We theoretically investigate the electron spin transport properties through a δ-doped magnetic-barrier nanostructure, which can be realized experimentally by depositing two identical ferromagnetic stripes with the opposite in-plane magnetization on the top of a semiconductor heterostructure in parallel configuration and by using atomic layer doping technique. The δ-doping dependent transmission, conductance and spin polarization are calculated exactly by analytically solving Schrödinger equation of the spin electron. It is found that the electronic spin-polarized behavior in this device can be manipulated by changing the weight and/or the position of the δ-doping. Therefore, such a device can be used as a controllable spin filter, which may be helpful for spintronics applications. 相似文献

As concepts closely related to microwave absorption properties, impedance matching and phase matching were rarely combined with material parameters to regulate properties and explore related mechanisms. In this work, reduction-diffusion method was innovatively applied to synthesize rare earth alloy Y$_{2}$Fe$_{17}$. In order to regulate the electromagnetic parameters of absorbers, the Y$_{2}$Fe$_{17}$N$_{3-\delta }$ particles were coated with silica (Y$_{2}$Fe$_{17}$N$_{3-\delta }$@SiO$_{2}$) and absorbers with different volume fractions were prepared. The relationship between impedance matching, matching thickness, and the strongest reflection loss peak (${\rm RL}_{\rm min}$) was presented obviously. Compared to the microwave absorption properties of Y$_{2}$Fe$_{17}$N$_{3-\delta }$/PU absorber, Y$_{2}$Fe$_{17}$N$_{3-\delta }$@SiO$_{2}$/PU absorbers are more conducive to the realization of microwave absorption material standards which are thin thickness, light weight, strong absorbing intensity, and broad bandwidth. Based on microwave frequency bands, the microwave absorption properties of the absorbers were analyzed and the related parameters were listed. As an important parameter related to perfect matching, reflection factor ($\sqrt {ărepsilon_{\rm r}/\mu_{\rm r}}$) was discussed combined with microwave amplitude attenuation. According to the origin and mathematical model of bandwidth, the formula of EAB (${\rm RL}<-10$ dB) was derived and simplified. The calculated bandwidths agreed well with experimental results. 相似文献

Recently, we reported structurally novel PDE4 inhibitors based on 1,4-benzodiazepine derivatives. The main interest in developing bezodiazepine-based PDE4 inhibitors is in their lack of adverse effects of emesis with respect to rolipram-like compounds. A large effort has thus been made toward the structural optimization of this series. In the absence of structural information on the inhibitor binding mode into the PDE4 active site, 2D-QSAR (H-QSAR) and two 3D-QSAR (CoMFA and CoMSIA) methods were applied to improve our understanding of the molecular mechanism controlling the PDE4 affinity of the benzodiazepine derivatives. As expected, the CoMSIA 3D contour maps have provided more information on the benzodiazepine interaction mode with the PDE4 active site whereas CoMFA has built the best tool for activity prediction. The 2D pharmacophoric model derived from CoMSIA fields is consistent with the crystal structure of the PDE4 active site reported recently. The combination of the 2D and 3D-QSAR models was used not only to predict new compounds from the structural optimization process, but also to screen a large library of bezodiazepine derivatives. 相似文献

用从国际原子能机构溯源得到的橄榄油标准物质[Cat No.B 2172-Batch 3130,其δ13CPDB为(-28.51±0.16)‰]作标准,应用稳定同位素比质谱法测定了苹果和苹果汁的δ13 C值,并以此确定国产苹果的δ13 C值的范围和鉴定制成的果汁的质量。苹果样品去皮后切碎,打成糊状,离心后取其上清液,在75℃加热2~3h至呈黏稠状液体,冷却至室温。此时其糖度约为70Brix。浓缩苹果汁样品是黏稠液体,其糖度一般也在70Brix左右。取2μL上述样品置于锡杯中,按方法处理后供质谱分析。标准物质的进样量为2μL。按所测得碳的稳定同位素13C与12C的比值代入所给公式计算δ13 C值。结果表明:方法的精密度较好,其相对标准偏差(n=11)均小于0.021%。根据测定结果发现,我国苹果的δ13C值在-29.1‰~-23.33‰之间。 相似文献

MgO and Co1−xO powders in 9:1 and 1:9 molar ratio (denoted as M9C1 and M1C9, respectively) were sintered and homogenized at 1600°C followed by annealing at 850°C and 800°C, respectively to form defect clusters and precipitates. Analytical electron microscopic observations indicated the protoxide remained as rock salt structure with complicated planar diffraction contrast for M9C1 sample, however with spinel paracrystal precipitated from the M1C9 sample due to the assembly of charge- and volume-compensating defects of the 4:1 type, i.e., four octahedral vacant sites surrounding one Co3+-filled tetrahedral interstitial site. The spacing of such defect clusters is 4.5 times the lattice spacing of the average spinel structure of Mg-doped Co3−δO4, indicating a higher defect cluster concentration than undoped Co3−δO4. The {111} faulting of Mg-doped Co3−δO4/Co1−xO in the annealed M1C9 sample implies the possible presence of zinc blend-type defect clusters with cation vacancies assembled along oxygen close packed (111) plane. 相似文献

δ-Azaproline, a new bis-nitrogen proline surrogate has been used in order to control the conformation of an AA–ΨPro bond. Conformational analysis of Xaa1–δ-azaPro–Xaa3 performed by NMR, IR experiments, and molecular modeling revealed a preference for a trans conformation of the Xaa1–δ-azaPro bond when δ-azaPro is protected by a Boc group. The removal of the Boc protection leads to the establishment of a C10 pseudocycle via a hydrogen bond network favoring the cis conformation of the Xaa1–δ-azaPro bond. 相似文献

A resonant-light-scattering (RLS) method was proposed to quantify phosphate for screening inhibitors of isozymes of cyclic nucleotide phosphodiesterase (PDE). In acidified mixtures of phosphate, papaverine and molybdate, there were aggregates exhibiting micrometre sizes, no absorbance peaks over 360 nm but strong RLS peaks at 392 nm; Mie scattering thus accounted for the RLS signals. When papaverine was added before molybdate to acidified samples of phosphate, RLS signals at 392 nm were stable from 5 to 25 min since the addition of molybdate; after optimization, phosphate from 0.40 to 3.60 μM was quantifiable. This RLS method tolerated 60 mg L−1 proteins besides common PDE inhibitors and dimethyl sulfoxide in acidified samples of phosphate; the integration of this RLS method with the coupled action of a phosphomonoesterase on PDE product was thus rational to measure PDE activities without the removal of proteins in samples. By quantifying activities of a truncated mutant of human PDE4B2 via this RLS method, Michaelis–Menten constant, inhibition constants of rolipram, papaverine and theophylline varied over three magnitudes and were consistent with those estimated by an improved malachite green assay of phosphate, respectively.
