Porous organic cages composed of discrete cage molecules have attracted considerable recent attention as gas adsorption materials and separation media. In this study, we report a homochiral porous organic cage CC5 with a large cavity and pore windows as a novel stationary phase for high‐resolution gas chromatographic separations. The capillary column was prepared by a static coating method. A large number of racemic compounds have been resolved on the coated capillary column, including derivatized amino acids, alcohols, alcohol amines, esters, ethers, ketones, and epoxides. It is interesting that the CC5‐coated capillary column exhibits significant chiral recognition complementarity to a commercial β‐DEX 120 column and a previously reported homochiral porous organic cage CC3‐R‐coated column, which could expand the range of the analytes amenable to separation on porous organic cage‐based capillary columns. Moreover, the fabricated column also shows excellent selectivity for the separation of positional isomers, including the challenging ethylbenzene and xylene isomers. Experimental results demonstrate an excellent separation performance and stability of the CC5‐coated column, making it promising for gas chromatography applications.  相似文献

Preparation, Crystal Structure and Normal Coordinate Analysis of Linkage Isomeric Pentachlororhodanoosmates(IV) By treatment of [OsCl5I]2? with (SCN)2 in dichloromethane the linkage isomers [OsCl5(NCS)]2? and [OsCl5(SCN)]2? are formed which have been separated by ion exchange chromatography on diethylaminoethyl cellulose. The X-ray structure determination on single crystals of (Ph4As)2[OsCl5(NCS)] (monoclinic, space group P21/a, a = 18.872(2), b = 11.6024(2), c = 22.786(1), β = 109.057(1)°, Z = 4) and (Ph4As)2[OsCl5(SCN)] (monoclinic, space group P21/a, a = 19.057(2), b = 11.306(2), c = 22.612(1), β = 106.64(2)°, Z = 4) reveals the complete ordering of the complex anions. The thiocyanate group is located above one of the Cl ligands of the equatorial plane with the Os? N? C angle of 166.1° for N bonding and the Os? S? C angle of 109.9° for S bonding. The IR and Raman spectra of both linkage isomers known from literature are assigned by normal coordinate analysis based on the general valence force field using the molecular parameters of the X-ray determination. The valence force constants are fd(OsN) = 1,81 and fd(OsS) = 1,32 mdyn/Å. Taking into account increments of the trans influence a good adjustment between observed and calculated frequencies is achieved.  相似文献

Besides all their conformational degrees of freedom, drug‐like molecules and natural products often also undergo tautomeric interconversions. Compared to the huge efforts made in experimental investigation of tautomerism, open and free algorithmic solutions for prototropic tautomer generation are surprisingly rare. The few freely available software packages limit their output to a subset of the possible configurational space by sometimes unwanted prior assumptions and complete neglection of ring‐chain tautomerism. Here, we describe an adjustable fully automatic tautomer enumeration approach, which is freely available and also incorporates the detection of ring‐chain variants. Abstract

The mass spectra of 2-alkyl-2-oxo-1,3,2-dioxa-phosphorinane and-phosphepane showed that the ring opening was in competition with the cleavage of the P[sbnd]C bond. According to the fragmentation pathway, which was dependent on the structure of exocyclic substituents on phosphorus, the 2-alkyl-2-oxo-1,3,2-di-oxa-phosphorinanes can be classified in two categories. The main process in category A was the ring opening and/or C[sbnd]C bond cleavage. While in category B the cleavage of P[sbnd]C bond was predominant. However, for 2-alkyl-2-oxo-1,3,2-dioxa-phosphepane. no matter how the structure of 2-alkyl group was, the ring opening was a dominant process.  相似文献

Interactions between divalent alkali earth metal (DAEM) ions M (M?Be, Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba) and the second stable glycine conformer in the gas phase, which can transfer into the ground‐state glycine‐M2+ (except the glycine–Be2+) among each corresponding isomers when these divalent metal ions are bound, are studied at the hybrid three‐parameter B3LYP level with three different basis sets. Proton transfers from the hydroxyl to the amino nitrogen of the glycine without energy barriers have been first observed in the gas phase in these glycine–M2+ systems. The interaction between the glycine and these DAEM ions except beryllium and magnesium ion only create an amino hydrogen pointing to the original hydroxyl due to their weaker interaction relative to those divalent transition metal (DTM) ion‐bound glycine derivatives, being obviously different from that between the glycine and DTM ions, in which two amino hydrogens point to the original hydroxyl oxygen when these metal‐chelated glycine derivatives are produced. The interaction energy between the glycine and divalent magnesium would be the boundary of one or two amino hydrogens pointing to the hydrogyl oxygen, i.e., the ?170.3 kcal/mol of binding energy is a critical point. Similar intramolecular proton transfer has also been predicted for those DTM ion‐chelated glycine systems; however, that in the gas state has not been observed in the monovalent metal ion‐coordinated glycine systems. The binding energy between some monovalent TM ion and the glycine is similar to that of the glycine–Ba2+, which has the lowest binding strength among these DAEM–ion chelated glycine complexes. The difference among them only lies in the larger electrostatic and polarized effects in the latter, which favor the stability of the zwitterionic glycine form in the gas phase. According to these observations, we predict that the zwitterionic glycine would exist in the field of two positive charges in the gas phase. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. In our present study, two groups of xanthones isomers (1‐hydroxy‐3,5,8‐trimethoxyxanthone and 1‐hydroxy‐3,7,8‐trimethoxyxanthone; 1,8‐dihydroxy‐3,7‐dimethoxyxanthone and 1,8‐dihydroxy‐3,5‐dimethanolxanthone) and other two xanthones (3‐methoxy‐1,5,8‐trihydroxyxanthone and 3,5‐dimethoxy‐1‐hydroxyxanthone) were separated from Swertia franchetiana . First, a solvent system composed of petroleum ether/methanol/water (2:1:0.6, v/v) was developed for the liquid–liquid extraction of these xanthones from the crude extract. Then, an efficient method was established for the one‐step separation of these six xanthones by high‐speed countercurrent chromatography using n‐hexane/ethyl acetate/methanol/ethanol/water (HEMEW; 6:4:4:2:4, v/v) as the solvent system. The results showed that liquid–liquid extraction could be well developed for efficient enrichment of target compounds. Additionally, high‐speed countercurrent chromatography could be a powerful technology for separation xanthones isomers. It was found ethanol could be a good methanol substitute when the HEMEW system could not provide good separation factors.  相似文献

A high‐throughput miniaturized liquid–liquid extraction procedure followed by a simple ultra‐high performance liquid chromatography method coupled with fluorescence detection for bioanalytical analysis of all tocopherol isomers and retinol in human serum has been developed and validated. In the extraction procedure, a synthetic internal standard tocol was used, which does not occur in the human body. The separation of structurally related vitamins was achieved using a new generation of pentafluorophenyl propyl core–shell stationary phase with elution using methanol and an aqueous solution of ammonium acetate. The fluorescence of retinol and tocopherol isomers was detected at λex = 325, 295 nm and λem = 480, 325 nm, respectively. The rapid baseline separation of all analytes was accomplished within 4.0 min. The sensitivity of method was demonstrated with lower limits of quantification: retinol 0.01 μM, α‐tocopherol 0.38 μM, β‐tocopherol 0.18 μM, γ‐tocopherol 0.14 μM, and δ‐tocopherol 0.01 μM. Possible application of this method in clinical practice was confirmed by the analysis of human serum samples from healthy volunteers. Finally, the simultaneous determination of retinol and all tocopherol isomers in human serum can enable the clarification of their role in metabolism and in diseases such as cancer.  相似文献

The first total synthesis of lajollamycin B, a structurally novel nitro-tetraene spiro-β-lactone/γ-lactone antibiotic, is described. The convergent synthesis involves the construction of the C8′–C11′ nitrodienylstannane and its coupling with the segment prepared from the C1′–C7′ ω-iodoheptadienoic acid and the right-hand heterocyclic fragment, which has been utilized for our previous syntheses of oxazolomycin A. The revision of the geometry of the terminal Δ10′, 11′-double bond from E to Z is also described for the structure of natural lajollamycin B.  相似文献
