Some Correlations Between Chelate Extraction Distribution Ratios,Bond Types,and Solvent Physical Properties

Abstract

Correlations between extraction distribution ratios, bond types, and common solvent physical properties were determined for 19 extraction systems. Different types of bonding are involved in the water adduct formation on different types of chelates.     

Comparison of three methods for fractionation and enrichment of low molecular weight proteins for SELDI-TOF-MS differential analysis

In most diseases, the clinical need for serum/plasma markers has never been so crucial, not only for diagnosis, but also for the selection of the most efficient therapies, as well as exclusion of ineffective or toxic treatment. Due to the high sample complexity, prefractionation is essential for exploring the deep proteome and finding specific markers.In this study, three different sample preparation methods (i.e., highly abundant protein precipitation, restricted access materials (RAM) combined with IMAC chromatography and peptide ligand affinity beads) were investigated in order to select the best fractionation step for further differential proteomic experiments focusing on the LMW proteome (MW inferior to 40,000 Da). Indeed, the aim was not to cover the entire plasma/serum proteome, but to enrich potentially interesting tissue leakage proteins. These three methods were evaluated on their reproducibility, on the SELDI-TOF-MS peptide/protein peaks generated after fractionation and on the information supplied.The studied methods appeared to give complementary information and presented good reproducibility (below 20%). Peptide ligand affinity beads were found to provide efficient depletion of HMW proteins and peak enrichment in protein/peptide profiles.     

铕(Ⅲ)水杨酸邻菲咯啉三元配合物性质研究

合成了Eu3+的水杨酸和邻菲咯啉三元配合物,其组成为Eu(Hsal)3phen,用IR,UV,XPS研究配合物的性质和成键特征.结果表明,Hsal-的羧基、phen的两个氮原子均与Eu3+离子呈双齿配位,形成配合物后芳香环上的共轭性减小.用循环伏安法研究了配合物在玻碳电极上的电化学行为,发现配合物的电化学可逆性比游离Eu3+离子差,不同底液对配合物的电化学行为有影响.     

Separation and determination of 10-hydroxy-2-decenoic acid in royal jelly by capillary electrophoresis

Summary The application of capillary electrophoresis (CE) to the separation and determination of the active ingredient, 10-hydroxy-2-decenoic acid, in royal jelly with direct on-column UV detection at 214 nm is described. Using a cathodic injection and anodic detection scheme, 10-hydroxy-2-decenoic acid (10-HDA) was separated and detected in less than 10 min in a fused silica capillary column with a phosphate buffer at pH 7.3 with an applied voltage of 20 KV followed by direct UV detection. The use of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) as electroosmotic flow modifier allows the rapid separation of 10-HDA from other constituents in royal jelly by reversing the direction of electroosmotic flow. The influence of organic solvents in the electrolyte on separation selectivity is also discussed.

高效液相色谱法测定蜂王浆中特有成分10—羟基—2—癸烯酸的研究

本文报道反相高效液相色谱法测定蜂王浆和蜂王浆制剂中的10－羟基－2－癸烯酸（10－HDA）的方法，用二氯甲烷从蜂王浆或蜂王浆制课题占萃取10－HDA，而后用HPLC测定，实验采用YWG－C18柱，35％乙醇水溶液为流动相，己二酸为内标，紫外检测器波长为212nm，加入法测回收率在95％以上。用此法测定了鲜蜂王浆和蜂王浆制剂中的10－HDA的含量。该法简单、快速，优于气相色谱法和薄层色谱法。     

10,12—双炔廿三酸盐的LB膜特性研究

本文合成了10,12-双炔廿三酸,并用其在Si、SiO_2、CaF_2等基片上沉积了LB膜,结果表明,10,12-双炔廿三酸的镉盐成膜更稳定。这种LB膜在紫外光辐照下很快聚合,聚合前后的紫外-可见吸收光谱发生规律性的变化,并保持层状结构,等同周期稍变。通过红外吸收的二向色性分析,确定了该分子的取向。

Stereoselective synthesis of dihydrothiadiazinoazines and dihydrothiadiazinoazoles and their pyrolytic desulfurization ring contraction

Intramolecular base catalyzed C-C bond formation led to exclusive stereoselective syntheses of trans-6,7-dihydro-5H-[1,2,4]triazolo[3,4-b][1,3,4]thiadiazines, trans-7,8-dihydro-6H-[1,2,4]triazino[3,4-b][1,3,4]thiadiazin-4-ones, and trans-3,4-dihydro-2H-[1,3,4]thiadiazino[2,3-b]quinazolin-10-one. trans-6,7-Dihydro-5H-[1,2,4]triazolo[3,4-b][1,3,4]thiadiazines isomerize slowly in CDCl₃ and more rapidly in DMSO-d₆ into the corresponding cis-stereoisomers. The other trans-6,7-dihydro-[1,3,4]thiadiazines isomerize also in DMSO-d₆ into the corresponding cis-stereoisomers. Pyrolytic conversion of these heterocyclic condensed dihydrothiadiazines into their corresponding pyrazolo[5,1-b][1,2,4]triazoles, pyrazolo[5,1-c][1,2,4]triazin-4-ones and pyrazolo[4,3-b]quinazolin-9-ones via desulfurization ring contraction is described.
