Superstructures have attracted great interest owing to their potential applications. Herein, we report the first scalable preparation of a porous nickel-foam-templated superstructure of carbon nanosheets decorated with ultrafine cobalt phosphide nanoparticles. Uniform two-dimensional (2D) Co-metal organic framework (MOF) nanosheets (Co-MNS) grow on nickel foam, followed by a MOF-mediated tandem (carbonization/phosphidation) pyrolysis. The resulting superstructure has a porous 3D interconnected network with well-arranged 2D carbon nanosheets on it, in which ultrafine cobalt phosphide nanoparticles are tightly immobilized. A single piece of this superstructure can be directly used as a self-supported electrode for electrocatalysis without any binders. This “one-piece” porous superstructure with excellent mass transport and electron transport properties, and catalytically active cobalt phosphide nanoparticles with ultrasmall size (3–4 nm), shows excellent trifunctional electrocatalytic activities for oxygen evolution reaction (OER), hydrogen evolution reaction (HER), and oxygen reduction reaction (ORR), achieving great performances in water splitting and Zn–air batteries.  相似文献

We establish the optimal rates of decay estimates of global solutions of some abstract differentialequations,which include many partial differential equations.We provide a general treatment so that any futureproblem will enjoy the decay estimates displayed here as long as the general hypotheses are satisfied.Themain hypotheses are the existence of global solutions of the equations and some growth control of the Fouriertransform of the solutions.We establish the optimal rates of decay of the solutions for initial data in differentspaces.The main ingredients and technical tools are the Fourier splitting method,the iteration skill and theenergy estimates.  相似文献

The governing equations of shallow water magnetohydrodynamics describe the dynamics of a thin layer of nearly incompressible and electrically conducting fluids for which the evolution is nearly two-dimensional with magnetic equilibrium in the third direction. A high-resolution central-upwind scheme is applied to solve the model equations considering non-flat bottom topography. The suggested method is an upwind biased non-oscillatory finite volume scheme which doées not require a Riemann solver at each time step. To satisfy the divergence-free constraint, the projection method is used. Several case studies are carried out. For validation, a gas kinetic flux vector splitting scheme is also applied to the same model.  相似文献

This paper proposes a power system concept that integrates photovoltaic (PV) and thermoelectric (TE) technologies to harvest solar energy from a wide spectral range. By introduction of the 'spectrum beam splitting' technique, short wavelength solar radiation is converted directly into electricity in the PV cells, while the long wavelength segment of the spectrum is used to produce moderate to high temperature thermal energy, which then generates electricity in the TE device. To overcome the intermittent nature of solar radiation, the system is also coupled to a thermal energy storage unit. A systematic analysis of the integrated system is carried out, encompassing the system configuration, material properties, thermal management, and energy storage aspects. We have also attempted to optimize the integrated system. The results indicate that the system configuration and optimization are the most important factors for high overall efficiency.  相似文献

We theoretically investigate the spin-orbit interaction in GaAs/AlxGa1 x As coupled quantum wells. We consider the contribution of the interface-related Rashba term as well as the linear and cubic Dresselhaus terms to the spin splitting. For the coupled quantum wells which bear an inherent structure inversion asymmetry, the same probability density distribution of electrons in the two step quantum wells results in a large spin splitting from the interface term. If the widths of the two step quantum wells are different, the electron probability density in the wider step quantum well is considerably higher than that in the narrower one, resulting in the decrease of the spin splitting from the interface term. The results also show that the spin splitting of the coupled quantum well is not significantly larger than that of a step quantum well.  相似文献

The transport of ablated particles produced by single pulsed-laser ablation is simulated via Monte Carlo method. The pressure ranges of velocity splitting of ablated particles in different inert gases are investigated. The result shows that the range of velocity splitting decreases with the atomic mass of the ambient gas increasing. The ambient gas whose atomic mass is more than that of Kr cannot induce the velocity splitting of ablated particles. The results are explained by the underdamping model and the inertia flow model.  相似文献

针对摄像机拍摄目标过程中自身的随机抖动造成的视频序列不稳定,以及稳像补偿过程中边缘信息的丢失,提出了基于SURF(Speed-up Robust Feature)算法的全景电子稳像方法。首先,运用SURF算法提取当前帧图像和参考帧图像的兴趣点,将两幅图像的兴趣点进行匹配,建立两帧的对应关系。针对兴趣点数目较少及场景中部分区域特征相似的情况,引入了兴趣点位移一致性抑制策略,改进了RANSAC(RANdom SAmple Consensus)误匹配的剔除算法,使得运动矢量的精确度小于1 pixel。然后,判定参考帧的更新策略,获取平滑的运动变量。最后,进行运动补偿,运用图像镶嵌技术对丢失的边缘区域信息进行全景补偿,得到了高精度的全景稳像结果,实验得到的输出视频峰值信噪比(PSNR)提高了33.1%。  相似文献

We analyzed the spectra of X-ray transmission through radiatively heated medium-Z plasma (Fe, Ni, Cu and Ge) measured at LULI2000 facility in the wavelength range of 2pnd transitions. The analysis was performed using the statistical superconfiguration code SCO, two line-by-line opacity codes based on the HULLAC and FAC packages and a new hybrid statistical-detailed code SCORCG. The temperature and mass density of the samples were estimated from hydrodynamic simulations based on the cavity radiative temperature measurements. The theory–experiment agreement is relatively good in the wavelength range corresponding to the 2p–3d transitions except in the germanium case. In the wavelength range of the 2p–2d, n > 3 transitions a relatively good theory–experiment agreement was found in the copper case. As predicted by calculations the separation of the characteristic spin-orbit-split 2p–3d structures, absent in the iron measured spectrum, appears in the nickel spectrum and is visible in the copper and germanium spectra. Comparisons of the experimental transmission with calculations confirm the importance of the relativistic configuration interaction. The absorption strength of the measured germanium 2p–3d transition is much larger than that obtained from the codes. Spatial temperature and density gradients, relatively high in the germanium sample, may be at the origin of this discrepancy.  相似文献

Trapezoid graphs are the intersection family of trapezoids where every trapezoid has a pair of opposite sides lying on two parallel lines. These graphs have received considerable attention and lie strictly between permutation graphs (where the trapezoids are lines) and cocomparability graphs (the complement has a transitive orientation). The operation of “vertex splitting”, introduced in (Cheah and Corneil, 1996) [3], first augments a given graph G and then transforms the augmented graph by replacing each of the original graph’s vertices by a pair of new vertices. This “splitted graph” is a permutation graph with special properties if and only if G is a trapezoid graph. Recently vertex splitting has been used to show that the recognition problems for both tolerance and bounded tolerance graphs is NP-complete (Mertzios et al., 2010) [11]. Unfortunately, the vertex splitting trapezoid graph recognition algorithm presented in (Cheah and Corneil, 1996) [3] is not correct. In this paper, we present a new way of augmenting the given graph and using vertex splitting such that the resulting algorithm is simpler and faster than the one reported in (Cheah and Corneil, 1996) [3].  相似文献
