The catalytic system methylaluminoxane (MAO) and bis(n-butylcyclopentadienyl)zirconium dichloride ((nBuCp)2ZrCl2) was immobilized on commercial silica, silica-alumina and aluminophosphate calcined at different temperatures. The properties of the supports were determined by using N2 adsorption-desorption isotherms at 77 K, FT-IR spectroscopy and SEM. After aluminium and zirconium impregnation, the catalysts were analyzed by ICP-AES, FT-IR and UV-vis spectroscopy. Ethylene polymerizations were carried out in a Schlenk tube at 70 °C and 1.2 bar of ethylene pressure. The polyethylene obtained was characterized by GPC, DSC and SEM.Catalysts supported on silica-alumina exhibited higher polymerization activity than those supported on silica and aluminophosphate. Besides, the activity of MAO/(nBuCp)2ZrCl2 catalytic system supported on silica-alumina and aluminophosphate decreased strongly with support calcination temperature, while remained almost constant when silica was employed as support. All these experimental features suggest a role of the support acid properties and hydroxyl group population in the generation of active polymerization species. 相似文献

The first part of the paper deals with a critical discussion of the methodical basis of essential work of fracture (EWF) concept with respect to the specimen geometry (especially the notch depth) and application to polymers. In the second part, an in situ testing device, which combines a tensile testing machine with an optical strain-field measuring system, has successfully demonstrated possibility of characterization of fracture behaviour of polystyrene-polybutadiene block copolymers and block copolymer/homopolymer blends as examples of nanostructured polymer materials. It has been shown that knowledge of the time evolution of the strain field close to the crack tips leads to a simple verification of the basic precondition for the applicability of the EWF concept, the precondition “plastic zone coalescence-before-stable crack propagation”. 相似文献

The acid-catalyzed models on reaction mechanisms of pinacol rearrangement of propylene glycol conversion to propanal and propanone have been investigated using the density functional method at 298.15 K. Thermodynamic quantities of activation steps of four water-addition models were obtained. The number of added water interacting with the transition states of three concerted pathways has obviously affected the product ratio. The relative energetic profiles of the conversion reactions of all solvation models have been comparatively displayed. Estimation of the percent ratio of product composition computed from activation free energies of each acid-catalyzed reaction model was carried out. A series of poly(ethylene glycol) biscoumarinyloxyacetatea have been synthesized and their intramolecular photochemical cyclodimerizations have been studied. It was found that only syn-HT configuration products were obtained when these bisesters were directly irradiated in chloroform, and the yields of the products decreased with the increase of the chain length. 本文研究在不同条件固相氯化聚乙烯(CPE)的红外光谱,探讨了一步和两步氯化合成的CPE的结构差别,着重讨论了两步氯化的CPE结构特点。从观察表征结晶结构和—(CH_2)_n—链段氯分布的特征频率变化表明,低温固相氯化主要发生在无定形区,并且在CPE中形成高氯化和低氯化链段(或未氯化)的嵌段结构。在两步固相氯化时,晶区受到较大程度的破坏,氯化作用已不局限在无定形区,其结晶结构的破坏主要同第二步氯化程度有关,即使CPE氯含量相同,若前后两步氯化程度不同,结构有很大差异。 相似文献
