The heat production of Wistar rat polymorphonuclear leukocytes (PMN) was measured by an LKB 2277 Thermal Activity Monitor. When PMN were activited with phorbol-12-myristate13-acetate (PMA), the respiratory burst was recorded by greatly incr eased heat production. Experiment was also carred out in the present of the inhibitor, Total Flavonoids of Lycium Barbarum L. (TFL). The respiratory burst heat production peak was disappeared, but the heat production curve was higher than that of PMA because TFL increased the metabolic activities of PMN.  相似文献

利用X-射线衍射,扫描电镜,拉曼光谱,等离子发射光谱和比表面测定等方法研究了不同状态下失活及新鲜催化剂的结构,杂种类及含量。结果表明,超温使催化剂晶化明显,制备方法对催化剂结构有直接影响,再生使其强度降低,条形催化剂比较容易粉化,无机杂质是次要的失活原因。  相似文献

Two novel polymeric acceptors based on naphthalene diimide (NDI) and 2.2′‐bithiophene, named as P(NDI2THD‐T2) and P(NDI2TOD‐T2), were designed and synthesized for all polymer solar cells application. The structural and electronic properties of the two acceptors were modulated through side‐chain engineering of the NDI units. The optoelectronic properties of the polymers and the morphologies of the blend films composed of the polymer acceptors and a donor polymer PTB7‐Th were systemically investigated. With thiophene groups introduced into the side chains of the NDI units, both polymers showed wider absorption from 350 nm to 900 nm, compared with the reference polymer acceptor of N2200. No redshift of absorption spectra from solutions to films indicated reduced aggregation of the polymers due to the steric hindrance effect of thiophene rings in the side chains. The photovoltaic performance were characterized for devices in a configuration of ITO/PEDOT:PSS/PTB7‐Th:acceptors/2,9‐bis(3‐(dimethylamino)propyl)anthra[2,1,9‐def:6,5,10‐def]diisoquinoline‐1,3,8,10(2H,9H)‐tetraone (PDIN)/Al. With the addition of diphenyl ether as an additive, the power conversion efficiencies (PCEs) of 2.73% and 4.75% for P(NDI2THD‐T2) and P(NDI2TOD‐T2) based devices were achieved, respectively. 采用分步悬浮聚合法制备了由大孔聚二乙烯基苯和聚丙烯酸甲酯组成的聚合物互贯网络(Interpenetrating polymer networks IPN),经过乙二胺氨解,得到由疏水性的大孔聚二乙烯基苯和亲水性的聚丙烯酰乙二胺组成的聚合物互贯网络(polydivinylbenzene/polyacrylethylenediamine IPN即PDVB/PAEM IPN),测定了合成的IPN的物理和化学结构,研究了PDVB/PAEM IPN对pH 6.5的水溶液中双酚A (Bisphenol A即BPA)的吸附性能.结果表明,合成的PDVB/PAEM IPN是含有氨基和酰胺基的多孔性IPN;树脂对水溶液申双酚A的等量吸附焓在20kJ/mol~50kJ/mol之间;动态吸附及脱附实验表明,湿态PDVB/PAEM IPN树脂对水溶液中双酚A的饱和吸附量达到约30mg/mL.树脂可以通过乙醇再生.  相似文献

Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and x-ray diffraction (XRD) are employed to investigate the effects of nickel on the crystallization of the amorphous Zr70Cu20Ni10 alloy. We have found that the crystallization process of the amorphous Zr70Cu20Ni10 alloy is strongly influenced by the addition of nickel. Addition of 10 at% Ni to the Zr70Cu30 amorphous alloy makes the crystallization process proceed from a single-stage mode to a double-stage mode. The activation energy for crystallization of the amorphous Zr70Cu20Ni10 alloy is calculated to be about 388kJ·mol-1 on the basis of the Kissinger equation. The effects of nickel on the crystallization of the amorphous Zr70Cu20Ni10 alloy are discussed in terms of the genetics of metals.  相似文献

A tellurite fibre of TeO_{2}-ZnO-La_{2}O_{3}-Li_{2}O glass codoped with 20000 ppm ytterbium and 5000 ppm erbium was fabricated by the suction casting and rod-in-tube technologies. The absorption spectrum of Er^{3+}/Yb^{3+} -codoped bulk glass has been measured. From the Judd-Ofelt intensity parameters, the spontaneous emission probability and radiative lifetime τ_{rad} of Er^{3+}:{}^{4}I_{13/2}→{}^{4}I_{15/2} transition for the bulk glass have been calculated. The emission fluorescence spectra and lifetimes around 1.5μm, and subsequent upconversion fluorescence in the range of 500-700nm were measured in fibres and compared with those in bulk glass. The changes in amplified spontaneous emission with fibre length and pumping power was also measured. It was found that the emission spectrum from erbium in fibres is almost twice as broad as the corresponding spectrum in bulk glass when pumped at 980nm.  相似文献

Vertically aligned ZnO nanorods (NR) are prepared by two different syntheses methods and applied on polymer solar cells (PSCs). The ZnO electrodes work as the electron transport layer with the P3HT:PCBM blend acting as the active material. Several organic blend solution conditions are optimized: concentration, solvent, and deposition speed. The effect of different NR electrode morphologies is analyzed on the solar cell performance and characterized by current–voltage curves and IPCE analyses. The photovoltaic performance of the solar cells was observed to be influenced by many factors, among them infiltration of the organic P3HT:PCBM blend within the ZnO NR layer. The infiltration of the active layer was monitored by cross section SEM and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy analyses. Our results show that higher power conversion efficiencies are achieved when shorter NRs lengths are applied. In this article, we report on the viscoelastic and thermal properties of agarose–polyacrylamide (PAAm) interpenetrating polymer hydrogels (IPHs) and semi‐IPHs as a function of agarose concentration and PAAm crosslinking degree. The results demonstrated that the agarose is able to gel in the presence of crosslinked and linear IPHs. In addition, the reticulation of PAAm in the presence of agarose is confirmed for the case of IPHs giving rise to systems with dimensional stability at high temperatures. The formation of a fully IPH was ascertained at low agarose concentrations. A study of the morphology and nanoscale elasticity of the different systems has been carried out with atomic force microscopy/ultrasonic force microscopy (UFM). UFM data provide further evidence of interpenetration, allowing us to visualize—if present—phase‐separated domains with nanoscale resolution for the various crosslinking degrees and PAAm and agarose concentrations used during the formation of the IPHs. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
