Improved Calcium Ion-Selective Electrode Based on a Neutral Carrier

Abstract

The performance of a liquid-membrane electrode using a synthetic, neutral carrier in o-nitro-phenyl-n-octyl-ether as membrane component in a PVC matrix, in the presence of sodium tetra-phenyl-borate, is described. Selectivities, working range, lifetime and anion interference are discussed. The electrode makes possible the measurement of calcium ion activities in the range 10^?1M to 10^?6M in unbuffered and in the range 10^?1M to 10^?8M in calcium buffered systems respectively. The selectivities of calcium over protons, magnesium, sodium and zinc are 25,000, 26,000, 2,800 and 7,100, respectively, and are far superior than those reported for other calcium sensors.     

以2-苯氧乙基为氮支链的[18]和[15]环系氮支套索冠醚的合成及其络合性能

以2-苯氧乙醇为起始剂, 合成了两种新型氮支套索冠醚: N-(2-苯氧乙基)单氮杂-18-冠-6 (18CE)与N-(2-苯氧乙基)单氮杂-15-冠-5 (15CE). 通过红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱和紫外光谱表征了新冠醚及其中间体的结构. 用电导滴定法研究了两冠醚与Na^＋, K^＋, Ag^＋, NH^4＋, Ni^2＋, Cu^2＋, Pb^2＋和Co^2＋在25 ℃的配位作用, 计算了1∶1配合物的稳定常数. 实验结果表明, 由于N-(2-苯氧乙基)引入氮杂冠醚环和参与配位, 18CE和15CE配合物的稳定常数分别比单氮杂-18-冠-6, N-(2-羟基乙基)单氮杂-18-冠-6, N-(2-甲氧基乙基)单氮杂-18-冠-6和单氮杂-15-冠-5, N-(2-甲氧乙基)单氮杂-15-冠-5, N-(2-甲氧乙基)单氮杂-15-冠-5的对应配合物明显提高. 配合物的稳定常数和紫外光谱皆提供了支链的苯氧基参与配位的信息.     

微波密闭消解难处理K[Au(CN)2]化合物及其Au的精密电位滴定法测定

首次提出了微波密闭消解难处理K[Au(CN)2]化合物的新方法,优化了试液预处理和电位滴定法测定Au的条件,并与英国标准分析方法进行了对照研究.结果表明两种方法的Au分析结果准确度(相对平均误差≤±0.03%)基本一致,但前者结果精密度好(相对标准偏差≤0.02%),消解快速(30 min)、无污染、无损失、经济、简便,符合绿色分析化学的要求,适宜推广应用.     

EDTA滴定法测定钢渣中游离氧化镁

以碘-乙醇溶液为催化剂,选择乙二醇作溶剂浸取钢渣中游离氧化镁,采用EDTA滴定法测定其中游离氧化镁的含量。试验中考察了碘-乙醇的最佳用量和K-B混合指示剂的最合适配比。结果表明:催化剂碘-乙醇溶液的添加量达碘与氧化镁的质量比为7.5比1,指示剂中酸性铬蓝K和萘酚绿B的比值为1比1.4时,滴定终点变色明显,滴定结果准确。在钢渣中加入纯氧化镁测定的平均回收率为96.5%,相对标准偏差(n=5)为1.3%。     

恒电位自动滴定法分析脂肪酶水解活性影响因素

利用恒电位自动滴定法分析了脂肪酶(Candida rugosa lipase,CRL)催化橄榄油水解活性的影响因素,确定了适宜的酶活性测定条件,对比了传统表面活性剂和咪唑类离子液体对酶活性的影响.37 ℃时,与酶蛋白浓度呈线性关系的酶活性测定范围为1～14 μmol/min;酶蛋白浓度范围为0.01～0.07 g/L;...     

Erbium(Ⅲ) PVC membrane sensor based on N-(benzyloxycarbonyloxy)succinimide as a new neutral ionophore

In this study,a new Er³⁺ sensor based on N-（benzyloxycarbonyloxy）succinimide（BCS） as a neutral carrier has been constructed. The sensor exhibits potential linear response with a Nernstian slope of 20.5±0.4 mV/decade in the concentration range of 1.0×10^-6to 1.0×10^-2mol/L of Er³⁺.It has a very short response time（<10 s）,detection limit of 6.3×10^-7 mol/L and a good selectivity relative to a wide variety of other metal ions including common alkali,alkaline earth,heavy,and transition metal ions.It can be used in the pH range of 2.5-10.6 without any considerable divergence in potentials.The proposed sensor was successfully applied for the recovery of Er³⁺ ions spiked in tap and river water samples.     

卡尔-费休滴定法测定有机锌盐药物中水分

采用卡尔-费休滴定法测定有机锌盐药物中水分时,改用甲醇-氨溶液(质量比180比1)作溶剂溶解试样。改进的溶剂利于有机锌盐药物的溶解及结晶水的释放。试验结果表明:有机锌盐药物中水分的测定值比药典法测定值高,相对标准偏差(n=5)在0.13%～0.36%之间。     

Interaction of cellulase with sodium dodecyl sulfate at critical micelle concentration level

The interactions between Trichoderma reesei cellulase and an anionic surfactant, sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS), at critical micelle concentration level have been investigated using isothermal titration calorimetry, fluorescence spectroscopy, and circular dichroism. SDS micelles have dual interactions with cellulase: electrostatic at first and then hydrophobic interactions. When the concentration of SDS is smaller than 45.0 mM, SDS micelles cause a partial loss in the hydrolytic activity together with a steep decrease in the -helical content of cellulase. With further increasing the concentration of SDS, however, a re-formation of the -helical structure and a partial recovery of the hydrolytic activity of cellulase induced by SDS micelles are observed. Taken together, these results indicate that SDS micelles exert dual effects on cellulase through binding as both a denaturant and a recovery reagent.     

Co-Cu/SiO2催化剂的表征

用溶胶-凝胶法制备了Co-Cu/SiO2系列的担载型催化剂,采用SBET、TPR、XRD、O2滴定等技术对该催化剂进行了研究,并考察了催化剂在F-T合成反应中的催化性能.结果表明,样品的SBET较大,Co和Cu组分均很好分散;Cu2+的加入使得Co更易于被氢气还原,Co是经由Co3+→Co2+→Co0的还原过程,Cu的还原为Cu2+→Cu0;Cu2+的引入使得样品中钴的还原度增大,对F-T合成的催化性能有了一定的改善.     

Stabilities and coordination modes of histidine in copper(II) mixed-ligand complexes with ethylenediamine,diethylenetriamine or N,N,N′,N″,N″-pentamethyldiethylenetriamine in aqueous solution

Solution equilibrium studies on the Cu(II)–polyamine–histidine ternary systems (polyamine: ethylenediamine (en), diethylenetriamine (dien), N,N,N′,N″,N″-pentamethyldiethylenetriamine (Me₅dien)) have been performed by pH-potentiometry, UV–Vis spectrophotometry and EPR methods. The obtained results suggest the formation of the mixed-ligand complexes with [Cu(A)(His)]⁺ stoichiometry in all studied systems. Additionally, in the systems with dien and Me₅dien protonated [Cu(A)(H–His)]²⁺ species also exists in acid solution. Our spectroscopic results indicate the tetragonal geometry for the [Cu(en)(His)]⁺, the geometry slightly deviated from square pyramidal for the [Cu(dien)(His)]⁺ and strongly deviated from square pyramidal towards trigonal bipyramidal for the [Cu(Me₅dien)(His)]⁺ species. The coordination modes in these mixed-ligand complexes are discussed.
