Copolymerization of ethylene and non-conjugated diene using homogenous catalyst

Ethylene and different amounts of 1,7-octadiene were copolymerized using the metallocene catalyst system ethylidene-bis(fluorenyl) zirconium dichloride and methylaluminoxane (MAO) at both 50 and 90 °C. The catalyst activity has slightly increased with the addition of low amounts of the diene in relation to the homopolymerization of ethylene. The obtained polymers were characterized according to their melting temperature (T_m) and crystallinity degree (x_c) by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). Weight-average molecular weight (M_w) and polydispersity were determined by gel permeation chromatography (GPC). Diene contents in the copolymer were obtained through the FTIR spectroscopy. The results indicated that at polymerization temperature of 90 °C, crosslinking bonds in the obtained copolymers were low, differently from what was observed at 50 °C. The diene content in the copolymer achieved more than 3 mol% and the comonomer conversion was around 15%. Moreover, the obtained copolymers have M_w around 100,000 and large polydispersity.     

CO2部分氧化乙烷制乙烯Pd—Cu／MoO3—SiO2催化剂的研究

用化学吸附－红外光谱、化学吸附－程序升温脱附（ＴＰＤ）和微型反应技术研究了Ｐｄ－Ｃｕ／ＭｏＯ３－ＳｉＯ２（ＭｏＳＯ）催化剂对ＣＯ２和乙烷的吸附活化和部分氧化反应性能．结果表明，乙烷以Ｃ—Ｈ键中的Ｈ吸附于ＭｏＳＯ载体表面ＭｏＯ键的端基氧上；Ｐｄ－Ｃｕ／ＭｏＳＯ催化剂对ＣＯ２有良好的化学吸附活化性能，ＣＯ２的吸附除有线式吸附态和剪式吸附态外，还有一种新的卧式吸附态；Ｐｄ－Ｃｕ／ＭｏＳＯ催化剂的晶格氧参与了化学反应．探讨了在Ｐｄ－Ｃｕ／ＭｏＳＯ催化剂上ＣＯ２的部分氧化乙烷反应机理     

CuO／CeO2和CuO／Al2O3催化剂的催化性能

本文以ＣＯ氧化为模式反应考察了ＣｅＯ２和Ａｌ２Ｏ３负载氧化铜催化剂的氧化活性，运用ＸＲＤ和ＴＰＲ技术研究了催化剂的还原性能和物相结构，结果表明：载体性质对负载ＣｕＯ催化剂的ＣＯ氧化活性有很大影响，ＣｕＯ／ＣｅＯ２催化剂活性明显高于ＣｕＯ／Ａｌ２Ｏ３催化剂．催化剂的还原特性随载体不同而不同．同时发现，热处理对催化剂铜物种的存在形式，晶粒大小、还原特性及其催化活性有明显影响，ＣｕＯ／Ａｌ２Ｏ３催化剂活性下降的主要因素是生成了活性较低的ＣｕＡｌ２Ｏ４相，而ＣｕＯ／ＣｅＯ２催化剂活性下降是由于ＣｕＯ和ＣｅＯ２发生烧结，晶粒变大     

低温加氢催化剂的设计: 理论与实践

简要总结了我们在C=C及C=O双键低温加氢双金属催化剂方面的最新研究成果. 首先, 我们以环己烯加氢为探针反应, 证明了平行使用多种研究手段的重要性, 包括单晶表面的基础研究与DFT计算, 多晶表面的合成与表征, 负载型催化剂的制备与性能测试等. 其次, 总结了双金属催化剂在其他加氢反应, 如丙烯醛C=O双键的选择性加氢, 苯的低温加氢, 以及乙炔的选择性加氢等反应中的应用. 最后, 讨论了利用金属碳化物代替贵金属Pt以减少双金属催化剂中Pt用量的可能性.     

New coordination catalysts based on rare earth compounds for polymerization of 1-octene

The study of rare earth coordination catalysts for polymerization of 1-octene has been successfully carried out for the first time. Some features and kinetic behavior of polymerization of 1-octene by Nd(naph)₃–AIEt₃ catalyst system in tetrachloro-methane are described. The overall polymerization activation energy E_a measured was 74.5 kJ/mol and the rate equation could be expressed as R_p = k_p [Nd] [M] (k_p = 3.21 × 10^?3 L/mol s, at 50°C). The catalytic activity of various rare earth elements in Ln (naph)₃ and ligands in NdL₃ for the polymerization was compared. A 1-octene oligomer with double bonds was obtained. It is either a white or pale yellow waxy semi-solid. Its number-average molecular weight is about 10³ and the molecular weight distribution is less than 2.

Palladium-catalyzed and organozinc-promoted synthesis of dienes from allylic esters possessing an acyloxy or alkoxy group

Organozinc and a Pd catalyst promoted formation of dienes from allylic esters possessing a leaving group such as acyloxy and alkoxy groups next to the allyl moiety. The reaction proceeded with high regio- and stereoselectivity when applied to secondary allylic substrates.     

La2O3/MgO催化剂上的甲烷氧化偶联

研究了甲烷在La_2O_3/MgO催化剂上的氧化偶联。发现制备过等对催化剂的行为有显著影响。比较了催化剂的反应性能和体相结构,表明在MgO上存在着三种La_2O_3的状态:高分散La_2O_3是最活泼的;La(OH)_3不太活泼;而呈六方晶相的La_2O_3晶粒活性最低。在催化剂中加入Na_2CO_3和K_2CO_3可以改进催化剂的活性和选择性。还考察了反应条件如温度和空速的影响。
