以糠醛和对氨基苯磺酸反应合成席夫碱配体,与稀土离子配位制得相应的稀土配合物,并运用光谱法研究配合物与DNA之间的作用机制,为新型抗癌药物的设计开发提供依据。采用元素分析、红外和紫外光谱对配合物性质进行表征测试,确定其化学组成为REL(OH),RE为La~(3+)、Nd~(3+)、Eu~(3+),L为去质子形式的希夫碱配体。此外,运用光谱法和循环伏安法研究了REL(OH)配合物与鲱鱼精DNA之间的作用方式。配合物在加入DNA后,特征吸收峰强度发生明显的减色效应,但峰位红移不明显。配合物能够猝灭中性红-DNA体系的荧光。Fe(CN)_6~(3-)/~(4-)的氧化还原峰电流在配合物加入后减小,式量电位有正移趋势,表明配合物、Fe(CN)_6~(3-)/~(4-)与DNA的作用存在竞争。研究结果表明:这3种席夫碱稀土配合物与鲱鱼精DNA的作用均属于嵌插,且含有不同稀土离子的配合物与DNA的作用强弱不同,作用大小次序为Eu配合物La配合物Nd配合物席夫碱,这可能与DNA和配合物中的稀土离子所发生的作用有关。 相似文献

In this paper we introduce the theory of dominant solutions at infinity for nonoscillatory discrete symplectic systems without any controllability assumption. Such solutions represent an opposite concept to recessive solutions at infinity, which were recently developed for such systems by the authors. Our main results include: (i) the existence of dominant solutions at infinity for all ranks in a given range depending on the order of abnormality of the system, (ii) construction of dominant solutions at infinity with eventually the same image, (iii) classification of dominant and recessive solutions at infinity with eventually the same image, (iv) limit characterization of recessive solutions at infinity in terms of dominant solutions at infinity and vice versa, and (v) Reid’s construction of the minimal recessive solution at infinity. These results are based on a new theory of genera of conjoined bases for symplectic systems developed for this purpose in this paper. 相似文献

Five new Ni(II) Schiff base complexes [NiLx(Solv)2] denoted by NiLx, x = 1–5, were synthesized and characterized. The Schiff base ligands were synthesized from the condensation of 5-bromo-2-hydroxy-3-nitrobenzaldehyde with different aliphatic and aromatic diamines. The X-ray crystal structure of NiL3 was determined. The ligands and complexes were tested as antibacterial agents against two gram(+) and two gram(?) human pathogenic bacteria. The complexes showed moderate antibacterial activity against both gram type bacteria. The new Ni(II) complexes showed enhanced antibacterial activity compared to the previously reported Cu(II) complexes of the same ligands. 相似文献

The development of functional porous carbon with high CO2/N2 selectivity is of great importance for CO2 capture. In this paper, a type of porous carbon with doped pyridinic sites (termed MOFC) was prepared from the carbonization of a pyridyl‐ligand based MOF. Four MOFCs derived from different carbonizing temperatures were prepared. Structural studies revealed high contents of pyridinic‐N groups and nearly the same pore‐size distributions for these MOFCs. Gas‐sorption studies revealed outstanding CO2 uptake at low pressures and room temperature. Owing to the high content of pyridinic‐N groups, the CO2/N2 selectivity on these MOFCs exhibits values of about 40–50, which are among the top values in carbon materials. Further correlation studies demonstrated that the CO2/N2 selectivities show a positive linear relationship with the surface density of pyridinic‐N groups, thus validating the synergistic effect of the doped pyridinic‐N groups on CO2 adsorption selectivity. 相似文献

Although acylammonium salts are well‐studied, chiral α,β‐unsaturated acylammonium salts have received much less attention. While these intermediates are convenient synthons, which are readily available from several commodity unsaturated acids and acid chlorides, and possess three reactive sites, their application in organic synthesis has been limited because of the lack of appropriate chiral Lewis bases for their generation. In recent years, the utility of chiral, unsaturated acylammonium salts has expanded considerably, thus demonstrating the unique reactivity of this intermediate leading to the development of a diverse array of catalytic, asymmetric transformations including organocascade processes. This Minireview highlights the recent and growing interest in these intermediates which might spark further research into their untapped potential for asymmetric organocascade catalysis. The two nickel chelates of Schiff bases, 3-hydroxy-N-{2-[(3-hydroxy-N-phenylbutyrimidoyl)-amino]-phenyl}-N′-phenylbutyramidine (M1) and bis-4-(ethyliminomethyl)naphthalene-1-ol (M2), have been synthesized and explored as ionophores for preparing PVC-based membrane sensors selective to nickel ion. The influences of membrane compositions on the potentiometric response of the electrodes have been found to substantially improve the performance characteristics. The best performance was obtained with the electrode having a membrane composition (w/w; mg) of (M1): PVC:NaTPB:CN in the ratio 5:150:5:150. The sensor shows a linear potential response for Ni2+ over a wide concentration range 1.6 × 10−7 to 1.0 × 10−2 M with Nernstian compliance (30.0 ± 0.2 mV/decade of activity) within pH range 2.5-9.5 and a fast response time of 10 s. The sensor has been found to work satisfactorily in partially non-aqueous media up to 20% (v/v) content of methanol, ethanol, and acetonitrile and could be used for a period of 4 months. The analytical usefulness of the proposed electrode has been evaluated by its application in the determination of nickel in real samples. The practical utility of the membrane electrode has also been observed in the presence of surfactants. 相似文献

The diamine, 4-aminophenyloxy-N-4-[(4-amiophenyloxy)benzylidene]aniline, was prepared via the nucleophilic substitution reaction and was polymerized with
different dianhydrides either by one-step solution polymerization reaction or two-step procedure. The latter includes ring-opening
polyaddition to give poly(amic acid), followed by cyclodehydration to polyimides. The inherent viscosity ranges from 0.61–0.79 dl/g.
Some of the polymers were soluble in most of the organic solvents such as DMSO, DMF, DMAc, NMP, and m-cresol even at room temperature. The degradation temperature of the resultant polymers falls in the ranges from 240–500 °C
in nitrogen with only 10% weight loss. Specific heat capacity at 200 °C ranges from 1.0929–2.6275 J g−1 k−1. The temperature at which the maximum degradation of the polymer occurs ranges from 600–630 °C. The glass transition temperature
(Tg) values of the polyimides ranged from 185 to 272 °C. The activation energy and enthalpy of the polyimides ranged from

Electrochemical measurements were performed to investigate the effectiveness and adsorption behaviour of aminobiphenyl (Aph) and 2-(3-hydroxybenzylideneamino)biphenyl (Aph-S), as corrosion inhibitors for mild steel (MS) in 0.5 M HCl solution. Potentiodynamic polarization, linear polarization resistance (LP) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) techniques were applied to study the metal corrosion behaviour in the absence and presence of different concentrations of Aph and Aph-S. In order to gain more information about adsorption mechanism the AC impedance technique was used to evaluate the potential of zero charge (PZC) from polarization resistance (Rp) versus voltage (E) plot. Potentiodynamic polarization measurements showed that Aph act as cathodic type inhibitor where as Aph-S act mixed type. The inhibition efficiency (IE%) increases with increasing concentration of compounds and reached 92.6% for Aph and 97.2% for Aph-S at 5 × 10−3 M. Double layer capacitance (Cdl) and polarization resistance (Rp) values are derived from Nyquist plots obtained from AC impedance studies. The experimental data fit Langmuir isotherm for both Aph and Aph-S, and from the adsorption isotherm some thermodynamic data for the adsorption processes are calculated and discussed. The effect of exposure time on the corrosion behaviour of mild steel in the absence and presence of inhibitor over 168 h was also studied. 相似文献

A new category of dinucleating macrocyclic Schiff base ligands with ring sizes from 34- to 52-membered have been synthesised employing metal template procedures involving the reaction of o-phenylenediamine with a series of α,ω-bis(3′-hydroxy-4′-formylphenyloxy)alkanes in the presence of calcium(II), barium(II) or manganese(II). The latter cations act as ‘transient’ templates for formation of the corresponding metal-free Schiff base macrocyclic ligands, H4Ln (where n signifies the number of carbons in each linking bis-alkoxy chain); the macrocycles corresponding to n = 4, 6 and 8 were isolated and characterised while, for n = 1, in which single methylene groups acts as the bridges between salicyl moieties, the cyclic product was used directly for preparation of its dinuclear complex, [Zn2L1], without prior isolation. Evidence for the templating role of barium in the preparation of H4L6 and H4L8 was obtained by isolation of the corresponding species of type H4Ln·2Ba(ClO4)2 (n = 6 or 8) as ‘intermediates’ before generation of the respective metal-free macrocycles. Reaction of zinc(II) acetate with the free macrocycles in methanol yielded complexes of type [Zn2Ln] in all cases. A related non-cyclic ligand, H2L0 and its corresponding mononuclear complex, [ZnL0]·H2O, were also synthesised and its spectral properties compared with those of the macrocyclic derivatives. The elemental analyses, 1H NMR, IR, UV–Vis and MS spectra of the respective zinc complexes in each case were in accord with the formation of the expected 2:2 condensation product. The results of DFT calculations to probe aspects of the electronic and structural natures of both H2L1 and H4L4 are briefly presented. 相似文献
