The N-carboethoxy precursor to (±)-tecomanine has been prepared in 11 steps from 2-methyl-1-buten-3-yne. The key step, Pauson-Khand cyclization of a methylated 5-aza-6-nonen-1-yne succeeds, but only in low yield, a consequence of the dialkyl substitution about the azaenyne framework. 本文研究了聚乙烯醇存在下锇(Ⅱ)-氯化亚锡-结晶紫体系的超高灵敏显色反应。反应物λ_(max)=555nm,ε_(555)=1.52×10~6L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1)。锇含量为(0~4.8)μg/25ml时符合比尔定律。对共存离子的干扰和分离进行了实验,拟定的方法可用于矿石和一些含低品位锇物料的分析。  相似文献

The heterogeneous catalytic oxidation of Chromotrope 2B (C2B) dye with H2O2 and the aluminum oxide hydroxide (AlOOH) modified with ammonia complexes of CuII, CoII, NiII, and CrIII (AlOOH/[Mn+(amm)m]) as catalysts were studied. The AlOOH/[CuII(amm)4] is the most efficient catalyst and therefore it was chosen as the potential catalyst for the oxidative degradation of C2B in an aqueous solution. The AlOOH/[CuII(amm)4] was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy-dispersive X-ray (EDX), and transmission electron microscopy (TEM), techniques. The rate of reaction was dependent on the type of the metal complex supported on the AlOOH, initial concentration of the dye and H2O2, catalyst dose, pH, the concentration of NaCl, and temperature. The catalytic activity of the AlOOH/[Mn+(amm)m] according to the kind of metal ion decreased in the order: CuII > CoII > CrIII > NiII. Other catalysts consisting of the AlOOH supported with CuII complexed with ethylenediamine, ethanolamine, 1,3 propanediamine, and 1,4 butanediamine, (AlOOH/[CuII(amine)m]), were also investigated. The activity of the (AlOOH/[CuII(amine)m]) as catalyst according to the type of ligand followed the order: 1,4 butanediamine > 1,3 propanediamine > ethanolamine > ethylenediamine > ammonia. The reaction rate increased with increasing the catalyst dose, concentration of H2O2, C2B, and NaCl, pH, and temperature. Since the reusability results for the AlOOH/[CuII(amm)4] revealed good stability over seven cycles, it can thus be considered a promising and cost-effective catalyst for the removal of harmful dyes from wastewater.  相似文献

Histamine is a biogenic amine found in various body tissues and responsible for many critical vital activities. It is also responsible for allergic reactions in the body. Ingestion of foods containing high amounts of histamine can cause fatal allergic reactions. Albumin in plasma controls drugs and free concentrations of bioactive constituents taken to the body with food. Hence, this study aimed to characterise the interactions of histamine with bovine serum albumin. Capillary electrophoresis in the frontal analysis mode was employed in this study as a practical approach for assessing histamine-bovine serum albumin affinity. The plateau-shaped free histamine peak was well separated from the bovine serum albumin (BSA)-histamine complex peak. The free histamine concentration was obtained by following the height of the free histamine peak. Whereas the bound histamine concentrations were obtained by calculating the difference between the height of total and free histamine peaks. Histamine bound to BSA at one independent site with a Kb value of 2.50 × 103 L/mol. Moreover, an in-silico molecular docking method was performed, and it was revealed that the binding site of histamine was located closer to Lysine-131 in subdomain IIA of bovine serum albumin.  相似文献

Di-region theory, the theory for the mechanism of carcinogenesis, has been extendedsuccessfully on the quantitative Structure-carcinogenic activity relationship (QSCAR) of 63aromatic amines. A quantitative equation for the QSCAR of aromatic amines has been estab-lished by the mechanism conception of the specialized di- functional alkylation between thenitrenium ion of the amino group and the epoxide of the aromatic ring. The agreementbetween calculation and experiment comes up to 98%. 采用静电纺丝法制备了磷钼酸/聚苯乙烯(PS)/聚乙烯醇(PVA)复合纤维,并将其模压成膜.利用红外光谱(IR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)及X射线能谱(EDX)等对复合纤维及其膜的结构与形貌进行表征,并对复合纤维膜的光催化性能、力学性能及在水中稳定性进行测试.结果表明,在复合纤维中磷钼酸的Keggin结构得到保持.PS与PVA质量比为1∶1时,复合纤维形貌最佳,表面光滑,直径较小且分布均匀,复合纤维的直径随着磷钼酸含量的增加而减小.将磷钼酸固载于复合纤维膜上比直接使用具有更高的光催化活性,光照25 min后接近98%的甲基橙降解;复合纤维膜易于回收再利用,5次重复使用后,复合纤维膜没有破损,磷钼酸损失较少,光催化性能无明显下降.复合纤维膜的强度随磷钼酸含量的增加先增大后减小,韧性随PVA含量的增加而增大,随磷钼酸含量的增加而减小.  相似文献

This study focuses on exploiting the main component of traditional nickel metallurgical waste for use as a valuable material that can be applied in the removal of organic amines from water systems. Silicon compounds from metallurgic waste were converted into dissolvable sodium silicate by roasting the waste with alkali. Silica with adsorption capacity was combined with magnetic NiFe cores by the carbonation decomposition of purified silicate solution. The composite magnetic adsorbent was characterized, and its adsorption mechanism for organic amines was investigated. The effects of the initial trimethylamine concentration, contact time and temperature on the adsorption efficiency of the composite adsorbent towards trimethylamine were investigated. It was found that the adsorption fit the Freundlich mode well. The adsorption kinetics can be described by a pseudo-second-order kinetic model. The adsorption capacity reached 55.8 μg/mg at 293 K. The use of metallurgical waste to prepare the magnetic composite adsorbent has three advantages, which include benefiting the environment by reducing the amount of solid waste and costs associated with constructing and maintaining storage facilities, generating valuable products in an economical manner and conveniently recycling used adsorbents to avoid secondary pollution.  相似文献
