Asymmetric biphenyl type polyimides (PI) derived from 2,3,3′,4′‐biphenyltetracarboxylic dianhydride (a‐BPDA) and p‐phenylenediamine (PDA) or 4,4′‐oxydianiline (ODA) show higher Tgs, and much better thermoplasticity than the corresponding isomeric PIs from symmetric 3,3′,4,4′‐biphenyltetracarboxylic dianhydride (s‐BPDA). In addition, a‐BPDA‐derived PIs are completely amorphous owing to their bent chain structures and highly distorted conformations, whereas the PIs from s‐BPDA are semicrystalline. a‐BPDA‐derived PIs possessing these properties or the a‐BPDA monomer were used as a flexible blend component or a comonomer to improve the insufficient thermoplasticity of semirigid s‐BPDA/PDA homo polymer. The blends composed of s‐BPDA/PDA (80%) with a‐BPDA‐derived PIs (20%), as well as the s‐BPDA/PDA‐based copolymer containing 20% a‐BPDA, showed a certain extent of thermoplasticity above the Tgs without causing a decrease in Tg. In addition, these blends and copolymer provided comparatively low thermal expansion coefficient (ca. 18 ppm). The improved film properties for the blends are related to good blend miscibility. On the other hand, when s‐BPDA/ODA was used as a flexible matrix polymer instead of a‐BPDA‐derived PIs, the 80/20 blend film annealed at 400°C exhibited no prominent softening at the Tg. This result arises from annealing‐induced crystallization of the flexible s‐BPDA/ODA component. Thus, these results revealed that a‐BPDA‐derived PIs are promising candidates as matrix polymers for semirigid s‐BPDA/PDA for the present purpose. © 1999 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. 高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测器同时测定化妆品中的九种染料及中间体 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
建立了用高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测器(HPLC-PDA)同时检测9种染料及中间体的系统方法。首先采用超声提取的方法处理样品,对提取溶剂和提取时间进行了选择,确定用甲醇-0.01 mol/L 乙酸铵(体积比为2∶1)作提取溶剂,超声提取20 min。然后,采用C18柱,以甲醇-0.01 mol/L乙酸铵(pH 6.2)为流动相梯度洗脱,用PDA检测。以保留时间定性,并以紫外吸收光谱图辅助定性,以外标法定量。定量检测波长为230 nm,15 min内可对9种目标物同时进行测定,且各化合物都达到基线分离(分离度大于1.5)。经测定,该方法的平均回收率(n=8)为81.0%~105.6%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.8%~4.9%,检出限(以信噪比为3计)为0.1~2 μg。该方法简单、快速,能有效提取和分离测定化妆品中9种染料及中间体。将该方法用于实际化妆品样品的检测,结果令人满意。 相似文献

An ascorbic acid (AA) sensor was constructed based on the fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET) between CdS quantum dots (CdS QDs) and polydopamine (PDA) to detect trace AA sensitively. FRET occurred due to the broad absorption spectrum of PDA completely overlapped with the narrow emission spectrum of CdS QDs. The fluorescence of CdS QDs was quenched and in the “off” state. When AA was present, the conversion of DA to PDA was hindered and the FRET disappeared, resulting in the fluorescence of CdS QDs in an “on” state. Importantly, the degree of fluorescence recovery of CdS QDs displayed a desirable linear correlation with the concentration of AA in the range of 5.0–100.0 μmol/L, the linear equation is , and the detection limit is 1.16 μmol/L (S/N = 3, n = 9). There was almost no interference with common amino acid, glucose and biological sulfhydryl small molecules to AA. Trace amount of AA in vitamin C tablets were determined and satisfactory results were obtained; the recoveries were observed to be 98.01–100.7%. 相似文献

采用超高效超临界色谱(UPSFC)-二极管阵列检测器(PDA)建立了快速分析高分子材料中7种常用聚合物添加剂的方法。在检测波长为220 nm条件下,通过考察样品的稀释溶剂、流动相添加剂、柱温、背压、柱流速对分离的影响,最终确定7种添加剂分离的最优化条件:采用正己烷/异丙醇(1/1,v/v)为稀释溶剂,流动相添加剂为甲醇/乙腈(1/1,v/v),流速2 mL/min,柱温50 ℃,背压12.41~13.79 MPa条件下,7种聚合物添加剂能够在5 min之内达到完全基线分离。利用微波辅助萃取方法对实际样品中的添加剂进行提取,经UPSFC-PDA分析,7种添加剂的回收率为69.9%~118.9%,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=9)低于10%。该方法简便、快速,选择性强,能够准确快速地分析聚合物制品中的添加剂。 相似文献

建立了一种超高效合相色谱-二极管阵列检测器快速分析塑料制品中萘、苊烯、苊、芴、菲、蒽、荧蒽、芘、苯并(a)蒽、(屈艹) 、苯并(b)荧蒽、苯并(k)荧蒽、苯并(j)荧蒽、苯并(e)芘、苯并(a)芘、茚并(1,2,3-cd)芘、二苯并(a,h)蒽、苯并(g,h,i)苝(二萘嵌苯)的方法。以甲苯为溶剂,超声萃取实际塑料制品中的多环芳烃,经超高效合相色谱分析。采用Daicel IB-3手性色谱柱,以CO2为流动相,甲醇/乙腈(25:75, v/v)为流动相助溶剂,在柱温为40 ℃,背压为15.17 MPa的条件下,18种多环芳烃在8.5 min之内实现基线分离。18种多环芳烃的线性范围为0.05~50 mg/L(r≥0.9995),定量限(S/N> 10)为0.05 mg/L。加标回收率为78.3%~117.6%,相对标准偏差(RSD, n=5)小于5%。该方法具有分析速度快、分离效率高、节约有机溶剂的优点。 相似文献

Numerical and experimental investigation on droplet dynamics and dispersion of a jet engine injector
In the case of turbine combustors operating with liquid fuel the combustion process is governed by the liquid fuel atomization and its dispersion in the combustion chamber. By highly unsteady flow field conditions the transient interaction between the liquid and the gaseous phase is of interest, because it results in a temporal variation of air–fuel ratio which leads to a fluctuating temperature distribution. The objective of this research was the investigation of transient flow field phenomena (e.g. large coherent structures) on droplet dynamics and dispersion of an isothermal flow (of inert water droplets) as a necessary first step towards a full analysis of spray combustion in real-life devices. The advanced injector system for lean jet engine combustors PERM (Partial Evaporated Rapid Mixing) was applied, generating a dilute polydispersed spray in a swirled flow field. Experiments were performed using Phase Doppler Anemometry (PDA) and a patternator to determine the droplet polydispersity, concentration maps, and velocity profiles in the flow. An important finding is the effect of large-scale coherent structures due mainly to the precessing of the vortex core (PVC) of the swirling air jet on the particle dispersion patterns. The experimental results then serve as reference data to assess the accuracy of the Eulerian–Lagrangian computations using a Large Eddy Simulation (LES), a Unsteady Reynolds-Average Navier–Stokes Simulation (URANS) and two simplified (steady-state) simulations. There, a simplified droplet injection model was used and the required boundary conditions of injected droplet sizes were obtained from measurements. Important transient effects of deterministic droplet separation observed during experiments, could be perfectly replicated with this injection model. It is convincingly shown, through extensive computations, that the resolution of instantaneous vortical structures is indeed crucial; hence the LES, or a reasonably-well resolved URANS are preferred over the steady-state solutions with additional, stochastic-type, turbulent dispersion models. 相似文献
