This contribution presents a derivation of the steady-state distribution of velocities and
distances of driven particles on a onedimensional periodic ring, using a Fokker-Planck formalism. We will compare two different
situations: (i) symmetrical interaction forces fulfilling Newton’s law
of “actio = reactio” and (ii) asymmetric, forwardly directed interactions as, for example
in vehicular traffic. Surprisingly, the steady-state velocity and distance distributions
for asymmetric interactions and driving terms agree with the equilibrium distributions of
classical many-particle systems with symmetrical interactions, if the system is large enough.
This analytical result is confirmed by computer simulations and
establishes the possibility of approximating the steady state
statistics in driven many-particle systems by Hamiltonian systems. Our finding is also
useful to understand the various departure time distributions of queueing systems as a possible
effect of interactions among the elements in the respective queue [Physica A 363, 62 (2006)]. 相似文献

红外光谱法与药用玫瑰真伪的分析与鉴定 总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4
文章采用红外光谱法(FTIR)并结合二维相关光谱分析技术分析鉴定了药用玫瑰(药材对照品)及其混淆品月季和蔷薇。在一维红外光谱中三者的谱图较为一致,但药用玫瑰在1 318 cm-1波数处的峰不明显 ,而月季和蔷薇的1 318 cm-1峰明显,且较尖。在高分辨的二阶导数谱中药用玫瑰和月季分别在1 617和1 618 cm-1处具有芳香类指纹特征峰,而蔷薇的峰则在1 612 cm-1波数处,相差了5~6 cm-1。在1 044 cm-1处的峰, 蔷薇糖类化合物的指纹特征峰较明显,月季和药用玫瑰不明显。观测二维相关红外谱,三者都存在1 620,1 560和1 460 cm-1的芳香类化合物的自动峰,不同的是月季和蔷薇还存在一个较明显的1 660 cm-1的肩膀峰。药用玫瑰、月季和蔷薇在850~1 250 cm-1范围内的二维相关红外光谱差别很大,药用玫瑰1 050 cm-1的糖类化合物自动峰强度最大,而月季的峰较弱,而蔷薇没有此峰。谱图的三级鉴定验证了药用玫瑰、月季和蔷薇在糖苷类化合物和芳香类化合物的相对含量上都是不一致的。结果表明,运用红外光谱法可以快速有效地分析和鉴定药用玫瑰及其混淆品。 相似文献

The Einstein–Podolsky–Rosen–Bohm (EPRB) experiment performed with random variable and spatially separated analyzers is a milestone
test in the controversy between Objective Local Theories (OLT) and Quantum Mechanics (QM). Only a few OLT are still possible.
Some of the surviving OLT (specifically, the so called non-ergodic theories) would be undetectable in the averaged statistical
values, but they may leave their trace in the time dynamics. For, while QM predicts random processes, the OLT of this kind
predict the existence of regularities that may be revealed as a low dimensional object in the phase space. We perform a numerical
analysis of the time-resolved data recorded in that experiment to unveil any hypothetical low dimensional dynamics that may
be present. We find no consistent indication of such dynamics except for one data file, the longest of all in the real time.
The possible causes of these dynamics are discussed.

Fluid density imaging is highly desirable in a wide variety of porous media measurements. The SPRITE class of MRI methods has proven to be robust and general in their ability to generate density images in porous media, however the short encoding times required, with correspondingly high magnetic field gradient strengths and filter widths, and low flip angle RF pulses, yield sub-optimal S/N images, especially at low static field strength. This paper explores two implementations of pure phase encode spin echo 1D imaging, with application to a proposed new petroleum reservoir core analysis measurement.In the first implementation of the pulse sequence, we modify the spin echo single point imaging (SE-SPI) technique to acquire the k-space origin data point, with a near zero evolution time, from the free induction decay (FID) following a 90° excitation pulse. Subsequent k-space data points are acquired by separately phase encoding individual echoes in a multi-echo acquisition. T2 attenuation of the echo train yields an image convolution which causes blurring. The T2 blur effect is moderate for porous media with T2 lifetime distributions longer than 5 ms. As a robust, high S/N, and fast 1D imaging method, this method will be highly complementary to SPRITE techniques for the quantitative analysis of fluid content in porous media.In the second implementation of the SE-SPI pulse sequence, modification of the basic measurement permits fast determination of spatially resolved T2 distributions in porous media through separately phase encoding each echo in a multi-echo CPMG pulse train. An individual T2 weighted image may be acquired from each echo. The echo time (TE) of each T2 weighted image may be reduced to 500 μs or less. These profiles can be fit to extract a T2 distribution from each pixel employing a variety of standard inverse Laplace transform methods. Fluid content 1D images are produced as an essential by product of determining the spatially resolved T2 distribution. These 1D images do not suffer from a T2 related blurring.The above SE-SPI measurements are combined to generate 1D images of the local saturation and T2 distribution as a function of saturation, upon centrifugation of petroleum reservoir core samples. The logarithm mean T2 is observed to shift linearly with water saturation. This new reservoir core analysis measurement may provide a valuable calibration of the Coates equation for irreducible water saturation, which has been widely implemented in NMR well logging measurements. 相似文献

Present work deals with the ultrasound-assisted biodiesel production from low cost, substantial acid value kusum (Schleichera triguga) oil using a two-step method of esterification in presence of acid (H2SO4) catalyst followed by transesterification using a basic heterogeneous barium hydroxide (Ba(OH)2) catalyst. The initial acid value of kusum oil was reduced from 21.65 to 0.84 mg of KOH/g of oil, by acid catalyzed esterification with 4:1 methanol to oil molar ratio, catalyst concentration 1% (v/v), ultrasonic irradiation time 20 min at 40 °C. Then, Ba(OH)2 concentration of 3% (w/w), methanol to oil molar ratio of 9:1, ultrasonic irradiation time of 80 min, and temperature of 50 °C was found to be the optimum conditions for transesterification step and triglyceride conversion of 96.8% (wt) was achieved. This paper also examined the kinetics as well as the evaluation of thermodynamic parameters for both esterification and transesterification reactions. The lower value of activation energy and higher values of kinetic constants indicated a fast rate of reaction, which could be attributed to the physical effect of emulsification, in which the microturbulence generated due to radial motion of bubbles, creates an intimate mixing of the immiscible reactants causing the increase in the interfacial area, giving faster reaction kinetics. The positive values of Gibbs-free energy (ΔG), enthalpy (ΔH) and negative value of entropy (ΔS) revealed that both the esterification and transesterification were non-spontaneous, endothermic and endergonic reactions. Therefore, the present work has not only established the escalation obtained due to ultrasonication but also exemplified the two-step approach for synthesis of biodiesel from non-edible kusum oil based on the use of heterogeneous catalyst for the transesterification step. 相似文献

A Maleic anhydride–Octene-1–Vinylbutyl Ether terpolymer was synthesized via the radical terpolymerization method in order to prepare a new matrix for CdS nanocrystal synthesis. CdS nanocrystals were synthesized through the reaction of thiourea with cadmium chloride. The synthesized terpolymer/CdS nanocrystal composites were characterized by several methods. Energy Dispersive X-ray analysis, Raman spectroscopy and powder X-ray diffraction methods. The room temperature UV–visible absorption spectra show a shift of the absorption edge towards higher energies. The band gap of the CdS nanocomposite is bigger than that of bulk CdS. Raman spectrum exhibits characteristic peaks of CdS. Images of the nanocomposite obtained with Atomic Force Microscopy and Transmission Electron Microscopy are the evidences of CdS nanocrystal formation in the terpolymer. Thermal investigation shows that the nanocomposite is more thermostable than the terpolymer which could be useful for application in thermo aggressive medium. 相似文献

研究了空气退火对于激光分子束外延(L-MBE)法制备的ZnO薄膜光学及结构特性的影响,报道了采用小角度X射线分析(GIXA)技术对于ZnO薄膜退火前后的表面及界面状况的定量分析结果.RHEED衍射图样表明,薄膜经过380℃及600℃原位退火后,其表面仍然较为粗糙.而XRD在面(in-plane)Φ扫描结果显示出经过800℃空气退火之后,薄膜具有更好的外延取向性.GIXA分析结果表明,800℃退火后ZnO薄膜的表面方均根粗糙度从退火前的1.13 nm下降为0.37 nm;同时ZnO/Al2O3界面粗糙度从2.10 nm上升为2.59 nm.ZnO室温PL结果显示,退火后薄膜紫外近带边发光强度比退火前增大了40倍,并出现了源于电子-空穴等离子体(EHP)复合的N带受激发射峰,激发阈值约为200 kW/cm2. 相似文献
