The complexes of copper formato with pyrazine and dimethylpyrazines: Cu(HCOO)2(pyrz) ( 1 ), Cu2(HCOO)4(pyrz) ( 2 ), Cu2(HCOO)4(2,3‐Me2pyrz) ( 3 ), Cu2(HCOO)4(2,5‐Me2pyrz) ( 4 ), and Cu2(HCOO)4(2,6‐Me2pyrz)2 ( 5 ) have been synthesized and characterized by chemical analysis and IR and electronic spectro scopies. The three‐dimensional structure of compound 1 consists of –Cu–pyrz–Cu–pyrz– chains joined by bridging formate groups coordinated, in configuration syn‐anti, to two copper atoms. The coordination around the copper atom is orthorhombic with two Cu–O distances of 2.374(1) Å, two Cu–O of 1.952 Å and two Cu–N of 2.080 Å. Compound 5 is formed by molecular dimers with the [Cu2(μ‐HCOO)4] unit, two copper atoms and four syn‐syn fomate groups, and two ligands coordinated to the copper atoms in the axial positions. In compounds 2 and 3 chains of [Cu2(μ‐HCOO)4] dimers with pyrz or 2,3‐Me2pyrz as bridging ligands are formed. The EPR signal of 1 is orthorhombic (g = 2.23, 2.20 and 2.06). In the EPR spectra of 2 – 5 compounds the triplet (S = 1) signals are observed. The g?, g and D values are been calculated.  相似文献

We studied the interaction between H, Li, Na, and K with one and two C60 molecules using unrestricted Hartree–Fock (UHF) methods. We investigated the effects of distances between the doping atoms and the C60 clusters, total charges, interaction energies, stabilities, HOMO‐LUMO energy differences, charge distribution, and potential energy surfaces. The extraction of Zea mays hairs (Z. mays) was carried out by soxhlet and ultrasound techniques and through three solvents. Phytochemical tests and quantitative analysis of total phenols content (TPC) and flavonoids content (FC) for all extracts were also determined. The antioxidant activity, for different fractions, was determined by using three methods; DPPH, FRAP and TAC. All extracts were rich in polyphenols and the analysis of TPC and FC showed that the hydro-ethanolic extract obtained by ultrasound was characterized by a significant amount of TPC and FC. The n-butanolic fraction was rich in FC and also had a very high antioxidant capacity. On the other hand, the inhibiting effect of hydro-ethanolic extract, n-butanolic fraction and standard (flavone) on mild steel corrosion in 1 M HCl solution was investigated by electrochemical measurements. The polarization curves along with EIS diagrams indicated that flavone was the major molecule responsible for inhibition and acted as mixed-type inhibitor with predominant control of cathodic reaction. The antioxidant activity of BF was well correlated to corrosion inhibition efficiency.  相似文献

Ab initio molecular orbital calculations are used to study the modified Schlenk equilibrium: 2RMgCl (RMgCl)2 MgR2 + MgCl2 Mg(Cl2)MgR2 with R=H and CH3. In the absence of any solvents, calculations indicate that the formation of the various possible bridged dimers (RMgCl)2 is substantially exothermic. However, using dimethylether as a model solvent, we show that the formation of the dimer (Me2O)(CH3)Mg(Cl2)Mg(CH3)(OMe2) is exothermic only when entropic effects are included.  相似文献

Four density functionals — including that recently introduced by Perdew ((1986) Phys Rev B33: 8822)—are tested for first-row atoms, hydrides and dimers. Calculated contributions of the correlation energy to the ionization potentials and electron affinities of atoms and to the dissociation energies of molecules are compared with empirical values which were reevaluated for this purpose. An improvement over Hartree-Fock is found in all cases if the self-interaction or the gradient correction are included in the density functional, although there is a rather large variation in the accuracy of the predictions.  相似文献

An ab initio calculation of the hydrogen bond complex (HF)_2 is given with the 6-311 G~(**) basis set, according to which the potential surface around the balance point of the distancès and the orientations between two HF molecules is obtained. The atomic charges in the system are calculated with the PD/LSF method (potential-derived/least-square-fitting method) and then an analysis of the hydrogen bond interaction between two HF molecules is given with the (exp-6-1) potential function, by means of which it is shown that the main interaction between them is not an electro-static but a charge transfer one. The potential curve between two HF molecules is like a Morse function.  相似文献

合成了一系列以不同长度柔韧链相连的p/p型单核锌双卟啉配合物。选用Tripos力场,利用分子动力学模拟退火和分子力学构象搜索相结合的方法对该系列双卟啉进行了能量优化和构象分析。理论计算结果表明:该类双卟啉稳定存在的最低能量构象为叠合式,最高能量构象为伸展式,并存在一系列的中间能量构象;双卟啉分子内π-π作用和能量转移与双卟啉存在的两种主要构象密切相关;分析了分子内π-π作用的本质。运用不同光谱测试手段验证了理论计算结果: 利用可见和相应二阶导数吸收光谱研究了双卟啉主要存在的叠合式和伸展式构象,通过红外光谱观察了对双卟啉构象和卟啉环间π-π作用较为敏感的吸收谱带;利用荧光光谱计算了双卟啉的分子内能量转移效率。  相似文献

Some halo or mercaptide bridged palladium (II) dimers, [Pd(S2CNR2)X]3 (R=ibutyl, X=Cl, Br, I, S-ethyl and S-t-butyl) were studied by variable temperature 1H nmr spectroscopy. Line shape changes of the chloro and bromo bridged dimers were interpretated by the solvolytic breaking of the Pd-X bond, while mercaptide bridged complexes were explained in terms of slow N-C single bond rotation. The results consist with the strengthness of the class b metal ion with various soft donor ligands.  相似文献

Phenolic compounds are common constituents of wine. Due to their healthy properties the analysis in human fluids is interesting within bioavailability evaluation. They have been reported not to be stable in human plasma, particularly at room temperature. Most sample treatments have been reported for a single compound. Our aim in this paper is to study sample handling control conditions and improve phenolic stability in human plasma samples. We tested various sample treatments to determine whether they could be used for analysing a set of phenolic compounds usually present in wines.The compounds studied were six phenolic acids, five flavonoids, trans-resveratrol and tyrosol. The effect of the following factors was explored: temperature, pH, the addition of antioxidants and the addition of anticoagulants.The results suggest that the plasma samples should be kept at temperatures below −20 °C before analysis and that 1% ascorbic acid plus 10 μl/ml o-phosphoric acid should be added. Anticoagulants (heparin or EDTA) do not play a significant role in the stability of polyphenolic compounds.The recovery values of a number of sample treatments (solid phase extraction, extraction with methanol, deproteinization, inhibition of enzymatic plasma activity) were compared. The recovery values for most phenolic compounds were better if the enzymatic plasma activity was inhibited and acidified ethanol was used for deproteinization.  相似文献
