A facile efficient synthesis of novel 3-aryl-5,6-dihydro-1,4,2-oxathiazin-6-ols from the reaction of (E)-N-hydroxyarylimidoyl chlorides and 1,4-dithiane-2,5-diol in the presence of triethylamine is described. This transformation presumably proceeds via in situ generation of 2-mercaptoacetaldehyde and nitrile oxide and their concomitant [3+3] annulation.  相似文献

Determination of valproic acid in the drug was carried out on the aluminum silica gel 60F254 plates and using acetone–water–chloroform–ethanol–ammonia at a volume ratio of 30:1:8:5:11 as the mobile phase, respectively. Two methods of detection of valproic acid were used. The first was a 2% aqueous CuSO4×5H2O solution, and the second was a 2′,7′-dichlorofluorescein-aluminum chloride-iron (III) chloride system. The applied TLC-densitometric method is selective, linear, accurate, precise, and robust, regardless of the visualizing reagent used for the determination of valproic acid in Convulex capsules. It has low limits of detection (LOD) and limits of quantification (LOQ), which are equal to 5.8 μg/spot and 17.4 μg/spot using a 2% aqueous CuSO4×5H2O solution as visualizing agent and also 0.32 μg/spot and 0.97 μg/spot using a 2′,7′-dichlorofluorescein-aluminum chloride-iron (III) chloride system as visualizing reagent, respectively. The described analytical method can additionally be used to study the identity of valproic acid in a pharmaceutical preparation. The linearity range was found to be 20.00–80.00 μg/spot and 1.00–2.00 μg/spot for valproic acid detected on chromatographic plates using a 2% aqueous CuSO4×5H2O solution and the 2′,7′-dichlorofluorescein-aluminum chloride-iron (III) chloride system, respectively. A coefficient of variation that was less than 3% confirms the satisfactory accuracy and precision of the proposed method. The results of the assay of valproic acid equal 96.2% and 97.0% in relation to the label claim that valproic acid fulfill pharmacopoeial requirements. The developed TLC-densitometric method can be suitable for the routine analysis of valproic acid in pharmaceutical formulations. The proposed TLC-densitometry may be an alternative method to the modern high-performance liquid chromatography and square wave voltammetry in the control of above-mentioned substances, and it can be applied when other analytical techniques is not affordable in the laboratory.  相似文献

The Soret effect (thermal diffusion) of dilute aqueous solutions of NH4Cl, Me4NCl, Et4NCl, n-Pr4NCl, and n-Bu4NCl has been investigated potentiometrically using the silver, silver chloride thermocell. The molar entropies (heats) of transport have been derived from the initial and final thermoelectric powers. The concentration dependence of the entropy of transport has been examined and the effect of the ionic size on the heat of transport is discussed. The molar entropy of tetrabutylammonium chloride exhibits a sharp minimum in the neighborhood of 0.002M, the reason of which is as yet unclear.  相似文献

合成了系列壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚型Gemini季铵盐表面活性剂(GNPQA), 用核磁、红外和元素分析对它们的结构进行了表征, 考察了反应条件对转化率的影响, 并用表面张力法和稳态荧光探针法对GNPQA的表面性能及胶束聚集数(N)进行了研究. 结果表明, 较优的反应条件: 反应时间为12 h, 反应温度为70 ℃, 反应原料摩尔比为n(双聚壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚)∶n(三乙胺)∶n(环氧氯丙烷)=1∶1∶1; GNPQA的临界胶束浓度(CMC)值较相应的单体壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚型季铵盐表面活性剂(NPQA)降低了1~2个数量级, 显示了较高的表面活性; 当GNPQA溶液浓度为5~9倍CMC时, N值随浓度增大而线性增大; 随着氧乙烯(EO)单元数的增长, GNPQA的CMC和N值均逐渐减小; 结合GNPQA的表面性能参数和N值的变化规律, 探讨了这类表面活性剂表面及胶束聚集体的结构形态.  相似文献

This paper presents sorption properties of CaCl2/SiO2 composites synthesized by a sol-gel approach. Desorption isobars measured at T=30–140°C and vapor pressure 12.8–81.0 mbar clearly show a correlation between the sorbents pore structure and their sorption properties. The sample adsorptivities are found to exceed 1.2 kg H2O/kg adsorbent (or 20–25 mol H2O/mol of the salt). That is markedly higher than any reported before for silica-based materials. This results in a high energy storage capacity reaching 3,400 kJ/kg of dry sorbent, as confirmed by direct calorimetric measurements. The isosteric desorption heat is found to decrease from 67±5 kJ/mol to 46±5 kJ/mol with increase in the surface coverage.  相似文献

Zinc chloride and potassium oxalate are often applied as activating agents for carbon materials. In this work, we present the preparation of ZnO/carbon spheres composites using resorcinol-formaldehyde resin as a carbon source in a solvothermal reactor heated with microwaves. Zinc chloride as a zinc oxide source and potassium oxalate as an activating agent were applied. The effect of their addition and preparation conditions on the adsorption properties towards carbon dioxide at 0 °C and 25 °C were investigated. Additionally, for all tested sorbents, the CO2 sorption tests at 40 °C, carried out utilizing a thermobalance, confirmed the trend of sorption capacity measured at 0 and 25 °C. Furthermore, the sample activated using potassium oxalate and modified using zinc chloride (a carbon-to-zinc ratio equal to 10:1) displayed not only a high CO2 adsorption capacity (2.69 mmol CO2/g at 40 °C) but also exhibited a stable performance during the consecutive multicycle adsorption–desorption process.  相似文献

Quaternary ammonium salt polymers, a kind of polyelectrolyte with a quaternary ammonium group, are widely used in traditional and emerging industries due to their good water-solubility, adjustable cationicity and molecular weight, high efficiency and nontoxicity. In this paper, firstly, the properties and several synthesis methods of typical quaternary ammonium salt monomers were introduced. Secondly, the research progress on the synthesis of polymers was summarized from the perspective of obtaining products with high molecular weight, narrow molecular weight distribution and high monomer conversion, and special functional polymers. Thirdly, the relationships between the structures and properties of the polymer were analyzed from the perspectives of molecular weight, charge density, structural stability, and microstructural regulation of the polymer chain unit. Fourthly, typical examples of quaternary ammonium salt polymers in the application fields of water treatment, daily chemicals, petroleum exploitation, papermaking, and textile printing and dyeing were listed. Finally, constructive suggestions were put forward on developing quaternary ammonium salt polymers with high molecular weights, strengthening the research on the relationships between the structures and their properties and pinpointing relevant application fields.  相似文献

氯化钾水溶液不同于氯化钠的,其在低温下只能形成无水盐和冰.现有研究表明在氯化钠水溶液中不仅存在着水分子连续分布的区域与离子团簇,而且这二者的物质组成也与该溶液所形成晶体的分别对应.为了探寻其他溶液中是否存在此类对应关系,并考察溶液的微观结构,本文采用分子动力学方法对氯化钾水溶液进行了研究,表明了该溶液的一些性质.氯化钾水溶液中K+-K+和Cl--Cl-径向分布函数的特征具有一致性,峰的最大值所对应的位置都分别相同,明显不同于氯化钠水溶液的.系列时刻下瞬态图像内O到其最近离子距离中最大值的统计结果表明氯化钾水溶液中存在着一定大小的水分子连续分布的区域,其平均尺寸至少为2.26 nm;瞬态图像中K+与其最近邻Cl-之间的距离主要分布在0.28 nm~0.38 nm之间,占比约为97.4%;溶液中存在着较大和较小两类离子团簇,较大团簇的平均尺寸为1.73nm,平均离子数是25.0,其内部的离子与周围离子之间具有与氯化钾晶体类似的结构;这些结果表明氯化钾水溶液中也...  相似文献

Abstract

The role of the end-groups of three oligophenylene vinylene (OPV) and the solvents on the hybrid materials from poly (vinyl chloride) (PVC) and the OPV are examined. The gelation of the three organogel OPVs and of the hybrid materials in bromobenzene and benzyl alcohol was characterized. The morphology, as well as the thermodynamic properties, of these OPV and hybrid materials showed that they depended mostly on the solvent and very little on the different end-groups located on the OPV backbones.  相似文献
