磁共振方法研究12-钨磷酸水合物中水分子的运动状态

本文使用以Cu(Ⅱ)为顺磁探针的ESR以及宽谱线~1H-NMR等磁共振方法,研究了12-钨磷酸水合物中水分子的运动状态,结果表明水合水的活动性不仅取决于温度,而且还与12-钨磷酸水合物中的含水量有关。     

Synthesis and characterization of new thermally stable copoly(ester–amide)s from diester–dicarboxylic acids

Three new aromatic diester–dicarboxylic acids containing furan rings, namely, benzofuro[2,3-b]benzofuran-2,9-dicarboxyl-bis-phenyl ester-4,4^′-dicarboxylic acid, benzofuro[2,3-b]benzofuran-2,9-dicarboxyl-bis-phenyl ester-3,3^′-dicarboxylic acid and benzofuro[2,3-b]benzofuran-2,9-dicarboxyl-bis-naphthyl ester-2,2^′-dicarboxylic acid were synthesized by the reaction of benzofuro[2,3-b]benzofuran-2,9-dicarbonyl chloride with 4-hydroxybenzoic acid, 3-hydroxybenzoic acid and 3-hydroxy-naphthalene-2-carboxylic acid, respectively. Diester–dicarboxylic acids were characterized by FT-IR and NMR spectroscopy and elemental analyses. Then, these monomers were converted to aromatic copoly(ester–amide)s by their reaction with various aromatic diamines via the direct polycondensation. These polymers were characterized by viscosity measurements, solubility tests, FT-IR, Ultraviolet and ¹H-NMR spectroscopy and thermogravimetry. The polymers with inherent viscosities in the range of 0.16–0.37 dl/g in dimethyl sulfoxide at 30 °C were obtained in high yield. Most of them dissolved readily at room temperature in polar solvents. The synthesized copoly(ester–amide)s possessed glass-transition temperatures from 210–255 °C. The copoly(ester–amide)s exhibited excellent thermal stabilities and had 10% weight loss at temperature above 295 °C under nitrogen atmosphere.     

Synthesis and crystal structure of 4-acetoxy-5,6-dihydro-5,5-dinitro-2H-1,3-oxazineN-oxide

A novel heterocyclic compound, 4-acetoxy-5,6-dihydro-5,5-dinitro-2H-1,3-oxazineN-oxide, has been synthesized by the reaction of the dipotassium salt of 1,1,5,5-tetranitro-3-oxapentane with aqueous acetic acid. The cycloaddition way to novel deoxy disaccharide analogs

A novel heterocycloaddition merges 2-thiono-3-ketolactones with carbohydrate glycals to afford materials which resemble disaccharides with an O-glycosidic linkage at the anomeric center and a thioether linking both C-2 and C-2′, thus creating a third heterocyclic ring. Upon desulfurization, these novel cycloadducts afford materials which are models for 2-deoxydisaccharides. Studies with two keto lactones and seven glycals are described.     

杂多酸的固载化─关于制备负载型酸催化剂的一般原理

杂多酸同时具有酸和氧化－还原的催化特性，有着很广泛的应用前景．这类化合物在一系列精细合成中取代硫酸作为催化剂以满足环保的要求，显示出了很大的潜力．杂多酸固载化后，不仅能在液相氧化和酸催化反应中把催化剂从反应介质中很方便地分离出来，而且还为这类均相催化反应的多相化，甚至利用催化蒸馏新工艺等创造了应有的条件，可以使生产工艺大大简化，获得更广泛的应用．本文以很好表征过的多种孔性材料，包括氧化物，如Ａｌ_２Ｏ_３、ＳｉＯ_２、ＴｉＯ_２、硅藻土、膨润土和来源不同的活性炭为载体，考察了负载杂多酸催化剂的催化活性．在大量前期工作的基础上，通过总结载体对固载杂多酸催化活性的影响等，探讨载体的内在性质在杂多酸固载、吸附和催化反应中的作用本质，为由吸附法制备各种负载型固体酸催化剂在液相中的应用提供可资参考的模型．     

Preparation of chiral stationary phase via activated carbamate intermediate for liquid chromatographic optical resolution

Summary Chiral stationary phases (CSPs) for liquid chromatography were prepared by the way of an activated carbamate intermediate. The amino group of aminopropylsilyl silica gel was first activated by carbamylation with disuccinimido carbonate (DSC). The obtained activated carbamate silica gel (ACsil) proved useful as an intermediate for the preparation of urea-type CSPs. The reaction of ACsil with (S)- of (R)-1-(α-naphthyl)-ethylamine gave naphthylethylurea type CSPs. These CSPs were also obtained directly from aminopropylsilyl silica gel by its reaction with optically active (S)- or (R)-succinimido 1-(α-naphthyl)ethyl carbamate (SINEC). Several phenylthiohydantoin amino acid enantiomers and p-bromophenylcarbamyl amino acid enantiomers were resolved on the CSPs by elution with aqueous mobile phase.

笼形聚偕胺肟树脂的研究──酸处理树脂吸附H_2PdCl_4

考查了无机酸、羧酸和酚类化合物处理的笼形聚偕胺肟树脂吸附酸性溶液中H_2PdCl_4的能力，其中H_3BO_3/ACAO、HSCH_2CO_2H/ACAO和p－NH_2C_6H_4H/ACAO树脂对H_2PdCl_4的吸附容量分别是2．023、2．368和2．083mmol/g-R或215、252和222mgPd／g－R。优于相同条件下的碱处理树脂（BCAO吸附容量为1．828mmol/g-R）。研究了吸附动力学，讨论了吸附机理。     

碳铂类似物的合成,表征及对大鼠W—256肉瘤的抑制作用

合成了十八种〔PtA_2X〕·yH_2O,其中A分别为NH_3、CH_3NH_2、1/2乙二胺和1/2(2,3-二甲基-2,3-丁二胺),X分别为1,1-环丙烷二羧酸根(CPrDCA)、2-甲-1,1-环丙烷二羧酸根(2-M-CPrDCA)、2-甲-1,1-环丁烷二羧酸根(2-M-CBDCA)、1,2-环戊烷二羧酸根(CPDCA)和1,1-环已烷二羧酸根(CHDCA),并进行了表征。测定了配合物抑制大鼠W-256肉瘤的活性,发现配合物〔Pt(NH_3)_2X〕系列按X不同有以下的活性次序:CPrDCA>2-M-CPrDCA>CPDCA>CBDCA(碳铂)≥2-M-CBDCA。     

1''-苯基-3''-甲基-5''-氧代吡唑-4''-基乙醛酸希土配合物的合成及性质研究

本文采用电导、pH滴定法研究了乙醇-水溶液中希土与1′-苯基-3′-甲基-5′-氧代吡唑-4′-基乙醛酸(简称H₂A)的配位反应.合成了15种新的希土固态配合物.通过元素分析、化学分析、水份分析确定了配合物的化学组成为RE(HA)₃·nH₂O(RE=Ce、Pr、Sm、Tm、Lu、n=1;RE=La、Nd、Eu、Gd、Tb、Dy、Ho、Er、Yb、Y,n=1-2).并对配合物的红外光谱、核磁共振谱、热稳定性、紫外光谱、溶解性及摩尔电导进行了测定.
