采用溶胶-凝胶法合成了一种V2O5/C复合材料.扫描电镜(SEM)和红外光谱(FTIR)分析表明,这是一种外层V2O5胶体包覆内层乙炔分子的多孔复合材料.以V2O5/C作正极,锌片为负极,Zn(ClO4)2溶液为电解质组成水相锌二次电池,采用循环伏安(CV)和电化学阻抗谱(EIS)等方法研究发现:V2O5:C质量比为1:1时电极具有最好的电化学性能,电池开路电压达1.64 V; Zn2+能分别在1.01 V和1.26 V处分步嵌入V2O5/C结构中A、B两种位置,其嵌入电流密度峰值最高可达70 mA•g-1,并且具有较好的循环充放电性能;在一定放电深度下,V2O5/C电极反应速率受Zn2+的扩散过程控制.  相似文献

Spinel LiMn2O4 powders were prepared using two-step synthesis method consisting of solid-state reaction method and citrate modified sol-gel method. The effects of the calcination temperature and the Li/Mn ratio of raw materials were studied on the physicochemical and electrochemical properties of the spinel LiMn2O4 powders, such as crystallinity, lattice constant and density. The title compound was characterized by powder X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Polycrystalline LiMn2O4 powers calcined at 750 ℃ were found to be composed of very uniformly-sized microcrystal with an average particle size of 300 nm. The improvement in electrochemical properties was mainly attributed to the process of re-grinding by absolute alcohol.  相似文献

Polyethylene based composites are attractive materials for advanced circuit board applications because of their unique combination of properties: low dielectric constant and loss factor, light weight, high flexural modulus and low thermal expansion coefficient controlled in all spatial directions. This investigation describes a process to consolidate chopped fibers of ultra‐high molecular weight polyethylene concurrently with its bonding to a copper foil. Bonding is affected by a thin sheet of low‐density polyethylene, incorporating a crosslinking agent with a concentration gradient across the sheets thickness. In this single step process, the composite material is formed and bonded to the metal foil, achieving good adhesion without the use of extraneous glue. Various diblocks, triblocks and a graft copolymer of butadiene with 4-vinylpyridine short blocks have been prepared. They were complexed with ZnCl2 to give ionomer-like materials. For all copolymers, the Tg of the elastomeric block (?84°C to ?91°C) was unchanged by complexation. For all diblocks and triblocks with short blocks (DP n ~ 3) the storage modulus was only slightly increased by comparison with uncomplexed materials. For the graft copolymer even with short blocks the material is less sensitive to temperature after complexation. For triblocks, when the DP n of the vinylpyridine blocks was high enough (15 units), complexes were associated in multiplets of large size and the elastomeric properties were retained up to 200°C.  相似文献

Developments of intermediate-temperature solid oxide fuel cells (IT SOFCs) require novel anode materials with a high electrochemical activity at 800–1070 K. The polarization of cermet anodes, made of nickel, ceria and yttria-stabilized zirconia (YSZ) and applied onto a YSZ solid electrolyte, can be significantly reduced by catalytically active ceria additions, the relative role of which increases with decreasing temperature. Further improvement is observed when using Ce0.8Gd0.2O2– (CGO) having a high oxygen ionic conductivity instead of undoped ceria, owing to enlargement of the electrochemical reaction zone. Nanocrystalline CGO powders with grain sizes of 8–35 nm were thus synthesized via the cellulose-precursor technique and introduced into Ni–CGO–YSZ cermets, and tested in contact with a (La0.9Sr0.1)0.98Ga0.8Mg0.2O3– (LSGM) electrolyte at 873–1073 K. The results showed that the anode performance can be enhanced by additional surface activation, in particular by impregnation with a Ce-containing solution, and also by incorporation of YSZ, which probably acts as a cermet-stabilizing component. The overpotential of the surface-modified Ni–CGO (25 wt%–75 wt%) anode in a 10% H2/90% N2 atmosphere was approximately 110 mV at 1073 K with a current density of 200 mA/cm2.Presented at the OSSEP Workshop Ionic and Mixed Conductors: Methods and Processes, Aveiro, Portugal, 10–12 April 2003  相似文献

Mesoporous poly (styrene-co-maleic anhydride)/silica hybrid materials have been prepared. The synthesis wasachieved by the HCl-catalyzed sol-gel reactions of tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS) and styrene-maleic anhydride copolymerin the presence of 3-aminopropyl triethoxysilane (APTES) as a coupling agent and citric acid as a nonsurfactant template orpore-forming agent, followed by ethanol extraction. Characterization results from nitrogen sorption isotherms and powder X-ray diffraction indicate that polymer-modified mesoporous materials with large specific surface areas (e.g. 900 m~2/g) andpore volumes (e.g. 0.6 cm~3/g) could be prepared. As the citric acid concentration is increased, the specific surface areas, porevolumes and pore diameters of the hybrid materials increase.  相似文献

随着染料在现代科技中的广泛应用,染料的油溶性也日益受到人们的重视.如:非线性光学材料、激光盘光学信息存贮材料中使用的染料、彩色成像中的油溶性影像染料等,对染料在有机溶剂中的溶解度都有很高的要求.偶氮染料是有机染料中的主要类型,但目前对其分子结构与油溶性关系的研究甚少.本文合成了一类黄色偶氮染料(见表1),并对其色光、油溶性等性能进行了测试,发现取代基相对于偶氮基的位置,是影响偶氮染料油溶性的主要因素.  相似文献

以LiOH·H2O,Al2O3和Co3O4为原料,微波加热合成Li离子电池正极材料LiAlxCo(1-x)O2.通过XRD测试表征了不同Al加入量时合成产物的晶体结构,确定当x≤0.4时,产物为单一相层状结构.计算了不同x时LiAlxCo(1-x)O2的晶胞参数,随着x的增大,a值减小,c值增大.对合成LiAlxCo(1-x)O2样品进行DSC—TGA测试,结果表明,当x不同时,合成样品的热稳定性不同.SEM测试表明,合成晶体粒度较均匀,粒径在5μm左右.电化学测试表明,LiAl0.2Co0.8O2的电化学性能最好,首次循环放电容量为127mAh/g,多次循环容量损失率小于LiCoO2.  相似文献
