甲苯胺蓝指示反应动力学光度法测定痕量钌

在磷酸和热水浴中 ,钌 (Ⅲ )对高碘酸钾氧化甲苯胺蓝的反应具有催化作用 ,据此建立了测定钌的新催化光度法。钌在 0～ 0 .0 5 0 μg/ 2 5ml范围内与催化反应速率有良好的线性关系 ,检出限为 5 .5 3× 10 - 5μg·ml- 1。对 0 .0 30 μg/ 2 5ml钌 (Ⅲ )测定的相对标准偏差为 2 .0 % (n =11)。该催化反应对钌 (Ⅲ )和甲苯胺蓝分别为一级反应 ,其表观活化能为 5 0 .2 6kJ·mol- 1。试验了 4 0多种共存离子的影响 ,大多数的常见离子不干扰。该方法用于岩矿和冶金产品中钌的测定 ,相对标准偏差为 2 .1%～ 2 .4 % ,标准加入回收率为 10 0 .1%～ 10 5 .4 %。     

二安替比林基－（3－羟基）苯基甲烷光度法测定痕量钒

合成和鉴定了二安替比林基－（３－羟基）苯基甲烷（ＤＡｍＨＭ），研究了它与Ｖ（ｖ）的显色反应。在磷酸介质中，在Ｍｎ（Ⅱ）和吐温－４０存在下，ＤＡｍＨＭ与Ｖ（Ｖ）生成橙黄色化合物，λ＿（ｍａｘ）＝４８０ｎｍ，ε＝１．０３×１０￣６Ｌ·ｍｏｌ￣（－１）·ｃｍ￣（－１），Ｖ（ｖ）量在０．２～１．２ｕｇ／２５ｍＬ间符合比尔定律，体系灵敏度高，稳定性好，用于中草药中痕量钒的测定，结果满意。     

Hydrothermal synthesis of potassium molybdenum oxide bronzes: structure-inheriting solid-state route to blue bronze and dissolution/deposition route to red bronze

The hydrothermal syntheses of the alkali metal molybdenum bronzes from starting solids (H_xMoO₃) with structural affinities to the desired products were investigated. Single-phase potassium blue and red bronzes were prepared by the hydrothermal treatments at around 430 K, and characterized by powder X-ray diffraction, IR spectroscopy, and SEM. The formation processes of these two bronzes during the hydrothermal treatments were found to differ. The blue bronze was formed by a structure-inheriting solid-state route from H_xMoO₃ with x<0.3, whereas the red bronze was formed for x>0.3 through a solution dissolution/deposition route via the formation of MoO₃+MoO₂.     

A resonance light scattering method for determination of DNA using Ru(bpy)2PIP(V)2+

A novel method for DNA detection is proposed that is based on the enhancement of resonance light scattering (RLS) of Ru(bpy)₂PIP(V)²⁺ at pH 2.7. Under optimum conditions, good linear relationships were obtained in the wide concentration range of 16–5120 ng mL⁻¹. The linear equation is I _RLS = 13.15 + 171.4 c (μg mL⁻¹), the correlation coefficient (r) is 0.9999. The detection limit of calf thymus DNA is 5.02 ng mL⁻¹. Plasmid DNA extracted from bacillus subtilis was determined by the method with satisfactory results.     

Synthesis,Vibrational Spectrum and Structure of the Tetracyanoborate K[B(CN)4]·CH3CN

The new tetracyanoborate K[B(CN)₄]·CH₃CN was synthesized by dissolution of the solvent‐free K[B(CN)₄] in acetonitrile and subsequent careful crystallization. The crystal structure has been determined by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. It crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group P2₁2₁2₁ with Z = 4. Some comparisons with related structures are made, and the vibrational spectrum is discussed.     

α－芳甲酰基烯酮二硫缩醛的新合成方法

以碳酸钾为碱，芳甲酰丙酮（１）与二硫化碳、卤代烃反应得到２－乙酰基－２－芳甲酰基烯酮硫代缩醛（２），２在乙硫醇钾作用下脱乙酰基生成标题化合物（３）。１→３的转化具有反应条件温和、产物产率高及对３中各种缩醛基均可通用等特点。     

多巴胺和5-羟色胺的毛细管电泳测定

建立了高效毛细管电泳结合柱上紫外检测测定单胺类神经递质多巴胺(dopamine,DA)和5_羟色胺(5_hydroxytryptamine,5_HT)的毛细管电泳方法 ,优化了缓冲液 pH值、浓度、电压等实验参数 ;结果表明 ,在优化的实验条件下 ,多巴胺、3,4_二羟苄胺 (3,4_dihydroxybenzylamine)和5_羟色胺在10min内得到很好的分离 ,检出限分别为2.02×10 -5mol/L,1.01×10 -5mol/L,1.20×10 -5mol/L ;该法简便、快速 ,样品用量少 ,结果准确 ,重现性好     

Oxovanadium(V)-catalyzed enantioselective Meerwein-Ponndorf-Verley cyanation of aldehydes using acetone cyanohydrin

Oxovanadium(V)(salen) complex 4 was found to catalyze Meerwein-Ponndorf-Verley cyanation of aliphatic aldehydes with good to high enantioselectivity. This cyanation showed a positive nonlinear effect.     

利用天然斜发沸石从高离子强度的强碱性溶液中吸附和洗脱K+和Rb+的研究

在80℃下，用间歇法研究了NH4^ 型天然斜发沸石对某厂高离子 强碱性循环液中的K^ 和Rb^ 的吸附，得到不同粒度天然斜发沸石对K^ 和Rb^ 的交换吸附量，用不同浓度的NH4HCO3溶液对沸石进行洗脱再生，是到洗脱速率随着洗脱液浓度增大而增大。本文对沸石与钾含量很高的高离子强度强碱性溶液中碱金属的交换吸附和洗脱过程进行了初步探讨。     

PVC基管状流通钾离子选择电极的研制及其在流动注射分析中的应用

实验装置由PVC基管状流通钾离子选择电极和与它结合的流动注射分析体系两部分组成。对该体系的分析特点和影响测定的参数进行了讨论,建立了土壤浸提液中钾测定方法,样品分析结果和火焰光度法有良好一致性。
