Nano-sized HfO2, C and C/HfO2 powders obtained through hydrothermal process have been investigated by XRD, TEM and FTIR, and Different precursors, namely Hafnium(Ⅱ) oleate and Hafnium(Ⅱ) hydroxide derived from homogeneous precipitation method, have been chosen for the synthesis of nanometric HfO2 via hydrothermal process. The results indicate that using the former material as the precursor under identically hydrothermal process can yield finer HfO2 nanoparticles, compared to using the latter. Nano-sized Carbon of about 100 nm with square morphology and narrow size distribution can be obtained through hydrothermal reaction of sucrose solution at 200 ℃ for 6 h. The addition of as-synthesised Carbon nanoparticles into the hydrothermal process of HfO2 powder can produce C/HfO2 composite powders with core-shell structure. 相似文献

A new dinuclear complex [Tb2(BA)6(2,2′-bipy)2] (BA=4-(trifluoromethyl)benzoic acid, 2,2′-bipy=2,2′-bipyridine) has been synthesized. The complex was characterized by X-ray single-crystal structure analysis. The complex is a dimer with an inversion center. In the complex, two Tb3+ ions are linked by four carboxylate groups of BA ligands in bridging-bidentate coordination mode. Each Tb3+ ion is eight-coordinated with two nitrogen atoms from one 2,2′-bipy molecule, four oxygen atoms from four bridging-bidentate BA ligands and two oxygen atoms from one chelating-bidentate BA ligand. Intermolecular hydrogen bonds are formed in the crystal. The complex exhibits strong green fluorescence under ultraviolet light and the fluorescence spectrum consists of four lines peaking at 489, 545, 584 and 620 nm, which are corresponding to the 5D4→7Fj (j=6~3) transitions of Tb3+ ion, respectively. The properties of resveratrol (3′, 4′, 5-trihydroxystlbene, RST) were for the first time evaluated as a potential substrate for horseradish peroxidase (HRP)-catalyzed fluorogenic reaction. The properties of RST for use as fluorogenic substrates for HRP and its application in immunoassays were compared with commercially available substrates such as p-hydroxyphenylpropionic acid (pHPPA), chavicol and Amplex red by a fluoroimmunosensing method in the use of Schistosomia japonicum antibody (SjAb) as a model analyte. The fluoroimmunosensing device was constructed by dispersing Schistosomia japonicum antigen (SjAg), nano-Ag/SiO2 particles and sol-gel at low temperature. In pH 5.8 Britton-Robinson buffer (B-R), HRP-SjAb conjugates can catalyze the polymerization reaction of RST by H2O2 forming fluorescent dimmers. The increase of the fluorescence intensity of the dimmers product at emission of 462 nm (excitation: 315 nm) is proportional to the concentration of HRP-SjAb binding to the SjAg entrapped in the nano-Ag/SiO2 particles-sol-gel matrix. A competitive binding assay has been used to determine SjAb in rabbit serum with the aid of SjAb labeled with HRP. Substrate RST showed comparable ability for HRP detection and its enzyme-linked immunosensing reaction system, in a linear detection ranging of 1.5×10-6-7.3×10-4 g/L and with a detection limit of 1.5×10-6 g/L. The immobilized biocomposites surface could be regenerated by simply polishing with an alumina paper, with an excellent reproducibility (RSD = 4.7%). 研究了在氧化镍纳米粒子改性石墨电极(GE)上肌红蛋白(Mb)的直接电化学行为, 并制备了新型H2O2 传感器.在0.1 mol/L 磷酸盐缓冲溶液(PBS, pH 7.0)中, 肌红蛋白有稳定而明确的氧化还原峰,电子转移速率常数为6.48/s;式量电位为-0.34 V(vs·SCE), 表面覆盖量8.06×10-10 mol/cm2.二甲亚砜(DMSO)的存在对加速肌红蛋白分子与电极之间的电子传递起了重要作用.光谱分析表明: 固定在Mb/NiO/DMSO膜中肌红蛋白能保持其生物活性,对H2O2有电催化活性,电催化响应与H2O2浓度呈线性关系,线性范围为0.8~24 μmol/L;检出限为0.039 μmol/L. 对H2O2的表观米氏常数为0.21 mmol/L, 灵敏度为417 mA cm2 L/mol, 呈现出高亲和性. 相似文献

A comprehensive review of the development of assays, bioprobes, and biosensors using quantum dots (QDs) as integrated components is presented. In contrast to a QD that is selectively introduced as a label, an integrated QD is one that is present in a system throughout a bioanalysis, and simultaneously has a role in transduction and as a scaffold for biorecognition. Through a diverse array of coatings and bioconjugation strategies, it is possible to use QDs as a scaffold for biorecognition events. The modulation of QD luminescence provides the opportunity for the transduction of these events via fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET), bioluminescence resonance energy transfer (BRET), charge transfer quenching, and electrochemiluminescence (ECL). An overview of the basic concepts and principles underlying the use of QDs with each of these transduction methods is provided, along with many examples of their application in biological sensing. The latter include: the detection of small molecules using enzyme-linked methods, or using aptamers as affinity probes; the detection of proteins via immunoassays or aptamers; nucleic acid hybridization assays; and assays for protease or nuclease activity. Strategies for multiplexed detection are highlighted among these examples. Although the majority of developments to date have been in vitro, QD-based methods for ex vivo biological sensing are emerging. Some special attention is given to the development of solid-phase assays, which offer certain advantages over their solution-phase counterparts. 相似文献
