本文介绍了采用光刻技术制备的一种新型的导电基底,它的面电阻≤ 10Ω,透过率约为 89%.在该基底上研制出的选通式象增强器,可实现选通时间在 ns级以上的高速选通,适用于微光、瞬时多通道高速光谱分析系统和高速摄影系统.

Maxwell: A new vision of the world

The paper outlines the crucial contributions of James Clerk Maxwell to Physics and more generally to our vision of the world. He achieved 150 years ago a synthesis of the pioneering works in magnetostatics, electrostatics, induction and, by introducing the notion of displacement current, gave birth to Electromagnetics. Then, he deduced the existence of electromagnetic waves and identified light as one of them.Maxwell equations deeply changed a Newtonian conception of the world based on particle interactions by pointing out the vital role of waves in physics. This new conception had a strong influence on the development of quantum physics. Finally, the invariance of light velocity in Galilean frames led to Lorentz transformations, a key step toward the theory of relativity.     

粘纤单丝数目自动检测系统的研究

针对化纤企业生产、检测的需要,研制了一种粘纤单丝数目自动检测系统。系统采用环形光源,从周围均匀照明经静电和高速风两次分离的粘纤,再由成像物镜将分离的粘纤清晰成像至高速面阵CCD传感器靶面上,基于Directshow技术自行编制出图像采集程序。利用自主研发的图像处理软件,处理粘纤图像信息,自动计算其单丝的数目,并给出判别结果。在图像处理方面采用分行消包络阈值分割法和连通域跟踪计数法,解决了粘纤计数中的胶丝重叠、分叉等关键技术难题,保证了计数准确率。该系统具有精度高、检测速度快等特点。     

STOCHASTIC ENERGY DEMAND AND THE STABILIZATION VALUE OF ENERGY STORAGE

The economic value of energy storage to meet peak electricity demand is analyzed with an emphasis on the role of demand uncertainty. The concept of the stabilization value, which measures that part of the benefit of the storage project which is due solely to the stochastic demand components, is defined. The magnitude of the stabilization value, relative to the overall value of energy storage, is evaluated in terms of a simple model that accounts for the relevant characteristics of the electric power utility's production mix. It is found that neglecting the demand uncertainty can seriously bias the benefit assessment of the storage project as well as the determination of the optimal storage capacity.     

阳极改性对单室微生物燃料电池性能的影响

构建了老龄垃圾渗滤液为底物的空气阴极型单室微生物燃料电池,以考察阳极不同改性方式对微生物燃料电池产电性能和对老龄垃圾渗滤液处理效果的影响。结果表明,碳毡阳极经过热处理、浓硝酸、酸性重铬酸钾、混酸的改性后,电池的最大输出功率密度分别提高了104%、241%、51%、181%,COD的去除率变化不大,但氨氮去除率分别增加了22.2%、21.8%、2.3%、47.3%。垃圾渗滤液pH值升高、电导率呈下降趋势。     

Alkaline–Acid Zn–H2O Fuel Cell for the Simultaneous Generation of Hydrogen and Electricity

An alkaline–acid Zn–H₂O fuel cell is proposed for the simultaneous generation of electricity with an open circuit voltage of about 1.25 V and production of H₂ with almost 100 % Faradic efficiency. We demonstrate that, as a result of harvesting energy from both electrochemical neutralization and electrochemical Zn oxidation, the as‐developed hybrid cell can deliver a power density of up to 80 mW cm^?2 and an energy density of 934 Wh kg^?1 and maintain long‐term stability for H₂ production with an output voltage of 1.16 V at a current density of 10 mA cm^?2.     

静电纺丝技术制备TiO2@SiO2亚微米同轴电缆与表征

用静电纺丝技术成功制备出大量的TiO₂＠SiO₂亚微米同轴电缆. 用TGA-DTA, XRD, SEM, TEM, EDS, FTIR分析技术对样品结构和组成进行了系统的表征. 结果表明, 得到的产物为TiO₂＠SiO₂亚微米级同轴电缆, 以无定型SiO₂为壳层, 晶态TiO₂为芯层, 电缆平均直径450 nm, 壳层厚度90 nm, 电缆长度＞300 μm, 同时在样品中发现个别纤维呈现管状结构, 对其形成机理进行了讨论.
