Addition of aldehyde dimethyl acetals (here acetaldehyde) to unisolated O-trimethylsilyl derivatives of 1-acetyl-3-arylmethylpiperazine-2,5-diones (here 2,5-dimethoxyphenyl), in the presence of TMSOTf as the catalyst, gave nearly quantitatively the corresponding N-methoxyalkyl derivatives which, under acidic treatment, gave in very good yield through a Pictet-Spengler-type reaction involving N-acyliminium cations (6S*,11aR*)-2-acetyl-6-alkyl-3,6,11,11a-tetrahydro-2H-pyrazino[1,2-b]isoquinoline-1,4-diones. Epimerization of the 11a-stereocentre was accomplished by radical bromination, spontaneous hydrobromide elimination and catalytic hydrogenation, to give the (6S*,11aS*)-isomers. We propose these compounds as precursors of tetrahydroisoquinoline antitumour antibiotics.  相似文献

An efficient clean-up procedure coupled with a high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with on-line electrochemical (EC) reduction and fluorescence detection (FLD) was developed to quantify nitrated polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (NPAHs) in the airborne particulate. In this process, NPAHs were extracted ultrasonically followed by analysis by using a reversed phase column with an aqueous eluent containing 70% aqueous acetonitrile and sodium monocholoroacetate as a buffer solution. The extraction efficiencies were above 83% for 1-nitropyrene and 1,3-dinitropyrene (1,3-DNP) 1,6-DNP, and 1,8-DNP, and calibration graphs were linear with very good correlation coefficients (r>0.999) and the detection limits were in the range of 1.0-2.2 pg for dinitropyrenes and nitropyrene. The proposed method provides a relatively simple and convenient procedure for determining the NPAHs samples in airborne particulate.  相似文献

A novel shunt product was isolated from a disruptant of the actVI-ORFA gene involved in the biosynthesis of actinorhodin (ACT) in Streptomyces coelicolor A3(2). Its structure was elucidated as 1,4-naphthoquinone-8-hydroxy-3-[3(S)-acetoxy-butyric acid], (S)-NHAB, based on NMR, MS, and CD spectroscopic data as well as a single crystal X-ray crystallographic analysis. The formation of (S)-NHAB involves a retro-Claisen type C-C bond cleavage of an ACT biosynthetic intermediate. Feeding experiments with [1-13C] and [2-13C] acetates indicated its biosynthetic origin as a single octaketide chain. The relevant gene product, Act-ORFA, which is a functionally unknown protein, is proposed to play a regulatory role related to the multi-enzymatic steps to ACT production, based on the metabolic profile of its disruptant and the wide distribution of actVI-ORFA homologues in the gene clusters for Streptomyces aromatic polyketides.  相似文献

HF and MP2 calculations with the 6-31G** and 6-311G** basis sets and those at MP2/cc-pVTZ level were carried out for the hypothetical tricyclo[2.2.0.01,3]hexane. The results indicate that the molecule under study should have one carbon atom with highly unusual inverted configuration. The analysis of the vibrational frequencies of this molecule as well as the analysis of its plausible decomposition routes performed at the DFT level indicate that this unique molecule could be a plausible synthetic target.  相似文献

An oxidation method (sulfone method) for the determination of polycyclic aromatic sulfur heterocycles (PASH) in diesel fuel is presented. The aromatic fraction of a diesel fuel, isolated by solid phase extraction, is oxidized under controlled conditions with hydrogen peroxide. The oxidation products, mainly methylated dibenzosulfone, are determined and quantified directly, without further clean-up, by HPLC with photodiode-array detection.  相似文献

Summary Procedures for the quantitative analysis of industrial effluents which involve concentration by solvent extraction or the purge-and-trap method are time-consuming, labor-intensive, and prone to error. Direct aqueous injection gas chromatography using an electron-capture detector for the analysis of volatile halocarbons at the ppb level is in routine use in many laboratories. We now discuss the development of a similar protocol for the analysis of volatile polar organics such as acetone, methyl ethyl ketone, methyl isobutyl ketone, and tretrahydrofuran using a flame-ionization detector.  相似文献

Summary This work reports a rapid and easy procedure for the analysis of the aromatic fraction in gasoline. No sample pretreatment is required, since the gasoline is diluted in methanol and directly injected into a liquid chromatograph. A spectrophotometer detector and a spectrofluorimeter detector are used in series. Polycyclic hydrocarbons consisting of two or more directly fused antiaromatic subunits are rare due to their high reactivity. However, it is important to understand how the interactions between the antiaromatic subunits influence the electronic properties of the fused structure. Herein, we present the synthesis of two fused indacene dimer isomers: s-indaceno[2,1-a]-s-indacene ( s -ID ) and as-indaceno[3,2-b]-as-indacene ( as -ID ), containing two fused antiaromatic s-indacene or as-indacene units, respectively. Their structures were confirmed by X-ray crystallographic analysis. 1H NMR/ESR measurements and DFT calculations revealed that both s -ID and as -ID have an open-shell singlet ground state. However, while localized antiaromaticity was observed in s -ID , as -ID showed weak global aromaticity. Moreover, as -ID exhibited a larger diradical character and a smaller singlet-triplet gap than s -ID . All the differences can be attributed to their distinct quinoidal substructures.  相似文献

Nanocarbons incorporating non-hexagonal aromatic rings - such as five-, seven-, and eight-membered rings - have various intriguing physical properties such as curved structures, unique one-dimensional packing, and promising magnetic, optical, and conductivity properties. Herein, we report an efficient synthetic approach to polycyclic aromatics containing seven-membered rings via a palladium-catalyzed intramolecular Ar−H/Ar−Br coupling. In addition to all-hydrocarbon scaffolds, heteroatom-embedded heptagon-containing polyarenes can be efficiently constructed with this method. Rhodium- and palladium-catalyzed sequential six- and seven-membered ring formations also afford complex heptagon-containing molecular nanocarbons from readily available arylacetylenes and biphenyl boronic acids. Detailed mechanistic analysis by DFT calculations showed the feasibility of seven-membered ring formation by a concerted metalation-deprotonation mechanism. This reaction can serve as a template for the synthesis of a wide range of seven-membered ring-containing molecular nanocarbons.  相似文献
