Chip-calorimeter for small samples

A method for measuring heat capacities of small samples using a chip-calorimeter and a heat pulse technique is described. The theoretical background to calculate the heat transport properties and the heat capacity of the sample from the pulse response function is given. Problems and potentials of the method are discussed. An example is given.

Synthesis of Boron-Sulfur(IV)-Nitrogen Heterocycles The reaction of bis(lithio.tert.-butylamino)phenylborane with tert.-butyldichlorosulfimide and bischlorodimethylsilylsulfodiimide respectively leads to four- or eight-membered heterocycles. The disulfanebridge of one dithiazadiborolidine can be replaced by the ? N?S?N-sequence to yield a Thiatriazadiborine. ¹H, ¹¹B, ¹³C-NMR, mass spectra, and analytical data are reported and discussed.     

Liquid-phase chlorination ofC-chlorovinylsilanes

Liquid-phase chlorination of a number of chloro(chlorovinyl)methylsilanes was investigated. A number of novelC-chlorosilanes were characterized by IR and¹H NMR spectra. Some regularities of these reactions were determined; correlations between the structure of chloro(chlorovinyl)methylsilanes and their reactivities were identified.Translated fromIzvestiya Akademii Nauk. Characterization of reduced iso‐α‐acids derived from hops (Humulus lupulus) by NMR

Reduced forms of iso‐α‐acids (isohumulones), used in modern beer brewing were separated and characterized by ¹H and ¹³C NMR spectroscopy. Components from mixtures of rho‐iso‐α‐acids, tetrahydro‐iso‐α‐acids, and hexahydro‐iso‐α‐acids were isolated using high‐performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and analyzed by use of one‐ and two‐dimensional NMR experiments. The data presented assign the identities of the main peaks in the HPLC traces for the reduced iso‐α‐acids. Previous tentative assignments regarding the cis and trans configurations and the structures of the acyl residues of the reduced iso‐α‐acids were confirmed and extensive NMR assignments were made. Furthermore, the previously unknown stereochemistry in the C‐4 side‐chain of the rho‐ and hexahydro‐iso‐α‐acids was assigned. Copyright © 2003 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.     

生物小分子与铜锌超氧化物歧化酶相互作用的波谱学研究及其应用

本工作以ESR和NMR为主要手段,并结合其它生化方法,考察了氨基酸、核酸碱基、糖等生命基本物质,和抗坏血酸等生命必需物质与钢锌超氧化物歧化酶的相互作用,实验观测到氨基酸、核酸碱基和抗坏血酸在水溶液中可以与酶中的Cu²⁺作用而使其脱离活性部位,以小分子络合物形式游离在溶液中,同时使酶失活,脱离活性部位的Cu²⁺的比例和酶的失活程度取决于小分子配体的加入量及其与Cu²⁺的络合能力。此外,首次尝试使用ESR方法,并借助氨基酸与酶的作用,考察了铜锌超氧化物歧化酶在盐酸胍变性和热变性过程中的构象变化行为,结果表明这一方法是直观而有效的。     

Hybrid organosilazane/organosilylamine telechelic oligomers—I. Two-dimensional NMR spectroscopy characterization of dimethylsilylethylenediamine oligomers

The detailed characterization of multifunctional hybrid organosilazane/organosilylamine telechelic oligomers by IR and ¹H, ¹³C and ²⁹Si NMR spectroscopy in one and two dimenions has been undertaken. The specific multifunctional oligomers, comprising NH/NH₂ or SiCl functionalities depending on the monomer feed-ratio, were prepared from mono- and di-functionally reacted dichlorodimethylsilane (DDS) and mono-, di-, tri- and tetra-functionally reacted ethylenediamine (EDA). Varying the feed-ratio afforded control of the microstructures of the oligomers and the preparation of oligomers with, in some cases, conterminously located silicon–chlorine (SiCl) groups. The combination of the NMR methods with the IR technique has enabled the detailed microstructural characterization of the oligomers and the identification of the functionalities therein. This approach and the knowledge gained from the DDS/EDA system has been applied to the microstructural characterization of other hybrid organosilazane/silylamine preceramic telechelic oligomers.     

Echo planar imaging of perfluorocarbons

Emulsions of perfluorotributylamine (FTBA) and perflubron were evaluated for their utility in ¹⁹F echo planar imaging. Fluorine images of the emulsions were obtained in a phantom and two mice that had been predosed. Both agents, but particularly perflubron, show potential for fluorine echo planar studies because of the long spin-spin relaxation times of the CF₃ resonances. High resolution thin slice images obtained in as little as 26.6 ms are presented.     

高频单线圈双调谐NMR单晶探头的研制

本文报道了一种测角单晶NMR探头。该探头采用单线圃双调谐电路,工作频率在90MHz-110 MHz连续可调,可进行交叉极化大功率去耦实验。文中提出了一种简单而有效的测角装置,可使单晶绕三个互相垂直轴转动实现单晶的NMR测量。作为典型的应用例子,本文利用该探头实现了单晶DGO(2NH₂CH₂COOH·H₂C₂O₄)屏蔽张量的测量。     

电子直线加速器磁控管频率稳定的自适应线性神经元方法

 电子直线加速器电子束能量的稳定与否取决于功率源工作频率的稳定性,磁控管在短时间内的散谱和轻微跳谱造成稳频系统的控制精度下降,最后电子束的扫描均匀度下降。引入自适应线性神经元方法(ADALINE)和噪声对消技术以消除对工作频率长期稳定性的影响,从而保证了电子束的扫描均匀度。     

停流—荧光动力学分析法测定痕量钛的研究

利用自行组装的停流-荧光动力学分析仪,采用停流法汇合流体动力注入技术,研究了钛与3.5-二溴水杨基荧光酮的荧光增强动力学反应性质,讨论了流速、进样时间对方法灵敏度和精密度的影响,提出了一个快速、简便、精确测定钛的分析方法,并用于稀土样品及合成样品中痕量钛的测定.方法检测限为8×10~(-3)ppm,大多数元素的干扰均可用动力学方法消除.
