本文探讨了热解涂层石墨管测定铬的最佳实验条件,研究了各种酸和干扰物质的基体效应,提出用浓氨水为基体改进剂克服高氯酸的干扰。比较了各原子化温度时的理论和实验特征量。使热解涂层石墨管有可能用于无标准分析法测定各种环境样品中的铬。     

Application of similarity aggregation techniques to a population of paraplegic patients

We studied a population of paraplegic patients in order to give prominence to a possible relationship between the topography of their spinal lesion and the occurrence of special articular diseases (P.O.A.). According to the motor and sensory state of their spinal cord, we first tried to obtain a classification of these lesions (the usual one schematically separates ‘flaccid’ and ‘rigid’ paraplegics). A statistical model for the optimization of dsc performance in the evaluation of drugs for preformulation studies

Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) is a thermal analytical tool for preformulation studies. Extrapolated melting temperature (T_P) and heat of fusion (ΔH_f) can be used as parameters for optimizing the DSC performance. Two model pharmaceuticals acetaminophen and nicotinamide are used in this study. Using a factorial design for the experimental model and matrix analysis the results, the effect of sample mass, heating rate and the nitrogen flow rate were evaluated on the ΔH_f values and T_P values. Two levels for each of the procedural variables were used as a balanced experimental design with two sample sizes, two heating rates and two nitrogen flow rates. It was found that the change in the heating rate caused significant changes in the ΔH_f values but not the T_p values for acetaminophen. However, no significant effect was found for the T_p value but ΔH_f value was affected to a certain extent for nicotinamide.

海底沉积物用硝酸-高氯酸-氢氟酸消解,然后用ICP-AES法同时测定常量和微量元素。研究了样品中基体元素对微量元素测定的光谱干扰,并采用干扰曲线斜率法进行干扰校正,分析批量海底沉积物样品获得满意结果。

A preparative method has been developed and the synthesis has been effected of anilides and heterylamides of 4-hydroxy-6-methyl-2-oxo-1-propyl-1,2,5,6,7,8-hexahydroquinoline-3-carboxylic acid. 动力学体系中双组份的协同效应研究及其分析应用

用停流ＦＩＡ－分光光度法研究了铬（Ⅵ）－碘化钾动力学反应体系中铁(Ⅱ)和钒(Ⅳ)的协同诱导效应，以协同系数（Ｄ）表示二者相互作用程度的大小，在此基础上提出了一种新的动力学双组份同时测定的方法，本法可扩大前述方法的线性范围，并降低检测限，测定了模拟水样品中铁和钒的含量，结果满意。     

化学计量学在我国光度分析中的进展

本文介绍了化学计量学在我国光度分析中的研究应用及某些进展。这些方法可用于消除干扰,改善选择性,实现无机、有机及药物多组分混合物以及复方制剂的同时测定。     

磷酸三丁酯萃取原子吸收光谱法测定微量Cr(Ⅲ)和Cr(Ⅵ)

常用的 APDC-MIBK 和 DDTC-MIBK 萃取原子吸收法一般只能测至十几个ppb 浓度的铬,且需在较高温度下进行萃取.本文报道一种用磷酸三丁酯(TBP)萃取原子吸收光谱法测定微量 Cr(Ⅲ)和 Cr(Ⅵ)的方法.实验表明,Cr_2O_7在盐酸介质中可与 TBP 形成 Cr(Ⅵ)-TBP-Cl-溶剂化合物,借此可测定0-0.25μg·ml~(-1)浓度范围内的 Cr(Ⅵ).若用 KMnO_4将平行试样中的 Cr(Ⅲ)氧化为 Cr(Ⅵ),测得总铬量,通过差减法即可算出Cr(Ⅲ)的含量.本法灵敏度高,准确度好.
