建立了超声辅助结合离子液体双水相提取-高效液相色谱法测定三七中5种稀有人参皂苷20(S)-Rg_2,20(S)-Rh_1,Rk_3,20(S)-Rg_3及Rk_1含量的方法.考察了影响提取率的多种因素并确立了最佳提取条件,在该条件下,5种稀有人参皂苷加样回收率均在92.07%~110.55%之间,RSD值均5.43%.实验结果表明,该方法具有快速、高效、准确且环保等优点,为中药材及其制剂中微量化学成分的提取、富集与分析提供了参考. 相似文献

建立超高效液相色谱–串联质谱法测定人参中4种植物生长调节剂残留的方法。样品以50%乙腈溶液室温振荡提取30 min,并采用分散固相萃取(DSPE)法净化,其中每毫升提取液加入50 mg C_(18)吸附剂,在优化后的仪器条件下进行测定。2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸、矮壮素、赤霉素、乙烯利分别在10~500,0.5~250,5~500,200~5 000μg/L范围内线性良好,相关系数r~20.99,检出限分别为7.5,0.4,4.0,150.0μg/kg,测定结果的相对标准偏差为3.05%~14.77%(n=6),加标回收率为69.6%~97.4%。该方法样品处理简单快速,检出限低,准确度和精密度高,适合于人参中2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸、矮壮素、赤霉素和乙烯利4种植物生长调节剂残留量的测定。 相似文献

Two new dammarane-type triterpene sapogenins were isolated from the Chinese red ginseng. The new sapogenins were named as 24,26-dihydroxy-panaxdiol (1) and 24-hydroxy-panaxdiol (2). Their structures were elucidated by the combined analysis of NMR and mass spectrometry as 20(S),25(R)-epoxydammarane-3β,12β,24β,26-tetraol (1) and 20(S),25-epoxydammarane-3β,12β,24α-triol (2). Panax quinquefolius, a popular medicinal herb, has been cultivated in China for many years. In this work, the region-specific profiles of metabolites in P. quinquefolius from Wendeng was investigated using liquid-chromatography–quadrupole–time-of-flight-(LC–Q–TOF)-based metabolomics analysis. The three most abundant biomarkers, identified as ginsenoside Rb3, notoginsenoside R1, and ginsenoside Rc, were the representative chemical components employed in the network pharmacology analysis. In addition, molecular docking and western blotting analyses revealed that the three compounds were effective binding ligands with Hsp90α, resulting in the inactivation of SRC and PI3K kinase, which eventually led to the inactivation of the Akt and ERK pathways and lung cancer suppression. The outcomes obtained herein demonstrated the intriguing chemical characteristics and potential functional activities of P. quinquefolius from Wendeng. 相似文献

本文采用红外光谱法对经不同剂量核辐照的三七粉进行了对比研究, 比较了它们红外光谱的异同。三七粉的红外光谱主要由淀粉吸收带及碳水化合物的吸收带组成, 低辐照剂量(低于15 kGy)处理的三七粉组成成分的化学结构及含量几乎未发生变化; 较高辐照剂量(高于18 kGy)处理的三七粉组成成分中少数成分的化学结构及含量可能已经发生了变化。表明采用适当核辐照剂量杀灭三七粉中污染微生物和各种寄生虫卵是可取的。辐照剂量高于15 kGy后, 糖类(主要是多糖、庶糖)增加, 增加的糖可能是淀粉转化而来的。 相似文献

A high performance liquid chromatography coupled with electrospray ionization-tandem mass spectrometry( HPLC-ESI-MS/MS) method was developed for the analysis and identification of ginsenosides in the extracts of raw Panax ginseng(RPG) and steamed Panax ginseng at high temperatures(SPGHT). A total of 25 ginsenosides were extracted include of which 10 low-polar ginsenosides, such as ginsenosides F4, Rk3, Rh4, 20S-Rg3, 20R-Rg3 and so on, were identified according to their HPLC retention time and MS/MS data. The results indicated that the low polar ginsenosides were seldom found in RPG. For the exploration of the transformation pattern of the ginsenosides in steam processing, the standards of ginsenosides Re, Rg1, Rb1, Rc, Rb2, Rb3 and Rd were selected and hydrolyzed at a temperature of 120 ℃. The results show that these polar ginsenosides can be converted to low-polar ginsenosides such as Rg2, Rg6, F4, Rk3 and Rg5 by hydrolyzing the sugar chains. 相似文献

以传统中药人参为研究对象, 建立一种同时检测人参中46 种农药多残留的基质固相分散-超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(MSPD-UPLC-MS/MS)方法. 前处理方法分别采用N-丙基乙二胺(PSA)和乙腈作为MSPD的分散剂和洗脱剂, 检测方法采用正负离子同时扫描, 利用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱在分时段多反应监测模式下进行定量和定性分析. 大部分农药在5~500 μg/kg 范围内线性关系良好, 在低(10 μg/kg)、中(50 μg/kg)、高(100 μg/kg)三个浓度水平上的添加回收率平均值在70%~110%之间, 相对标准偏差(RSD)小于15% (n=3), 定量限小于0.01 mg/kg, 能够满足农药多残留分析要求. 该方法通用性强、选择性好、灵敏度高、简单廉价. 相似文献

A matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization mass spectrometry (MALDI-MS)-based method has been developed for rapid differentiation between Panax ginseng and Panax quinquefolius, two herbal medicines with similar chemical and physical properties but different therapeutic effects. This method required only a small quantity of samples, and the herbal medicines were analyzed by MALDI-MS either after a brief extraction step, or directly on the powder form or small pieces of raw samples. The acquired MALDI-MS spectra showed different patterns of ginsenosides and small chemical molecules between P. ginseng and P. quinquefolius, thus allowing unambiguous differentiation between the two Panax species based on the specific ions, intensity ratios of characteristic ions or principal component analysis. The approach could also be used to differentiate red ginseng or P. quinquefolius adulterated with P. ginseng from pure P. ginseng and pure Panax quinquefolium. The intensity ratios of characteristic ions in the MALDI-MS spectra showed high reproducibility and enabled quantitative determination of ginsenosides in the herbal samples and percentage of P. quinquefolius in the adulterated binary mixture. The method is simple, rapid, robust, and can be extended for analysis of other herbal medicines. 相似文献
