This paper describes characterization of molecular orientation for azobenzene moieties in a polymer nanosheet. Copolymers of N-[4-(phenylazo)phenyl] acrylamide (PAZoA) with tert-pentyl acrylamide (tPA) were synthesized and the monolayers deposited on tapered quartz waveguides by Langmuir–Blodgett (LB) technique. Spectroscopic properties of the copolymer (p(tPA/PAZoA)) monolayers were monitored by integrated optical waveguide technique on the molecular level. Molecular orientation of the azobenzene was precisely determined by polarized absorption spectra. It was found that the azobenzene groups took a horizontal orientation and distributed uniformly in the p(tPA/PAZoA) monolayer without significant PAZoA aggregation. Photoisomerization process from trans to cis form was also investigated. More than half of the trans form (60–70%) was photoisomerized under unpolarized light irradiation, and the photoisomerization rate was independent on the PAZoA contents. This implies that the microenvironment of PAZoA moieties was almost the same in three different p(tPA/PAZoA) monolayers.  相似文献

The properties of immobilized glucose oxidase (GOD) by the complexes of diethylaminoethyl cellulose(DEAEC) with different polymers, such as polymethylacrylic acid (PMAA), polyacrylic acid (PAA), polystyrene sulfonic acid (PSSA), polyvinylaleohol (PVA), polyethylene oxide (PEO) and styrene-maleic acid copolymer (PSMA) were investigated. The activity of immobilized GOD was obviously influenced by the component of the DEAEC complexes. The relative activity of the immobilized GOD reached to maximum and over 90% of the native GOD. when the DEAEC-PMAA DEAEC-PAA complexes were used as a carrier with the molar ratio of DEAEC and polyacid of about one. Michaelis constants (Km) of the immobilized enzymes of DEAEC-GOD-PMAA and DEAEC-GOD-PAA were determined to be 1.25 and 1.00, respectively. Moreover, the immobilized GOD has a good storage stability and cyclic life.  相似文献

在13~15℃室温条件下对聚苯乙烯(PS)颗粒在二氧六环/水混合溶剂中的溶胀情况进行目视观察,可以看到,当减小混合溶剂二氧六环/水中的水含量时,PS颗粒从玻璃态到溶胀的玻璃态、溶胀的高弹态、流体态的转变,与PS颗粒升温时从玻璃态到高弹态、流体态的转变相对应.选定混合溶剂二氧六环/水(水6·8wt%)对一个单分散PS试样(Mw=1·68×105)在30℃进行分相平衡和溶胀平衡的测定.分相平衡是先将PS/二氧六环/水(混合溶剂水含量6·8wt%)体系加热到130℃使PS溶解成一均相溶液,然后在冷却过程中分相,在30℃达分相平衡(30天)时,浓相高分子体积浓度p″=0·304,稀相几乎为纯溶剂.从Flory-Huggins相平衡理论得出此体系的高分子-溶剂相互作用参数χ=0·63.本工作使用的单分散PS试样在选定的混合溶剂,即二氧六环/水(水6·8wt%)中,30℃时不能溶解只能溶胀,单分散PS颗粒淬冷试样(密度ρp=1·0451g/mL)到达溶胀平衡(80天)时浓相高分子体积浓度p″=0·308.而此淬冷试样经在80℃热处理100h后的老化试样(ρp=1·0470g/mL)达溶胀平衡(70天)时p″=0·312.从溶胀过程中浓相体积变化曲线可知试样经在80℃热处理过程中凝聚网络趋向于更均一,更接近热处理温度下的平衡态,试样密度增大,网络产生了新的链间凝聚,物理交联密度增大(凝聚点间分子量减小).从溶胀平衡理论并取χ=0·63(分相平衡)可得到淬冷试样的物理交联点间分子量Mc=11·6×104,老化试样的物理交联点间分子量Mc=6·9×104.实验结果说明溶胀过程及溶胀平衡的测定可以反映玻璃态高聚物中的凝聚网络结构的细节,而且非常敏感.  相似文献

确定了N-[(4-二甲基氨基)-苄叉基]-2-氨基苯并咪唑(1),N-[(4-二甲基氨基)-苄叉基]-2-氨基苯并噻唑(2)和N-苄叉基-1-氨基-萘(3)的晶体结构。利用AM1,RHF,DFT方法和STO-3G,4-31G,6-311G及6-311G基组,优化每个分子的23个扭曲构象(θ=0°~-89°)。尽管不同方法得到的最优构象的扭角不同,分子扭曲的驱动力总是起因于电子作用,在任一分子、任何电子态中,离域的π体系总是失稳定的,全平面构象不是π体系最稳定的构象。π电子的离域是分子扭曲的驱动力之一,与经典观点相反,非键原子间的核排斥作用是分子扭曲的阻力,而不是动力。  相似文献

Ethylene-acrylic acid copolymers (EAAs) and commercial montmorillonite clays organically modified with dimethyldihydrogenatedtallowammonium ions (Cloisite® 15A and 20A) were used for the synthesis of nanocomposites by melt-compounding, static melting of polymer/clay mixtures and solution-intercalation in order to compare the effectiveness of these procedures and to shed light on the thermodynamics and the kinetics of the intercalation process. The preparation from solution was made by the use of several solvents, such as toluene, xylene, chloroform, etc., which were then removed from the hybrids by precipitation in different non-solvents or by evaporation. Particular attention was paid to the effect of the thermal treatments which are often used when processing the composites prepared from solution. X-ray diffraction (XRD) of the solution-blended composites showed that no intercalation of the EAAs inside the clay galleries can be achieved if solvent removal is made by precipitation in non-solvents or by room-temperature evaporation. On the contrary, intercalation was found to occur very rapidly (in less than 1 min) when both the hybrids prepared from solution and the mechanical blends of powdered components were melted in the absence of shear. Polymer intercalation was also found to occur, though with a lower rate, upon annealing the powder mixtures at temperatures lower than the EAA melting point. Microscopic observations made by polarized optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy showed that the clay particles dispersion is appreciably lower for the composites prepared from solution, compared to those produced in the melt under shear flow conditions. The hybrids obtained by static melting of powder mixtures, on the other side, were expectedly found to comprise micron sized clay agglomerates, although intercalation was demonstrated also for these materials by XRD. The structure of the intercalated silicate layers stacks, characterized by an interlayer spacing of 4.0 nm, was shown to be independent of the preparation procedure and to correspond to thermodynamic equilibrium.  相似文献

Binaphthyl‐based crown ethers incorporating anthraquinone, benzoquinone, and 1,4‐dimethoxybezene have been synthesized and tested for Rb+ selective ionophores in the poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC) membrane. The membrane containing NPOE gave a better Rb+ selectivity than those containing either DOA or BPPA as a plasticizer. The response was linear within the concentration range of 1.0×10?5–1.0×10?1 M and the slope was 54.7±0.5 mV/dec. The detection limit was determined to be 9.0×10?6 M and the optimum pH range of the membrane was 6.0–9.0. The ISE membrane exhibits good selectivity for Rb+ over ammonium, alkali metal, and alkaline earth metal ions. Selectivity coefficients for the other metal ions, log KPot were ?2.5 for Li+, ?2.4 for Na+, ?2.0 for H+, ?1.0 for K+, ?1.2 for Cs+, ?1.6 for NH4+, ?4.5 for Mg2+, ?5.0 for Ca2+,?4.9 for Ba2+. The lifetime of the membrane was about one month.  相似文献
