This work reports the synthesis of single‐wall carbon nanotubes (SWCNT) covalently functionalized with polylysine (Plys) and the analytical performance of glassy carbon electrodes (GCE) modified with this material (GCE/SWCNT‐Plys). The resulting electrodes showed an important decrease in the overvoltages for the oxidation of ascorbic acid, uric acid and hydrogen peroxide as well as for the reduction of hydrogen peroxide. The favorable interaction of glucose oxidase (GOx) with SWCNT‐Plys allowed the sensitive and selective glucose biosensing at ?0.100 V without any permselective membrane. The proposed sensor was challenged with different real samples without pretreatment showing an excellent correlation with the reported values. 相似文献

We report the advantages of the adsorption and electrooxidation of oligonucleotides and calf‐thymus double stranded DNA (dsDNA) at glassy carbon electrodes (GCE) modified with a dispersion of multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWCNT) in poly‐L ‐lysine (Plys) (GCE/MWCNT‐Plys). Important enhancement in the guanine oxidation signal was obtained by adsorptive stripping voltammetry (AdSV) due to a most favorable interaction between the negatively charged DNAs and the positively charged Plys that support the MWCNT. The layer of oligo(dG)11 immobilized at GCE/MWCNT‐Plys was successfully used for the selective detection of the hybridization event using oligo(dG)11/oligo(dC)11 as model. 相似文献

Chirality is a key factor in the biological activity of many biomolecules. Poly(L-lysine)(PLL), a polypeptide synthesized from L-lysine, is one of the mostly used cationic polymers for gene delivery. The effect of chirality of polylysine(PL) on its gene delivery remains unknown. Herein, we prepared three polylysines(PLs) with the similar molecular weight but different backbone chiralities including poly(L-lysine)(PLL), poly(D-lysine)(PDL) and poly(DL-lysine)(PDLL). The side chains of each PL were modified with propylene oxide(PO) of different chiralities including(R)PO,(S)PO and(R,S)PO. These PL-POs with distinct chirality in main and side chains could condense p DNA into polyplexes. The polyplexes had approximately the same size, zeta potential and binding ability, but showed distinct gene transfection efficiency. We found that the PLs of L-configuration in the main chain had higher transfection efficiency than that of D or DL configuration due to their faster cellular uptake, while the side chain chirality had no effect on transfection efficiency. 相似文献

以氧化葡聚糖(ODEX)和聚赖氨酸-聚乙二醇-聚赖氨酸(PLL24-PEG-PLL25)三嵌段聚合物为前驱体, 通过ODEX中的醛基与PLL中的氨基之间的席夫碱键反应, 制备了ODEX/PLL24-PEG-PLL25水凝胶. 研究了其凝胶强度、 降解时间及对阿霉素(DOX)释放量的影响. 结果表明, 随着ODEX中醛基密度的增加, 凝胶强度逐渐增大, 最大强度为3100 Pa. 流变学研究结果表明, 由于ODEX中的醛基与DOX中的氨基存在席夫碱键作用, 导致凝胶强度从2160 Pa降至1730 Pa. 降解实验结果表明, ODEX/PLL24-PEG-PLL25水凝胶具有较长的降解时间, 最长时间达到29 d. 药物释放结果表明, ODEX/PLL24-PEG-PLL25水凝胶具有酶促降解释放药物的性能. 在Elastase溶液中, ODEX/PLL24-PEG-PLL25水凝胶所载DOX累积释放量达到最大值74.35%. 结果表明, ODEX/PLL24-PEG-PLL25水凝胶具有进一步应用于体内局部药物传输的潜力. 相似文献
