A new polymorph of Bi2(SO4)3 was prepared by reaction of LiBiO2 with H2SO4 and its crystal structure was solved from X-ray powder diffraction. This new polymorph crystallizes in C2/c space group with lattice parameters a = 17.3383(3) Å, b = 6.77803(12) Å, c = 8.30978(13) Å, β = 101.4300(12)°. Bi2(SO4)3 presents a layered structure made of SO4 sulfate groups and signs of stereochemically active Bi3+ lone pairs. The new Bi2(SO4)3 absorbs water to form Bi2(H2O)2(SO4)2(OH)2 through an intermediate Bi2O(OH)2SO4 phase, and the transition is reversible when heated under vacuum.  相似文献

In an effort to develop a green process for the production of elastomeric polyurethane–urea (PUaE) through a nonisocyanate route, a highly practical method was found using diphenyl carbonate (DPC) instead of diisocyanate as the carbonylation agent. The transesterification of aliphatic diamines in a solvent such as tetramethylene sulfone (TMS) with DPC results in a new process obtaining new segmented PUaE with high molecular weights and excellent mechanical performance. The key to the present success lies in the timing and sequence of the diamine addition forming initial carbamate intermediates in situ and then in shifting the equilibrium toward polyurea product formation by phenol removal from the TMS solution so that high‐molecular‐weight polyurea could be formed favorably. The most optimized polyurea films made in this study has a ηinh of 0.64, with high‐performance characteristics showing tensile strength of greater than 30 MPa and elongation exceeding 400% with decomposition temperature (5%) of >280 °C. Well‐defined soft‐ and hard‐segment domains were observed for the products as determined by atomic force microscope. This new improved process to produce segmented polyurea thereby complies fully with the principles of green chemistry using readily available chemicals. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Polym. An NMR‐based approach marries the two traditional screening technologies (phenotypic and target‐based screening) to find compounds inhibiting a specific enzymatic reaction in bacterial cells. Building on a previous study in which it was demonstrated that hydrolytic decomposition of meropenem in living Escherichia coli cells carrying New Delhi metallo‐β‐lactamase subclass 1 (NDM‐1) can be monitored in real time by NMR spectroscopy, we designed a cell‐based NMR screening platform. A strong NDM‐1 inhibitor was identified with cellular IC50 of 0.51 μM , which is over 300‐fold more potent than captopril, a known NDM‐1 inhibitor. This new screening approach has great potential to be applied to targets in other cell types, such as mammalian cells, and to targets that are only stable or functionally competent in the cellular environment.  相似文献

以碳黑为第二模板剂在氟离子体系中一步水热合成了多级结构MCM-22分子筛组装体(简称为MCM-22-FC)。考察了碳黑和氟离子对MCM-22分子筛形貌和催化性能的影响。MCM-22-FC分子筛是由大量片状晶体交错生长形成的组装体结构,其中MCM-22的片层结构更薄,在其固有的微孔中存在的晶间孔呈现大孔和介孔的特征。MCM-22-FC负载Mo后得到的Mo/MCM-22-FC催化剂在甲烷无氧芳构化反应(MDA)中提高了苯收率和芳烃选择性,并且提高了催化剂的寿命。通过氨气程序升温脱附(NH3-TPD)表征,吡啶红外(Py-IR)表征,结合热重(TG)分析,得出的结论是Mo/MCM-22-FC在MDA中优越的催化性能是由于氟离子进入到分子筛骨架当中,形成具有拉电子效应的结构单元,从而提高了分子筛的Brönsted酸量,较多的Brönsted酸性位将更多的Mo物种迁移至分子筛孔道内部,形成更多的MoCx或MoOxCy活性物种以及更有利于大分子产物扩散的MCM-22薄片层的结构。少量过剩的Brönsted酸性位在成型后保留在Mo/HMCM-22-FC催化剂活性中心抑制了积碳的形成,也有助于改善芳烃的选择性。  相似文献

New strategies for the synthesis of perfectly alternating segmented polyimide-polydimethyl siloxane copolymers were developed by utilizing a transimidization method. Imide oligomers endcapped with 2-aminopyrimidine were reacted with aminopropyl terminated (dimethyl siloxane) oligomers to afford perfectly alternating segmented imide siloxane copolymers. The polymerization was conducted in solvents such as chlorobenzene and chlorofrom. High molecular weight, fully imidized perfectly alternating segmented imide siloxane copolymers were obtained within 2 h at temperatures of 60-110°C. The mechanism of the reaction was further elucidated via model compounds and NMR characterization. The block copolymers exhibited two Tgs due to the microphase separation of the polyimide and polysiloxane phases. The Tg of the polyimide phase was a function of the length of the polyimide block. However, partial phase mixing was also evident from the DSC results on the imide siloxane copolymers prepared with low molecular weight polyimide segments. Thermooxidative stability and tensile properties of the perfectly alternating segmented imide siloxane copolymers were found to be principally dependent on the amount of poly (dimethyl siloxane) incorporated in the copolymer and did not correlate with the poly (dimethyl siloxane) or polyimide block lengths. The stress-strain behavior of both solvent cast films or molded films is also reported. © 1994 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

Basea on the new model and concept of mtramolecular orientational order parameter, a molecular field theory was built up for main chain liquid crystalline polymer (MC-LCPs) with flexible spacers. The theory takes account of orientational correlation among all mesogens in a polymer chain and the relationship between the intramolecular orientation and spatial orientation of the mesogens. The free energy, temperature and entropy of the nematic-isotropic transition were determined with the theory and compared with experiments in current work. It was found that many unique transition properties of the MC-LCPs comprising flexible spacer are correctly predicted by the theory and the agreement of the theory with the experiments is impressive.  相似文献

From the ethanol extract of Selaginella moellendorffii Hieron., a new flavone O-glycoside and three known flavone C-glycosides have been isolated and identified as 5-carboxymethyl-4′-hydroxyflavone-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside 1, 6,8-di-C-β-D-glueopyranosylapigenin 2, 6-C-[3-D-glucopyranosyl-8-C-β-D-xylopyranosyl apigenin 3, 6-C-B-D-xylopyranosyl-8-C-β-glucopyranosylapigenin 4, respectively.
