We developed a novel measurement method of the Donnan potential difference at a charged membrane/salt solution interface. The method can measure the potential under the condition that the membrane charge density is much lower than the KCl concentration of the salt bridge. This method is very useful for obtaining the effective charge density of each layer of a bipolar membrane. The present experiments in a system of a negatively charged poly(vinyl alcohol) membrane and a single salt solution of KCl, NaCl, LiCl, CaCl2 and LaC3 revealed that the membrane effective charged density has the same value for all the ions. The experiments in mixed KCl and CaCl2 solution revealed that the potential in the system is governed mainly by the concentration of the counterion having the highest valence in the system.  相似文献

采用溶解-流涎法,湿相转换法和干湿相转换法制轩了负载型TiO2-聚酰亚胺亲水复合膜,采用扫描电镜,红外光谱,压汞和透气性实验等手段对该膜的孔径分布,表面结构及扩散性能进行了表征,并讨论了制备亲水对膜孔结构的影响,实验结果表明,三种膜均具有很好的亲水性能,而干湿相转换膜具有良好的孔径分布和分离性能。  相似文献

采用细胞膜色谱法(CMC)筛选,并结合离体药理实验确定主要活性成分,利用高效液相色谱法分析比较了淫羊藿根与叶中的活性成分及其差异性.色谱条件为Kromasil ODS 柱(150 mm× 4.6 mm.I.D )流动相甲醇-水(70:30,V:V);检测波长270nm。筛选发现淫羊藿根中的两个有效成分YYH-214和YYH-216对血管有较强的舒张作用,表明活性成分在CMC模型体系中的保留特性与药理作用之间存在良好的相关性。在此色谱条件下淫羊藿叶未检测到这两种活性成分.  相似文献

In this study porous glass fiber membranes were modified by reaction with octadecyl-trichlorosilane to form C18 hydrophobic membranes. The contact angle and the CH2 vibration bands at 2855 and 2920 cm(-1) found by FTIR measurements verified the successful immobilization of C18 groups on the glass fiber membranes. The resulting C18 hydrophobic membranes were used to adsorb terpene lactones from crude Ginkgo biloba L. extracts. In batch adsorption processes, the modified C18 membranes exhibited a better adsorption performance than commercial C18 solid phase extraction adsorbents. Different desorption solvents were tested and ethyl acetate was found to preferentially desorb terpene lactones from the modified C18 membranes. In flow adsorption experiments at 1 mL/min, terpene lactone contents higher than 6 wt% (the standardized content) could be achieved in the elution step using ethyl acetate.  相似文献

Hydroxy-terminated polybutadiene/isophorone diisocyanate (HTPB/IPDI) polyurethane rubber which was aged in air at elevated temperatures has been studied by infrared microspectroscopy. Spectra were collected in transmission mode on microtomed samples. Analysis of sets of spectra taken across the sectioned material showed that most of the degradation occurred in the polybutadiene part of the polymer and that the urethane linkage was essentially unchanged. The trans isomer of the polybutadiene appears to be preferentially degraded compared with the vinyl isomer. The IR technique does not provide significant information about the cis isomer. The IR spectra indicated that likely degradation products included acids, esters, alcohols, and small amounts of other products containing a carbonyl functional group. Band area ratios, supported by a principal components analysis, were used to derive degradation profiles for the material. These profiles were steep-sided indicating an oxygen diffusion limited process.  相似文献

Near-infrared (NIR) light-triggered photothermal therapy (PTT) is a promising treatment strategy for treating cancer. The combination of nanotechnology and NIR has been widely applied. However, the therapeutic efficacy of the drug-delivery system depends on their ability to avoid phagocytosis of endothelial system, cross the biological barriers, prolong circulation life, localize and rapidly release the therapeutic at target sites. In this work, we designed a platelet membrane (PM)-camouflaged hollow mesoporous bismuth selenide nanoparticles (BS NPs) loading with indocyanine green (ICG) (PM@BS-ICG NPs) to achieve the above advantages. PM-coating has active tumor-targeting ability which could prevent drug leakage and provide drug long circulation, causing drug delivery systems to accumulate in tumor sites effectively. Moreover, as a type of the photothermal sensitizers, BS NPs are used as the inner cores to improve ICG stability and are served as scaffolds to enhance the hardness of this drug delivery system. For one hand, the thermal vibration of BS NPs under NIR laser irradiation causes tumor inhibition through hyperthermia. For another hand, this hyperthermia process could damage PM and let ICG rapid release from PM@BS-ICG NPs. The in vitro and in vivo results showed that this biomimetic nano-drug delivery system exhibits obvious antitumor activity which has good application prospect.  相似文献

The present work describes a novel method for the incorporation of Nile blue A into polyurethane foam matrix. This foam material was found to be very suitable for the extraction of metal ions from aqueous solutions. The characterization of Nile blue A grafted foam and the effect of halide concentration, pH, shaking time, extraction isotherm and capacity have been investigated. This foam material was found to be suitable for the separation and preconcentration of iron (III), zinc (II), cadmium (II) and mercury (II) from waste water. The extraction was accomplished in (15-20) minutes. Iron was separated from acid medium (2-4 M HCl), zinc from (3-5 M HCl), cadmium from (4-6 M HCl) as thiocyanate complexes and mercury was separated from (1-2 M HCl) as chloride.  相似文献

以双[对-酰氯苯基]二甲基硅烷和酚酞、四溴酚酞以及双酚A为原料,合成了三种主链含硅聚芳酯,并对聚合物相关的物理性质进行了表征,制成了均质透明的薄膜.采用低真空法测定这些聚合物对H2、O2、N2、CO2、CH4的气体透过速率,并计算出气体透过系数、扩散系数、溶解系数、分离系数.从气体透过性能与聚合物分子结构关系的角度,按照气体透过的溶解-扩散机制,对聚合物的气体透过性能进行了研究,而且着重讨论了聚合物的堆积密度对气体扩散系数的影响,以及聚合物主链中极性链段的百分含量对气体溶解系数和溶解选择性的影响。  相似文献
