

建立了固相萃取-离子色谱(IC)/气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联合检测高矿化度油田水中低相对分子质量的有机酸和酚类化合物的方法。在中性pH条件下,样品经Waters Oasis HLB柱萃取后,萃取液经稀释、Ag2O沉淀和Ag-H柱处理除去大部分氯离子,再用IC测定有机酸;将萃取柱真空冷冻干燥,然后经甲基叔丁基醚/甲醇(9:1, v/v)脱附并用无水硫酸钠除水,再用GC-MS检测酚类化合物。在优化的实验条件下,4种低相对分子质量的有机酸以及5种酚类化合物的平均加标回收率达到80%以上,相对标准偏差(RSD, n=6)为2.38%~9.45%,定量限均低于88.9 μg/L。该方法测定结果准确可靠,适用于氯离子含量高达150 g/L左右水样中低相对分子质量的有机酸和酚类化合物的检测。  相似文献
