The novel coordination polymer [Pr(BYBA)3(H2O)2]·[Pr(BYBA)3(H2O)] (BYBAH = 2-benzoylbenzoic acid) was yielded by hydrothermal synthesis, determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, and characterized by FT-IR and UV-Vis spectra. The crystal crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P with a = 9.112(3), b = 14.644(5), c = 27.076(11) (A), α = 84.223(3), β = 87.816(4), γ = 88.902(4)o, V = 3592(2) (A)3, C84H60O21Pr2, Mr = 1687.14, Z = 2, F(000) = 1700, Dc = 1.560 g/cm3, μ = 1.419 mm-1, the final R = 0.0485 and wR = 0.1258 for 13035 observed reflections with I>2((I). The compound contains two different building units, [Pr2(BYBA)6(H2O)4] and [Pr2(BYBA)6(H2O)2]. It is noticeable that [Pr2(BYBA)6(H2O)4] is an isolated binuclear building block, in which the Pr3 ion centers are both located in an eight-coordinated environment. However, in [Pr2(BYBA)6(H2O)2] the Pr3 ion centers are located in a nine-coordinated environment and connected by BYBA ligands to form 1D chains.  相似文献

A new lead(Ⅱ) carboxylate-sulfonate has been hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by X-ray single-crystal and elemental analyses. It crystallizes in triclinic, space group P,(1) with a=8.1573(6), b=9.4663(7), c=12.7488(9) (A), α=89.2320(10), β=80.7380(10), γ=77.9760(10)°, Z=2, V=950.10(12) (A)3, Mr=599.57, Dc=2.096 g/cm3, μ=9.032 mm-1, F(000)=572, the final R=0.0412 and wR=0.1035. It has a 1D chain structure, and the Pb(Ⅱ) is six-coordinated. Two PbO6 polyhedra are interconnected via edge-sharing into a two-core unit. Such units are further interconnected by 3-sulfonato-benzoic acids into 1D chains which are linked by hydrogen bonds into a layer structure. The 4,4'-bipyridines are located at the interlayer space and link the layers into a supramolecular structure by π-π stacking interactions.  相似文献

基质辅助激光解析/电离飞行时间质谱(MALDI-TOF MS)是一种新型软电离生物质谱,具有检测速度快、操作简便、结果准确等优点,目前已成为可靠的微生物快速鉴定技术。就工作流程而言,与常规生化方法相比,MALDI-TOF MS可以将微生物鉴定的时间缩短为一天甚至更短。对于具有抗生素耐药性的微生物,使用MALDI-TOF MS鉴定也有很好的准确性。在病毒鉴定中,MALDI-TOF MS也可以发挥作用,已有报道将MALDI-TOF MS和机器学习(ML)分析方法结合来检测鼻拭子中SARS-CoV-2。此外,MALDI-TOF MS还可用于细菌的无光谱库鉴定。目前,MALDI-TOF MS正通过与其他技术(例如傅里叶红外光谱FTIR)相结合进一步扩大微生物鉴定范围。  相似文献

Over the past three decades there has been nearly exponential growth in drying R&D on a global scale. Although thermal drying had always been the workhorse of almost all major industrial sectors, the need for and opportunities in basic as well as industrial research became clear only after the energy crisis of the early 1970s. Although the price of oil did drop subsequently the awareness of the significance of improving the drying operation to save energy, improve product quality as well as reduce environmental effect remained and indeed has flourished over recent years. New drying technologies, better operational strategies and control of industrial dryers, as well as improved and more reliable scale-up methodologies have contributed to better cost-effectiveness and better quality dried products. Yet there is no universally or even widely applicable drying theory on the horizon. Most mathematical models of drying remain product-equipment specific for a variety of reasons. In this paper, we examine the role of innovation in drying in various industrial sectors, e.g. paper, wood, foods, agriculture, waste management, etc. Progress made over the past three decades and the challenges ahead are outlined. Some areas in need of further research are identified. Examples of intensification of innovation in dryer designs via mathematical modeling are discussed. Finally, the need for closer interaction between academia and industry is stressed as the key to successful drying R&D in the coming decade.  相似文献

Nowadays, rapid freezing is sought to favor the formation of small ice crystals. Several studies have shown that the application of ultrasounds (US) accelerates the processes of energy and mass transfer when they are applied through immersion systems. However, there are hardly any studies on its application in direct systems without the use of a liquid medium for its transmission. Therefore, the objective of this work was to evaluate the potential of the application of US for improving the freezing process of chicken breast samples. First, the application of intermittent US treatments at different net sonication times of 7, 17, 37, 50 and 67% during the freezing of distilled water samples in a conventional freezer was evaluated. It was observed that net sonication times of 37, 50 and 67% reduced the phase change period by 30.0, 21.4, 27.0%, respectively. The effective freezing time was also reduced by 12.4 and 12.8% by applying net sonication times of 37 and 50%. Considering these results, an intermittent US treatment with a net sonication time of 37% was chosen for chicken breast freezing in an air-forced cooling tunnel at ambient temperatures from −13 to −22 °C. The length of all the freezing phases was reduced upon application of US, leading to an overall process time reduction of approx. 11%. On the other hand, no significant differences were found either in the Water Holding Capacity (WHC) or Cooking Loss (CL) values between control and US assisted frozen chicken breast samples. Furthermore, in vitro experiments showed that US-assisted freezing did not influence protein digestibility of chicken meat samples.This study demonstrates the potential of the application of US by direct contact to favor energy transfer processes during freezing of water and chicken breasts samples. However, its effect on the quality of the frozen products should be further studied.  相似文献

Polyurethane (PU) foams were applied for stir bar sorptive extraction of five triazinic metabolites (desethyl-2-hydroxyatrazine, desisopropylatrazine, desethylatrazine, 2-hydroxyatrazine and desethylterbuthylazine) in water matrices, followed by liquid desorption and high performance liquid chromatography with diode array detection (SBSE(PU)-LD/HPLC-DAD). The optimum conditions for SBSE(PU)-LD were 5 h of extraction (1000 rpm) and 5% (v/v) of methanol for the analysis of desethyl-2-hydroxyatrazine and 2-hydroxyatrazine, 15% (w/v) of sodium chloride for the remaining compounds and acetonitrile as back-extraction solvent (5 mL) under ultrasonic treatment (60 min). The methodology provided recoveries up to 26.3%, remarkable precision (RSD < 2.4%), excellent linear dynamic ranges between 5.0 and 122.1 μg/L (r2 > 0.9993) and convenient detection limits (0.4-1.3 μg/L). The proposed method was applied in the analysis of triazinic metabolites in tap, river and ground waters, with remarkable performance and negligible matrix effects. The comparison of the recoveries obtained by PU and commercial stir bars was also performed, where the yields achieved with the former were up to ten times higher proving that PU is appropriate for analysis at trace level of this type of polar compounds in water matrices.  相似文献

采用金属模板法合成了四个新型Salen型单、双核金属配合物,并用元素分析、核磁共振(1HNMR)、电喷雾质谱(ESI-MS)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)等手段进行了表征.使用紫外-可见(UV-Vis)光谱滴定法和圆二色(CD)光谱研究了主体金属镍配合物与咪唑类含氮小分子的轴向配位反应热力学性质.结果表明:主体与咪唑(Im)和N-甲基咪唑(N-MeIm)的配位数是2,而与2-Et-4-MeIm和2-MeIm的配位数是1;轴配体系的热力学数据显示主体与咪唑类配体的平衡常数按K苓(Im)K苓(N-MeIm)K苓(2-Et-4-MeIm)K苓(2-MeIm)顺序依次减小;测得的△rHm苓和△rSm苓数据表明该轴向配位反应为放热、熵增加过程.  相似文献

Natural resource depletion, negative environmental effects and the challenge to secure global food security led to the establishment of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). In need to explore underutilized sustainable protein sources, this study aims at isolating protein from cowpea by ultrasound-assisted extraction (UAE), where the techno-functional characteristics of the protein isolates were studied at different sonication conditions i.e., 100 W and 200 W at processing times ranging from 5 to 20 min. The US at 200 W-10 min produced the optimal results for all properties. In this process combination, there was an increase in protein yield, solubility, water-holding capacity, foaming capacity and stability, emulsion activity and stability, zeta-potential, and in-vitro protein digestibility from 31.78% to 58.96%, 57.26% to 68.85%, 3.06 g/g to 3.68 g/g 70.64% to 83.74%, 30.76% to 60.01%, 47.48% to 64.26%, 56.59% to 87.71%, –32.9 mV to −44.2 mV and 88.27% to 89.99%, respectively and particle size dropped from 763 nm to 559 nm in comparison to control. The microstructure and secondary-structure alterations of proteins caused by sonication were validated by SEM images, SDS-PAGE, and FTIR analyses. Sonication leads to acoustic cavitation and penetrate the cell walls, improving extraction from the solid to liquid phase. After sonication, the hydrophobic protein groups were exposed and proteins were partially denatured which increased its functionality. The findings demonstrated that UAE of cowpea protein improved yield, modify characteristics to fit the needs of the food industry, and contribute to achieving SDGs 2, 3, 7, 12, and 13.  相似文献

Novel ternary diamond-like phases of the B-C-N system were synthesized at pressures up to 30 GPa and temperatures up to 3500 K by static and dynamic compression of graphite-like BN-C solid solutions. Structure and properties of these new phases were studied using X-ray diffraction with synchrotron radiation, analytical transmission electron microscopy (ATEM), electron energy loss spectroscopy (EELS), microhardness measurements and nanoindentation.  相似文献
