Covalent organic frameworks (COFs) have garnered immense scientific interest among porous materials because of their structural tunability and diverse properties. However, the response of such materials toward laser‐induced nonlinear optical (NLO) applications is hardly understood and demands prompt attention. Three novel regioregular porphyrin (Por)‐based porous COFs—Por‐COF‐HH and its dual metalated congeners Por‐COF‐ZnCu and Por‐COF‐ZnNi—have been prepared and present excellent NLO properties. Notably, intensity‐dependent NLO switching behavior was observed for these Por‐COFs, which is highly desirable for optical switching and optical limiting devices. Moreover, the efficient π‐conjugation and charge‐transfer transition in ZnCu‐Por‐COF enabled a high nonlinear absorption coefficient (β=4470 cm/GW) and figure of merit (FOM=σ1o, 3565) value compared to other state‐of‐the‐art materials, including molecular porphyrins (β≈100–400 cm/GW), metal–organic frameworks (MOFs; β≈0.3–0.5 cm/GW), and graphene (β=900 cm/GW).  相似文献

A bis(NiII‐porphyrinyl)aminyl radical with meso‐C6F5 groups was prepared as a spin‐delocalized stable aminyl radical with a doublet spin state. Upon addition of pyridine, both NiII centers became hexacoordinated by accepting two axial pyridines, which triggered a spin‐state change of the NiII centers from diamagnetic (S=0) to paramagnetic (S=1). The resulting high‐spin NiII centers interact with the aminyl radical ferromagnetically to give rise to an overall sextet state (S=5/2). Importantly, this coordination‐induced spin‐state switching can be conducted in a reversible manner, in that washing of the high‐spin radical with aqueous hydrochloric acid regenerates the original doublet radical in good yield.  相似文献

Capped chelating organic molecules are presented as a design principle for tuning heterogeneous nanoparticles for electrochemical catalysis. Gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) functionalized with a chelating tetradentate porphyrin ligand show a 110‐fold enhancement compared to the oleylamine‐coated AuNP in current density for electrochemical reduction of CO2 to CO in water at an overpotential of 340 mV with Faradaic efficiencies (FEs) of 93 %. These catalysts also show excellent stability without deactivation (<5 % productivity loss) within 72 hours of electrolysis. DFT calculation results further confirm the chelation effect in stabilizing molecule/NP interface and tailoring catalytic activity. This general approach is thus anticipated to be complementary to current NP catalyst design approaches.  相似文献

Dendritic branches of poly(arylether) with peripheral butyl chains have been attached to a porphyrine core. Dendrimers of first, second and third generation were synthesized. Viability to form supramolecular complexes with fullerene C60 was studied with two dendrimers of second and third generation. The supramolecular complexes were characterized by 1H, 13C NMR in solution, FTIR, UV-vis spectroscopy and elemental analysis.  相似文献
