The reaction of phenylmercury(II) acetate and cadmium(II) acetate with a refluxed solution of diacetylmonoxime and morpholine N-thiohydrazide formed a novel phenylmercury(II) complex, [PhHg(Hdammthiol)] (1) and a cadmium(II) complex, [Cd(Hdammthiol)2] (2), respectively (where H2dammthiol is the thiol form of diacetylmonoximemorpholine N-thiohydrazone (Hdammth) formed by the condensation of diacetylmonoxime and morpholine N-thiohydrazide in the presence of phenylmercury(II) and cadmium(II) ions). The complexes were characterised by elemental analyses and spectral data (electronic, infrared and 1H NMR) and also by X-ray crystal structure analysis. The X-ray crystallography shows that the phenylmercury(II) complex attained a tricoordinated distorted T-shaped structure, while the cadmium(II) complex attained a trapezoidal bipyramidal geometry. The phenylmercury(II) complex forms a two-dimensional sheet via C–H?O and O–H?N hydrogen bonding and also forms a two-dimensional supramolecular dimer, having C–H?π synthons. Intermolecular C–H?O and O–H?O hydrogen bonding of the cadmium(II) complex forms a two-dimensional supramolecular sheet along the bc plane and posses an impressively short intermolecular C(sp3)?O(sp3) contact.  相似文献

A new PN2S ligand, N-[2-(diphenylphosphino)phenyl]-2-[(S-trityl)acetylamino]ethanamide [Ph-P(Ph2)N2S(Trt)], was synthesised and reacted with ReV precursors. The reaction of both tritylated and detritylated ligands with ReOCl3(PPh3)2 gave the same expected neutral complex [ReO{Ph-P(Ph2)N2S}] (4) in good yield. An unexpected neutral and diamagnetic species, [ReN{Ph-P(Ph2)N2S(Trt)}] (5), has been isolated during the complexation of the tritylated ligand with ReNCl2(PPh3)2. The complexes, characterized by classical spectroscopic methods and X-ray analysis for 4, are the first examples of neutral semi-rigid-PN2S rhenium(V) complexes.  相似文献

Reactions of [Pt2(μ-Cl)2(CP)2] (CP = CH2C(Me2)PBut2-C,P) with various anionic ligands differing in ligand bite and denticity have been investigated and the resulting products have been characterized by elemental analyses and NMR (1H, 13C, 31P, 195Pt) spectroscopy. Stereochemistry of the complexes has been deduced by NMR spectroscopy. Structures of [Pt2(μ-SPh)2(CP)2], [Pt2(μ-pz)2(CP)2], [PtCl(Spy)(PBut3)], [Pt2(μ-SCOPh)2(CP)2] and [Pt{S2P(OPri)2}(CP)] have been established by single crystal X-ray diffraction analyses. The complex [Pt2(μ-SPh)2(CP)2] adopts a sym cis configuration while other binuclear complexes exist in a sym trans configuration. The molecular structure of [Pt{S2P(OPri)2}(CP)] revealed that complex comprises of two four-membered chelate rings but in solution a dimeric structure based on 195Pt NMR data has been suggested.  相似文献

Treatment of [Ru(CHR)Cl2(PCy3)2] (Cy = cyclohexyl) with Tl[N(Pr2iPO)2] and AgLOEt (LOEt = [CpCo{P(O)(OEt)2}3]) afforded the Ru carbene complexes [Ru(CHPh)(PCy3)Cl{N(Pr2iPO)2}] (1) and [LOEtRu(CHR)(PCy3)Cl] (2), respectively. Chloride abstraction of complex 2 with TlPF6 in MeCN afforded [LOEtRu(CHPh)(PCy3)(MeCN)][PF6] (3). Complexes 1 and 2 are capable of catalyzing ring-closing metathesis of diethyl 1,2-diallylmalonate. The crystal structure of complex 2 has been determined.  相似文献

A chiral ligand exchange capillary electrophoresis (CLE-CE) method using Zn(II) as the central ion and l-4-hydroxyproline as the chiral ligand coordinating with γ-cyclodextrin (γ-CD) was developed for the enantioseparation of amino acids (AAs) and dipeptides. The effects of various separation parameters, including the pH of the running buffer, the ratio of Zn(II) to l-4-hydroxyproline, the concentration of complexes and cyclodextrins (CDs) were systematically investigated. After optimization, it has been found that eight pairs of labeled AAs and six pairs of labeled dipeptides could be baseline-separated with a running electrolyte of 100.0 mM boric acid, 5.0 mM ammonium acetate, 3.0 mM Zn(II), 6.0 mM l-hydroxyproline and 4.0 mM γ-CD at pH 8.2. The quantitation of AAs and dipeptides was conducted and good linearity (r2 ≥ 0.997) and favorable repeatability (RSD ≤ 3.6%) were obtained. Furthermore, the proposed method was applied in determining the enantiomeric purity of AAs and dipeptides. Meanwhile, the possible enantiorecognition mechanism based on the synergistic effect of chiral metal complexes and γ-CD was explored and discussed briefly.  相似文献

A novel dihydroazepine-bridged BIPHEP phosphoramidite ligand with an amino acid moiety in the backbone was synthesized and evaluated in the Rh-catalyzed asymmetric hydrogenation. The scorpion tail-like amino acid backbone is capable of hydrogen bond formation and able to shift the rotamer composition of the biphenyl axis with the two scissor-like arms. Pivaloyl-l -valine was studied as chiral selector unit and compared with pivaloylglycine as the achiral reference substance. The enantiomerization barrier of the pivaloylglycine-modified biphenylamide was determined to be ΔG=110 kJ/mol. In the case of pivaloyl-l -valine, the (Sax) isomer is thermodynamically favored. Due to the relatively high barrier, the ligand is atropisomeric at room temperature and allows the preparative separation of the stereoisomers. The obtained phosphoramidite ligands were separated by chiral HPLC. For the first eluting rotamer, Rh complex ([Rh(cod)(L)2]BF4) was generated in situ and examined in the enantioselective hydrogenation of 2-acetamidoacrylate and methyl 2-acetamido-3-phenylacrylate, achieving enantiomeric excesses of up to 94 %.  相似文献

Reactions of [N(C6H3i-Pr2-2,6)(SiMe3)]2LnCl(THF) (Ln=Nd, Yb) with two equivalents of MeLi in a mixture solution of toluene and Et2O gave [N(C6H3i-Pr2-2,6)(SiMe3)]2LnCH3(μ-CH3)Li(THF)3·PhCH3 (Ln=Nd (1), Yb (2)) in good isolated yields as crystalline solids. The single-crystal structural analysis of 2 revealed that the coordination geometry of ytterbium ion is best described as a distorted pseudo-tetrahedron. Both 1 and 2 are active for the polymerization of methyl methacrylate to give syndiotactic-rich and high molecular weight polymers (Mn>104) with relatively narrow molecular weight distributions (Mw/Mn<2).  相似文献

Various mono Cp type titanium mononuclear complexes (1-5) and dinuclear complexes (6 and 7) containing non-Cp type chelate ligand, picolinate group, which has multi-binding sites of N and O atoms were synthesized and fully characterized by 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy, mass spectroscopy, elemental analysis, and X-ray diffraction study. The 1 and 2/MMAO catalytic systems for ethylene polymerization exhibited a moderate activity and gave the polyethylenes with broad molecular weight distributions.  相似文献

The cage‐like complex, Ag4L4(NO3)4 ( 1 ) [L = 1, 4‐bis(pyridine‐2‐ylmethoxy)benzene] was synthesized by the reaction of the flexible bidentate ligand and silver nitrate. It was characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, TG, and single‐crystal X‐ray analysis. Complex 1 is reported as the first cage‐like cluster constructed by four nitrate anions bridging two [2+2] macrocycles. A blue luminescent emission and luminescent enhancement effect are observed in complex 1 .  相似文献

Uptake for lead, copper, cadmium, nickel and manganese from aqueous solution using the Moringa oleifera seeds biomass (MOSB) and amine-based ligand (ABL) was investigated. Experiments on two synthetic multi-solute systems revealed that MOSB performed well in the biosorption and followed the decreasing orders Pb(II) > Cu(II) > Cd(II) > Ni(II) > Mn(II) and Zn(II) > Cu(II) > Ni(II). The general trend of the heavy metal ions uptake by the amine-based ligand followed decreased in the order Mn > Cd > Cu > Ni > Pb, which is the reverse trend for what was observed for MOSB. Comparing the single- and multi-metal solutions, there was no clear effect in the biosorption capacity of MOSB suggesting the presence of sufficient active binding sites for all metal ions studied. The MOSB performance is also not affected by pH in the range 3.5–8.  相似文献
