We investigated the structural and magnetic properties of Fe(1 1 0) for molecular oxygen adsorption at room temperature. For the c(2 × 2) and c(3 × 1) superstructures, spin-polarized secondary electron emission (SPSEE) induced by protons and electrons reveals a nearly unchanged polarization compared to clean Fe(1 1 0). An appreciable decrease in polarization is found for the disordered layer of oxygen at a coverage Θ ≈ 1. This decrease is more pronounced for the spin polarization determined by electron capture (EC) to excited atomic He levels after grazing scattering. From a comparison of data obtained by proton-induced SPSEE and spin-polarized EC we conclude that the polarization at the vacuum boundary vanishes for an oxygen coverage Θ ≈ 1 while the polarization in the underlying Fe substrate layers is hardly changed.  相似文献

Novel oxygen sensing materials consisting of [Ru(Bphen)2bpy]2+ (Bphen=4,7-diphenyl-1,10-phenanthroline, bpy=2,2′-bipyridyl) portion covalently grafted to the backbones of the ordered functionalized mesoporous MCM-41 are synthesized by co-condensation of tetraethoxysilane (TEOS) and the functionalized Ru(II) complex [Ru(Bphen)2Bpy-Si]2+ using surfactant cetyltrimethylammoniumbromide (CTAB) as template. The Bpy-Si was used as not only one of the precursors of the sol-gel process but also the second ligand of Ru(Bphen)2Cl2·2H2O complex to prepare the functionalized mesoporous materials for oxygen sensors. Dye leaching shortcoming is overcome due to the Si-C bonds. The derivative mesoporous oxygen sensing materials are characterized by Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR), small angle X-ray diffraction (SAXRD), luminescence intensity quenching Stern-Volmer plots, and excited-state decay analysis. The mesoporous materials show higher sensitivity to the O2 concentration in N2 (I0/I100=23.2) and shorter response time (1.2 s) in comparison with those based on sol-gel method. When the concentration of oxygen is 10%, the luminescence intensity of the oxygen sensor can be quenched by 89.9%, suggesting that it is highly sensing at low concentration of oxygen.  相似文献

Growth of epitaxial SrTiO3 (STO) films has been examined on H-terminated Si(1 1 1) with SrO buffer layers. The epitaxial SrO buffer layers have reduced stress on H-terminated Si substrates. On the SrO buffer layers, the STO films grow epitaxially with triple domains at low temperature. (1 0 0) oriented BaNb2O6 films have been successfully grown on LaAlO3 (1 0 0) substrate at 750 °C or 450 °C in vacuum by pulsed laser deposition. The deposited BaNb2O6 PLD films exhibit room-temperature ferromagnetism. Ab initio calculations demonstrate that stoichiometric BaNb2O6 and that with barium vacancy are nonmagnetic, while oxygen and niobium vacancy can induce magnetism due to the spin-polarization of Nb s electrons and O p electrons respectively. Moreover, ferromagnetic coupling is energetically more favorable when two Nb/O vacancies are located third-nearest-neighbored. The observed room temperature ferromagnetism in BaNb2O6 films should be mainly induced by oxygen vacancies introduced during vacuum deposition, with certain contribution by Nb vacancies.  相似文献

通过外加等摩尔分数的ZrO2 和过量BaO,原位生成一定比例的BaZrO3 基第二相颗粒复合的制备法,对具有较高氧渗透率的Ba0. 5Sr0. 5Co0. 8Fe0. 2O3-δ进行了原位引入Ba(Sr)Zr(CoFe)O3 第二相颗粒的改性研究发现引入的第二相颗粒不但具有抑制基相晶粒的生长、细化和均化基相晶粒的作用,同时减小了基相高温氧脱量而起到稳定相结构的作用.引入5%ZrO2 和5%过量BaO复合物的抗弯强度比纯相提高68%;引入10%Zr和10%过量BaO、20%ZrO2 和20%过量BaO的复合物(均为摩尔分数),在850℃以下具有更高的氧渗透率;合物的电导率随第二相颗粒含量的增加而减小;氧脱附量较小的复合物的载流子浓度相对稳定,因而升降温过中电导率热回滞峰较小.  相似文献

The adsorption of oxygen and the nanometer-scale faceting induced by oxygen have been studied on Ir(2 1 0). Oxygen is found to chemisorb dissociatively on Ir(2 1 0) at room temperature. The molecular desorption process is complex, as revealed by a detailed kinetic analysis of desorption spectra. Pyramid-shaped facets with {3 1 1} and (1 1 0) orientations are formed on the oxygen-covered Ir(2 1 0) surface when annealed to T?600 K. The surface remains faceted for substrate temperatures T<850 K. For T>850 K, the substrate structure reverts to the oxygen-covered (2 1 0) planar state and does so reversibly, provided that oxygen is not lost due to desorption or via chemical reactions upon which the planar (2 1 0) structure remains. A clean faceted surface was prepared through the use of low temperature surface cleaning methods: using CO oxidation, or reaction of H2 to form H2O, oxygen can be removed from the surface while preserving (“freezing”) the faceted structure. The resulting clean faceted surface remains stable for T<600 K. For temperatures above this value, the surface irreversibly relaxes to the planar state.  相似文献

Line intensities, self- and air-broadened linewidths, pressure-induced shifts, and collisional narrowing coefficients were measured from 2 ? J′ ? 32 in the P branch of the O2A-band (12 975-13110 cm−1) utilizing Galatry line profiles. Spectra were recorded using the frequency-stabilized cavity ring-down spectrometer located at NIST, Gaithersburg, MD with a spectral resolution <0.0001 cm−1 and noise-equivalent absorption coefficient of 6 × 10−8 m−1 Hz−1/2. Line intensities, obtained from calibrated gas samples for 2 ? J′ ? 32, are ∼1% lower than the values in current spectroscopic databases. At higher J (18 ? J′ ? 32), the measured air- and self- broadened half widths are up to 20% lower than the extrapolated values given in HITRAN 2004, while corresponding half-widths for 2 ? J′ ? 15 are in better agreement. Available self-broadened half widths are fitted to empirical expressions with an rms of 0.8%. We discuss the implications of our results for accurate remote sensing of surface pressure and photon path length distributions.  相似文献

以中国聚变工程实验堆(CFETR)的堆芯参数为例, 参照ITER 的相关工程设计,对聚变示范堆(DEMO) 气体注入系统(GIS)作出了初步的管道布局考虑。基于此布局,计算了稳态运行下GIS 含氚管道气流压降,对燃料储存与输运系统的泵压头提出了要求,得出相应泵压头下GIS 的氚渗透量。计算结果表明,重力势是管道气流压降的主要原因,在负压情况下,GIS 的氚渗透对整体氚循环的影响不大。这为研究DEMO 的氚自持问题提供了相关参数,为GIS歧管布局的进一步优化奠定了基础。  相似文献

Thin films of undoped and chromium (Cr)-doped zinc oxide (ZnO) were synthesized by RF reactive co-sputtering for oxygen gas sensing applications. The prepared films showed a highly c-axis oriented phase with a dominant (0 0 2) peak appeared at a Bragg angle of around 34.13 °, which was lower than that of the standard reference of ZnO powder (34.42 °). The peak shifted to a slightly higher angle with Cr doping. The operating temperature of the ZnO gas sensor was around 350 °C, which shifted to around 250 °C with Cr-doping. The response of the sensor to oxygen gas was enhanced by doping ZnO with 1 at.% Cr. Impedance spectroscopy analysis showed that the resistance due to grain boundaries significantly contributed to the characteristics of the gas sensor.  相似文献
