Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles functionalized with 5,10‐dihydropyrido[2,3‐b]quinoxaline‐7,8‐diol were synthesized as was their complex with copper as a novel nanomagnetic iron oxide catalyst via a simple and green method, and characterized using various techniques. The capability of the catalyst was evaluated in the one‐pot three‐component synthesis of different tetrazoles, which showed very good results. Mild reaction conditions, good reusability and simple magnetic work‐up make this methodology interesting for the efficient synthesis of tetrazoles.  相似文献

The novel heteronuclear complexes [Na2Zn(dipic)2(H2O)] n (1) and [Na2Mn(dipic)2(H2O)2] n (2) (H2dipic?=?pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylic acid) were synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, analysis, IR spectroscopy and thermogravimetric analysis. Complex 1 consists of infinite 2D double layers, which are further attached into a 3D network through π–π stacking. All sodium ions are 3-coordinate. Complex 2 has an intricate 3D structure, in which two sodium ions are differently involved in forming polymeric coordination units, and are 3- and 7-coordinate, respectively. Dipic anions act as multidentate ligands showing novel and unprecedented bridging coordination modes. One ligand coordinates to three metal ions and with five bonds; the other coordinates five metal ions with nine bonds.  相似文献

A Zn(II) complex with an organoselenium substituted Schiff base, bis{2-[(benzylimino)methyl]-4,6-dihydroselenophenol}Zn(II), has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses and X-ray diffraction. Zn(II) is four-coordinated by two phenolate O and two imine N from two organoselenium substituted Schiff-base ligands, forming a distorted tetrahedral geometry. The title complex and its ligand were tested in vitro for their antibacterial and antitumor activity with the complex showing higher antibacterial and antitumor activities.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title complex was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction methods. The unit cell contains two independent molecules, A and B. B is a mononuclear Cu(II) complex with square-planar coordination geometry formed by two benzimidazole molecules and two hydroxylbenzoate anions. A is a dimer of B, formed by bridging hydroxybenzoate, and copper assumes square-pyramidal geometry. Aromatic π–π stacking is observed between parallel benzimidazole rings of neighboring A molecules. IR spectra of the compound are assigned in line with the crystal structure.  相似文献

Two d10 group 12 metal complexes, 2-(2-methoxyphenyl)-1,10-phenanthroline zinc dichloride (2a) and 2-(2-methoxyphenyl)-1,10-phenanthroline mercury dichloride (2b) were synthesized and characterized by IR, 1H and 13C NMR as well as elemental analysis. Structure of 2b in the solid state was determined by single-crystal X-ray crystallography, revealing that 2b is four-coordinate in a distorted tetrahedral geometry with the methoxy group uncoordinated. Luminescent properties of 2a and 2b in solution and the solid state were studied.  相似文献

A tetranuclear Zn(ΙΙ) complex, [Zn4L2(OAc)2(CH3OH)2] with an unsymmetric Salen-type bisoxime (H3L?=?6-hydroxy-4′,6′-dibromo-2,2′-[ethylenediyldioxybis(nitrilomethylidyne)]diphenol), has been synthesized and structurally characterized. There are two kinds of coordination geometry (trigonal bipyramidal and square pyramidal) in the Zn(ΙΙ) complex. The molecule has serious distortion probably from the asymmetry. The complex exhibits blue emission with the maximum emission wavelength λ max?=?423?nm when excited with 340?nm.  相似文献

The reaction of CuCl2 with 2-amino-5-cyanopyridine and HCl in 1-propanol gave bis(2-amino-5-cyanopyridinium) diaquadichlorocopper(II) dichloride (1). Crystal data for 1 are: monoclinic, space group: P21/c, a = 8.461(3) Å, b=14.665(5) Å, c=7.883(3) Å, g =96.105(4)°, V=972.6(6) Å 3 , Z=2, Dcalc =1.645 Mg/m3, w =1.691 mm?1, F(OOO)=486, MoK f( u =0.71073 Å), R1=0.0431 for [∣I∣ S 2 σ (I)] and R1=0.0680 for all 1944 unique reflections and 130 parameters. The structure exists as square planar Cu(H2O)2Cl2 units with long semi-coordinate bonds to the cyano nitrogens of the 2-amino-5-cyanopyridinium ions. Hydrogen bonding from the water molecules and N―H hydrogens to the chloride irons stablises the lattice.  相似文献

Two new complexes, (CoIII)2(H3L?)2(0.5H2O)2(ClO4)4 (I) and (MnIII)2(H3L?)2(0.5H2O)2 (ClO4)4 (II), were synthesized and crystallographically characterized [H4L = 1,4,7,10‐tetra‐(2‐hydroxypropyl)‐l,4,7,10‐tetraazacyclododecane] using electrospray ionization mass spectrometry and X‐ray photoelectron spectrometery. The characterizations confirmed that the valences of the metal ions increased from divalent to trivalent due to deprotonation of one OH group (H4L was in the form of H3L?). Owing to the instability of Co(III) and Mn(III) in both air and in solution, they preferred to exist in divalent form. The two heptadentate complexes are extraordinary in that the chiral pendants of the complexes are different in configuration. Spectroscopic studies, viscosity measurements, thermal denaturation experiments and circular dichroism spectra demonstrated that the complexes were prone to interact with DNA by groove binding. At micromolar concentrations and under physiological conditions, the two complexes were able to oxidatively cleave the supercoiled pUC19 plasmid DNA into its nicked and linear forms. Mechanistic studies using various additives suggest the complexes had structures different from those of other inorganic complexes. These are the first reported inorganic complexes not containing planar aromatic ligands and yet binding at the major groove. Copyright © 2012 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

The binding stoichiometry, strength and structure of inclusion complexes formed between the neurotoxin tetramethylenedisulfotetramine (TETS) and both native and modified cyclodextrins (CyDs) were investigated using nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy. Of all six examined cases, native β‐cyclodextrin (β‐CyD) and its chemically modified counterpart heptakis‐(2,3,6‐tris‐(2‐hydroxypropyl))‐β‐cyclodextrin (2HP‐β‐CyD) were found to associate most strongly with TETS as reflected in the magnitude of their binding constants (K = 537 ± 26 M?1 for β‐CyD and K = 514 ± 49 M?1 for 2HP‐β‐CyD). Two‐dimensional rotating‐frame Overhauser effect spectroscopy NMR experiments confirm close proximity of the TETS molecule to both β‐CyD and 2HP‐β‐CyD as intermolecular, through‐space interactions between the H3 and H5 protons located in the interior of the CyD cavity and the methylene protons of TETS were identified.
