基于冠层尺度的枣树色素含量的高光谱估算模型   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
植物冠层色素含量与氮素含量具有高度的相关性,是农业遥感中的关键研究因素。本研究的主要目的是:(1)对比偏最小二乘回归和支持向量机两种建模方法对枣树冠层色素的预测精度;(2)构建基于高光谱数据的枣树冠层色素含量定量反演模型,为枣树冠层色素含量的快速、无损、廉价、环保的测定提供一定的理论依据和技术支持。相关性分析结果表明,枣树冠层色素与高光谱数据之间具有较好的相关性,但叶绿素、叶绿素a要优于叶绿素b和类胡萝卜素。独立样本对模型的预测性能检验结果表明,偏最小二乘回归和支持向量机均能有效的估算枣树色素含量,但不同色素的偏最小二乘回归模型和支持向量机模型的预测精度存在一定的差异,叶绿素和类胡萝卜素的支持向量机模型的预测精度要高于偏最小二乘回归模型,而叶绿素a和叶绿素b则相反。比较不同色素的最佳反演模型的预测精度表明,叶绿素、叶绿素a和类胡萝卜素的预测精度要优于叶绿素b,前三者的决定系数大于0.8,残余预测误差高于2.0,平均相对误差低于13%,而叶绿素b的对应值分别为0.60%,20.79%和1.79%。  相似文献

拉曼光谱是提供物质结信息的强有力工具。但由于拉曼散射信号弱,灵敏度低,因此应用范围受到限制。而在共振拉曼光谱(RRS)中,由于激发光源频率落在分子的某一电子吸收带内,分子吸收光子向电子激发态的跃迁变成了共振吸收,因此对入射光的吸收强度大大增加。与常规拉曼光谱相比,RRS能够提高信号强度的106倍。因此,RRS检测技术以其更高的灵敏度和选择性而具有更广的应用,特别是在生物学及医学等领域。如:(1)生物基质中的类胡萝卜素和叶绿素等色素分析;(2)细胞、蛋白质和DNA等有机物研究以及一些临床疾病诊断。RRS可以得到在常规拉曼光谱中隐藏的、更为重要的分子结构信息。RRS总是在很低的浓度下测试,且共振拉曼增强的谱线是属于产生电子吸收的基团,这对于有色物和生物样品尤为重要。因为很多这类样品的活性部位接近于生色基团,且研究对象往往是生物大分子的某一部分,所以在研究生物物质的结构和功能的关系时,RRS起着重要作用。近年来,由于光谱技术的发展使得RRS检测技术得到创新与延伸,如液芯光纤共振拉曼光谱和透射共振拉曼光谱等新技术的应用。通过对近几年有关RRS技术应用的原始论文、数据和主要观点进行归纳整理与分析提炼,介绍了RRS这一专题的历史背景和研究现状,分别对共振拉曼光谱的色素检测、生物检测和爆炸物检测等应用领域展开详细的综述,并介绍了相关新技术的发展应用。随着光谱技术的快速发展,RRS必将在科研领域拥有其他光谱技术不可取代的重要地位。  相似文献

Voltammetry of immobilized microparticles (VMP) has been used in this work for the quantitative determination of tin and lead particles in their binary alloys. Carbon paste electrodes, which contained small amounts of tin and lead or their mixtures, were used as working electrodes and square wave voltammograms of each electrode were recorded. Quantification was performed using optimum experimental conditions, obtained by an experimental design technique. The calibration was made by measuring the percentage peak height of each metal taking the sum of peak currents of the both metals as 100 %. The results were compared with quantitative results of X‐ray fluorescence (XRF) technique to evaluate the capability of VMP method in its quantitative determination of solid samples.  相似文献

This work reports the use of and -cyclodextrin-modified carbon paste electrodes (CPE-CD and CPE-CD) to determine simultaneously Pb(II) and Cd(II) by means of the electrochemical technique known as anodic stripping voltammetry (ASV). Both modified electrodes displayed good resolution of the oxidation peaks of the said metals. Statistic analysis of the results strongly suggests that the CPE-CD exhibited a better analytical response that the CPE-CD, while the detection limits obtained for Pb(II) were 6.3×10–7 M for the CPE-CD and 7.14×10–7 M for the CPE-CD, whereas for Cd(II) they were 2.51×10–6 M for the CPE-CD and 2.03×10–6 M for the CPE-CD.  相似文献

The present study evaluates the growth kinetics of the boride layer Fe2B in AISI 1045 steel, by means of neural networks and the least square techniques. The Fe2B phase was formed at the material surface using the paste boriding process. The surface boron potential was modified considering different boron paste thicknesses, with exposure times of 2, 4 and 6 h, and treatment temperatures of 1193, 1223 and 1273 K. The neural network and the least square models were set by the layer thickness of Fe2B phase, and assuming that the growth of the boride layer follows a parabolic law. The reliability of the techniques used is compared with a set of experiments at a temperature of 1223 K with 5 h of treatment time and boron potentials of 2, 3, 4 and 5 mm. The results of the Fe2B layer thicknesses show a mean error of 5.31% for the neural network and 3.42% for the least square method.  相似文献

Several glazed ceramic pieces, originally produced in Coimbra (Portugal), were submitted to elemental analysis, having as premise the pigment manufacture production recognition. Although having been produced in Coimbra, their location changed as time passed due to historical reasons. A recent exhibition in Coimbra brought together a great number of these pieces and in situ micro Energy Dispersive X-ray Fluorescence (µ-EDXRF) analyses were performed in order to achieve some chemical and physical data on the manufacture of faiences in Coimbra.  相似文献

建立了用槲皮素修饰碳糊电极测定痕量铅的新方法 ,在 0 .1 0mol L甲酸盐缓冲液 (pH 4.3 )中 ,于 -0 .1 0V(vs.SCE)搅拌富集 ,再在 -0 .70V静止还原 40s后 ,阳极化扫描 ,于 -0 .42V左右获得一灵敏的铅阳极溶出峰。在最佳条件下 ,富集不同时间 ,其二次导数峰电流与Pb2 + 在 1 .0× 1 0 - 8~ 8.0× 1 0 - 7mol L和 2 .0× 1 0 - 9~ 6.0× 1 0 - 8mol L两个范围内呈线性关系 ,检出限为 8.0× 1 0 - 1 0 mol L(S N =3 )。同时初步探讨了电极反应机理。  相似文献

Summary Apomyoglobin was reconstituted with bile pigments of the verdinoid, 2,3-dihydroverdinoid, pterobilinoid, and violinoid type. Absorption and circular dichroism data as well as formation constants of the complexes were measured. From these results it was concluded that chromophore binding and induced chirality of these pigments are mainly governed by a lipophilic region opposite to the propionic side chain(s) and the asymmetric position of the hydrogen bonding acceptors of the propionic acid side chain(s) at the entrance of the protein pocket.Dedicated to Prof. Dr. A. Three novel naphthoquinone-based heterocyclic pigments, 2-methyl-3-[(1-methyl-1H-imidazol-2-yl)thio-1,4-naphthalenedione, (4-methyl-4H-1,2,4-triazol-3-yl)thio-1,4-naphthalenedione, and (1-methyl-1H-tetrazol-5-yl)thio]-1,4-naphthalenedione, are synthesized, and their optical properties in both solution and solid states are investigated. Depending on the heteroarylthio ring in the pigment, variation in optical properties is observed, e.g. characteristic colours for each pigment in the solution and solid states. The achiral pigment containing the 1-methyl-1H-tetrazol-5-yl ring exhibits a chiral space group and a CD signal in the solid state.  相似文献

Solder pastes used in surface mount soldering techniques (SMT) are very complex suspensions containing high volumes of metallic powder in a carrier fluid. The rheological complexity results largely from the carrier fluid itself, which is a suspension of colloidal particles. In this work, we have characterized the rheological properties of a typical carrier fluid and its solder paste containing 64 vol.% metallic powder. A six-blade vane geometry was used to avoid wall slip and sample fracture. All measurements were carried out following pre-shearing and rest time in order to obtain reproducible results. Steady shear experiments showed that the solder paste was highly shear-thinning and thixotropic. In oscillatory shear, the linear viscoelastic domain was found to be very narrow for both the suspending fluid and the paste. Frequency sweep tests in the linear domain revealed a gel-like structure with a nearly constant G′ for the suspending fluid and a slightly increasing G′ for the solder paste. From creep experiments, a yield stress of about 40 Pa was determined for the suspending fluid at temperatures between 25 and 40°C, and of 100 Pa at 4°C. A much larger yield stress, 480 Pa, was determined for the solder paste at 25°C.  相似文献
