Analytical Designing of Two-Aspherical-Mirror Anastigmats Permitting Practical Misalignments in a Soft-X-Ray Optics

A new analytical method of designing two-aspherical-mirror anastigmats was developed and applied to searching solution groups of soft X-ray microscopes of a large misalignment tolerance. The two-mirror anastigmat configurations were expressed by a practical variable related to pupil obstruction limiting the system throughput. Axial coma and other aberrations caused by a slight decenter of the system were then formulated to represent sensitivity to misalignment. These formulations enabled a global survey of solution groups as demonstrated by a designing example of soft X-ray microscopes with a magnification m = −1/50, which resulted in four solutions more insensitive to misalignment than a standard Schwarzschild optics in the soft X-ray region. Some solutions were also found to have much larger fields of view suitable for high resolution imaging as confirmed by computer ray tracing.     

Structural properties of charged diblock copolymer solutions

Aqueous micellar solutions of ionic/neutral block copolymers have been studied by light scattering, small angle neutron scattering and small angle X-ray scattering. We made use of a polymer comprised of a short hydrophobic block (polyethylene-propylene) PEP and of a long polyelectrolytic block (polystyrene-sulfonate) PSSNa which has been shown previously to micellize in water. The apparent polydispersity of these micelles is studied in detail, showing the existence of a few large aggregates coexisting with the population of micelles. Solutions of micelles are found to order above some threshold in polymer concentration. The order is liquid-like, as demonstrated by the evolution with concentration of the peak observed in the structure factor (), and the degree of order is found to be identical over a large range of concentrations (up to 20 wt%). Consistent values of the aggregation number of the micelles are found by independent methods. The effect of salt addition on the order is found to be weak. 本文介绍了一种新型样品杯，通过使用这种样品杯，实现了大型Ｘ射线荧光光谱仪在稀土萃取生产过程中的现场分析，同时还对基体效应，谱线干扰，背景扣除等进行了研究。实践证明本法准确可靠，简便快速。     

K2NiF4型结构的A2－xSrxBO4(A＝La, Dy, B＝Mn, Fe, Co, Ni)希土复合氧化物的合成

以典型的轻希土镧和重希土镝及碱土金属锶作为Ａ位离子，以过渡金属锰、铁、钴、镍作为Ｂ位离子，合成了Ｋ２ＮｉＦ４型结构的Ａ２－ｘＳｒｘＢＯ４希土复合氧化物，采用粉末Ｘ射线衍射技术考察了反应条件等因素对生成Ｋ２ＮｉＦ４型四方（Ｔ）结构上析影响，实现结果表明，四方结构的形成不仅与几何因素有关，而且与各组分的物理化学性质有关。各个不同的组成，生成四方相的温度范围也有所不同。适当地提高反应温度以及延长灼烧时间     

Formation and thermal stability of selenites and hydrogen selenites of samarium

The solubility isotherm of the Sm₂O₃-SeO₂-H₂O system was studied at 100°C. The two compounds obtained in the three-component system were identified by the Schreinemakers method as well as by chemical, thermoanalytical and X-ray diffraction analyses after their isolation in pure state.     

软X射线显微术Si_3N_4薄膜窗口的研制

NBR/ORGANOMODIFIED BENTONITE INTERCALATED HYBRIDS AND THEIR EFFECTS ON THE TOUGHNESS OF PVC

Hybrids of intercalative nitrile-butadiene rubber/organomodified bentonite (NBR/OMB) were prepared by thelatex intercalation technique. Investigation of their mechanical properties and the microstructore of NBR/OMB showed thatthe organomodified bentonite is an effective toughener for NBR. Transmission electronic microscopy (TEM) and X-rnydiffraction (XRD) tests showed that the NBR macromolecule could be intercalated into the galleries of bentonite.Incorporation of NBR/OMB hybrids as tougheners into poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC) results in a substantial increase in theimpact strength of PVC, but little decrease in its tensile strength and flexural strength, compared to the unmodified PVC.
