1,1‐Bis(4‐alkylthiophenyl)‐1‐alkenes were conveniently and efficiently prepared from alkyl phenyl sulfides and acyl chlorides via a tandem Friedel–Crafts acylation and alkylation in the presence of anhydrous aluminum chloride. A new three-component reaction of chalcones, ketones, and ammonia assisted by magnesium methoxide is described. The corresponding 2,4,6-triaryl pyridines (Kröhnke pyridines) are formed in fair to good yields (34–76%) within 3 h. The method also provides a facile way to synthesize 2(6)-difluoromethyl pyridines via an interesting mechanism.  相似文献

Piperazine supported on amorphous silica (KG-60-piperazine) as a basic catalyst acts in the Gewald three-component reaction of some aldehydes and ketones with malononitrile as well as ethyl cyanoacetate. The catalyst shows general utility with a variety of starting carbonyl compounds. Moreover, the catalyst can be reused for four additional cycles without significant loss of the activity.

Some monomeric and dimeric surfactants with functional head groups have been synthesized from di- and triethanolamine synthons. The treatment of alkyl bromide with triethanolamine resulted in simultaneous N-alkylation and O-alkylation products. However, with diethanolamine, N-alkylated products were obtained, which were further used to synthesize various double-tailed surfactants and gemini surfactants.  相似文献

A convenient one-pot synthesis of benzo[f]pyrimido[4,5-b]quinoline derivatives is described via three-component reaction of benzaldehydes, naphthalen-2-amine, and barbituric acid at room temperature in aqueous media catalyzed by iodine. Compared with other methods, this three-component reaction used a green solvent, gave good yields, and was operationally simple.  相似文献

Abstract

An operationally simple domino approach for the ruthenium-catalyzed synthesis of (E)-2,3′-bi(3H-indol)-3-one O-alkyl oximes by the region- and stereoselective three-component, four-molecule reactions of indoles with sodium nitrite and alkyl bromides under mild reaction condition in dimethylformamide is described. Remarkably, multiple bonds including C?C, C=N, and C?O bonds were conveniently formed in one pot. The reaction is tolerant to air and is atom economical, in accordance with the concept of modern green chemistry.  相似文献

1‐Thiacyclooct‐4‐yne (=5,6‐didehydro‐3,4,7,8‐tetrahydro‐2H‐thiocin; 9 ) can be prepared from thiocan‐5‐one ( 6 ) in three steps by applying the so‐called selenadiazole method. The heterocyclic alkyne can be oxidized to the corresponding sulfoxide 16 and sulfone 17 . Due to their geometrical strain, all three cyclic alkynes show high reactivities in Diels? Alder and 1,3‐dipolar cycloadditions. Moreover, tetrathiafulvalenes can be prepared from 9 and 16 by the reaction with CS2.  相似文献

A series of aryl‐substituted 1,3‐dithiol‐2‐ones was prepared by the Bhattacharya? Hortmann cyclization method. Unexpectedly, a Ritter reaction occurred during the acid‐catalyzed cyclization at the cyano group of the aryl substituents and 1,3‐dithiol‐2‐ones bearing a carboxy or a carboxamide group could be selectively obtained (see 1 and 2a in Scheme 1). The formation of the acid or the amide functionality was temperature‐dependent so that the one or the other group could be introduced selectively by modifying the reaction temperature.  相似文献

Calculations using density functional theory were performed to explore the mechanisms for atmospheric degradation of isopropyl methyl methylphosphonate (IMMP). The potential energy surface profiles for OH‐initiated reaction of IMMP were constructed, and all possible degradation channels were considered. Rate constants were further calculated using transition state theory. It was established from these calculations that H‐abstractions from alkyl groups have much lower energy barriers than substitutions of alkoxyl groups, and four possible H‐abstraction channels are competitive. Investigations into the secondary reactions under the presence of O2/NO were also performed. It is shown that O2 addition, reaction of peroxide radicals with NO to form RO radicals, and removal of ·RO are the major degradation pathways for alkyl radicals. Four selected products, CH3OP(O)(CH3)OC(O)CH3, CH3OP(O)(O)CH3, (CH3)2CHOP(O)(CH3)OH, and (CH3)2CHOP(O)(CH3)OCH?O, are predicted to be the major products in this study. © 2013 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.  相似文献
