Synthesis of N-Pyridylmethylidene-2-aminopyridines and their Methyl-substituted Derivatives in the Presence of Molecular Sieves

We have studied condensation of 2-, 3-, 4-pyridinealdehydes and 6-methylpyridine-2-aldehyde with 2-aminopyridine and its 3-, 4-, and 6-methyl derivatives in benzene in the presence of molecular sieves. The reactions occur even at room temperature to form the corresponding pyridyl-pyridyl azomethines, and also aminals. We have determined the optimal conditions for carrying out the processes with the aim of obtaining both types of products. We consider the characteristics of the mass spectra for the synthesized aldimines. We present the X-ray diffraction results for the two aminals.     

The detection of oxygen in magneto-optical layers with SIMS

The detection of oxygen in magneto-optical layers is of fundamental importance for the characterization of the stability of RE-TM material. The magnetic properties are directly influenced by oxide formation. Oxygen depth profiles are carried out by using the SIMS technique. A comparison with magnetic measurements showed a clear conformity. We were able to study the oxidation behaviour of various layers at room temperature and at higher values up to 250° C for several hours. It could be shown that aluminum is a successful material for the protection of RE-films against oxidation. The difficulties of translating SIMS counting rates into concentration values were overcome by using EPMA. Specially prepared reference samples were measured by this technique and could then be used as standard samples for SIMS.     

CT联合血清HCY、β2-M在下肢动脉狭窄闭塞性疾病中的诊断价值

本文对CT联合血清同型半胱氨酸（HCY）、β2-微球蛋白（β2-M）在下肢动脉狭窄闭塞性疾病中的诊断价值进行分析。选取上海市金山区中西医结合医院收治的120例疑似下肢动脉狭窄闭塞性疾病患者进行研究，选取同期健康体检者120例作为对照组，对患者进行CT检查、血清HCY和β2-M水平检查，并比较了CT诊断下肢动脉狭窄闭塞情况、两组患者血清HCY和β2-M水平，以明确CT、HCY、β2-M诊断价值及误诊率、漏诊率。结果显示，120例疑似患者中，CT检测出646节段病变血管，其中轻度狭窄155节段，中度狭窄257节段，重度狭窄143节段，血管完全闭塞91节段；研究组患者血清HCY、β2-M水平明显高于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；HCY的AUC为0.863，截断值>21.75（μmol/L），诊断敏感性为79.00%，特异性为80.00%，β2-M的AUC为0.837，截断值>2.98（μmol/mL），诊断敏感性为75.25%，特异性为65.21%；CT诊断阳性率为67.50%，HCY诊断阳性率为69.17%，β2-M诊断阳性率为67.50%，三者联合诊断阳性率为82.50%，联合诊断阳性率高于CT、HCY、β2-M单独诊断阳性率（P<0.05）；CT、HCY、β2-M单一检测对下肢动脉狭窄闭塞性疾病均有较高灵敏度、特异性及准确度，但三者联合诊断灵敏度、特异性及准确度最高，误诊率、漏诊率最低。本文证实了采用CT联合血清HCY、β2-M诊断下肢动脉狭窄闭塞性疾病诊断灵敏度、特异性及准确度高，误诊率、漏诊率低。     

Methane production from synthesis gas using a mixed culture ofR. rubrum M. barkeri,and M. formicicum

The components of synthesis gas, CO, H₂, and CO₂, may be converted into CH₄ biologically through either acetate or H₂/CO₂ as intermediates. Of these two routes, conversion through H₂/CO₂ is preferred. This paper presents results of mixed-culture studies employing the photosynthetic bacteriumR. rubrum for converting CO to CO₂ and H₂ by the water gas shift reaction and two methanogens,M. formicicum andM. barkeri, for converting CO₂ and H₂ into CH₄. Results are presented for triculture operation in two types of reactors, the packed bubble column and the trickle-bed reactor.     

Components of <Emphasis Type="Italic">Artemisia pontica</Emphasis>

Chemical components from the aerial part of the Kazakhstan population of Artemisia pontica, from which the rarely encountered flavonoids 7-O-methyl- and 4′,7-di-O-methyl-esters of apigenin were isolated for the first time, were identified. K/Ru(10ī0)表面上的CO-4a1轨道对称性确定

用同步辐射角分辨偏振紫外光电子谱对Ｋ／Ｒｕ（１０１０）面上吸附分子轨道的对称性测量发现：结合能在１１、．２ｅＶ的ＣＯ－４ａ１（４σ）分子轨道对ｓ偏振光（在沿〈１２１０〉的人射面）是禁戒的。结果表明由于Ｋ的强烈影响,ＣＯ的分子轨道重新排列（ｓＰ＾２杂化）。依据选择定则和分子轨道的对称性６说明,ｓｐ＾２再杂化的ＣＯ分子吸附的桥位取向是〈１２１０〉晶向。     

Emission,Emissionslebensdauer und Absorption von [Cr urea6]X3-Einkristallen

Emission and absorption polarization spectra as well as emission lifetimes between room temperature and 5 °K have been measured of [Cr urea₆]X₃ single crystals, where X stands for ClO ₄ ^– , J^–, NO ₃ ^– , Br^–, Cl^–, F^–, and X₃ for JSO ₄ ^3– . The strong temperature dependence of the fluorescence/phosphorescence-ratios, and of the emission lifetimes is discussed. The differences between the spectra as well as the emission lifetimes of the various salts can be attributed to an anion dependent trigonal perturbation.
